One of the few places you can sit inside at a bar, enjoy knowledgeable bar tenders and feel like our world is still spinning. Was given the best brew suggestions, loved the atmosphere, and loved their zero waste mission (it’s so nice to drink beer out of actual glass). The bartender/owner was super friendly - heck, he was projecting Happy Gilmore onto the wall. Love the style of this place. Definitely worth bringing your money here.

Really great place! I enjoyed the selection of different adults drinks they had on tap. If youre looking for different experience then a typical bar. I recommend this place. The owners are very nice too.

Great experience at TAPS. Beers were great. Owner, Will, couldn’t have been more hospitable. Grab a burger from Between 2 Buns and ask him about his Italian beer smuggling days!

Located on Mount Vernon Market Place you will find Taps Filling Station.Cool music, nice bar top and plenty of taps for draft beer, mead and wine. Great pace to grab some flights and test some beer or other libation.Servers are cool and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxing and not pretentious at all. Very welcoming and with the variety of the market it really ends up being a one stop shop.

The atmosphere and set up is nice, but I ordered a ginger cider and after two sips and thinking it was too sour and vinegar-y for my taste and thinking possibly I was poured the wrong drink I went back to the bar asking I felt it could possibly be the wrong order. My bartenders response was no its just dry, funky and weird and got a polite smile and nothing else. Honestly, I feel that if you know that about a drink you would offer the person ordering a taste of the drink first. Or you know offer to replace my drink since I clearly dont like it and wont drink more than two sips of a $8 glass of cider +$2 tip. Ive worked in the service industry for a long time and never would of let a unsatisfied customer walk way because they never come back.

I am a huge fan of this place. They often prevent a large collection of craft beers that are a lot of fun to try. Their menu includes pre-mixed drinks, wine, coffee (nitro), and olive oil. You can get pints to go or a flight stay. Once you are done with your to go pints, you may receive a discount for returning the vessel to them. Despite to price, I strongly recommend this place as a fun and cool place to hang out.

I appreciate the selection and the simplicity of the operation, but the space as whole is a bit sterile.

I cant recall the last time I was so blatantly discriminated against as I was tonight while attempting to patronize this establishment after enjoying Baltimore Bike Party. I went to grab a few brews for friends, and I decided to try Taps. As a former bartender, I totally understood the slam, and I waited patiently for my turn. As I chatted with a couple of bikers waiting next to me, about nothing in particular, the bartender comes up to me and rudely says, WHAT? Were doing the best we can so you need to be patient! Confused, I stated, I havent said anything and Ive been patiently waiting. The confused couple to my left asked what was his problem, and I told them i dont know and asked for 3 beers off the menu. The bartender must not have heard my order, so he says, Are you going to talk to them or are you going to order? I repeated my order. When he walked away to make the order, the couple and another guy wanted to discuss his rudeness. I didnt respond and just shook my head to them. As the bartender returned, he approached rudely again, Whats your problem shaking your head?? I said I was responding to the other customers and I didnt say anything. He says, You dont have to say anything, you just look like you have an attitude! Humiliated, I told him nevermind, Ill take my money elsewhere and walked away. The people who witnesses this asked me not to leave and offered to buy me a drink. I politely thanked them and decline as I kept walking away. I have too much to lose to allow him to take me outside of myself. Needless to say, I was the only African American in the lines to this establishment at this time, so I guess his racism glasses are what made him say that this educated, business owning, stand up citizen looked like something other than a patron.I posted my experience on their Facebook page, and they deleted it without even attempting to reach out to me. So Im posting here since they obviously condone, and promote, that behavior.Sidenote: The servers next door at Cultured were amazing and treated me with the respect I deserved.
