Took my money and didnt move at all

I delivered here today. I have a 53 trailer and a tractor with a 76sleeper. They have their box trucks parked diagonally near the loading docks and they were having construction done directly in front of the docks. I had no space to get my truck in the dock so I walked around the entire building and had to pull my truck around the back so they could use the forklift to pull the products off. The staff was cool. I just wouldnt deliver there again with my truck . Now if I had a day cab that would have been better.

Black Tie Vending has the absolute best food and service ever. I love using the machines at my college. They are always filled and clean. The driver always smiles when I see him. This company is wonderful

Machines hardly ever work. Either they dont take dollar bills or they give you the wrong items. You could press C4 and get C6 two totally different things. You call they say they will send someone to fix it and well guess what that never happens. It would be nice if the company would actually fix the machines when they are asked to fix them. Im tired of wasting my money drinking stuff that I dont want.

Complete TRASH!!!! THEY PUSHED ALL OTHER VENDORS OUT OF OUR HOSPITAL JUST TO STEAL MONEY!! THE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS CHARGING YOU OR TAKING YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET NOTHING!!! I PAID 1.25 FOR A CAN SODA WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS!! AND IT KEEPS TAKING MY MONEY CREDIT CARD AND ALL WITH NO PRODUCT DROPPING IVE CALLED TWICE TO NO AVAIL THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST THEY KNOW THEIR MACHINES ARE BROKEN AND WONT FIX THEM OR ISSUE A REFUND!!! If i could give no stars i would this has been an ongoing problem!!! if you want to monopolize the vending in one hospital atleast have machines that work and prices that are fair!!!!

Black Tie offers quality vending and micro market services throughout the greater Baltimore area. Their sandwiches are delicious and they even bake their own cookies!

Service is so bad I have to think any positive comments were written by employees. Machines sit for weeks half empty, or broken and repair or service requests are ignored. Currently, ours have been unusable for 3 weeks, not accepting coins, bills or CCs, and that is only the current incident of a continuous problem.

Stale snacks, awful, foul tasting sandwiches, old dirty machines, always out of order. I called to complain, and the owner Scott Meskin told me, if I didnt like the food, dont use his machines! Horrible customer service, they refused to give me a refund. WARNING! DO NOT USE BLACK TIE SERVICE, as your vending company! My company threw them out of our facility, and Meskin threatened to sue us, he even invented a fake contract, this guy is bad news, and a despicable business man. Our commission check has doubled since we got rid of him.

I like their machine at the Howard County library Miller Branch. Today it didnt work, tho - took my money and dispensed an empty cup to me.
