Friendliest staff you could ever find. One walked me across the whole store to where my item section was then helped me find it once there - this is unheard of on todays society. Obviously they hire good, kind people and let them do whats right.The coffee at the Starbucks, however, was worse than what we had in basic training. Yuk.

Well stocked and organized Barnes & Noble with friendly customer service. Recently, when trying to choose childrens books for a gift, one the employees was exceptionally helpful with recommendations. I always enjoying visiting this store.

For books there is no other place.Staff is friendly and nice book selection.I guess a 5 star I would harken back to mom pop shop . All that being said when I need a book this is the place to go.

The workers were very friendly and helpful. There was a wait because everyone wanted brunch. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant, but the ladies restroom left something to be desired.

I can always come here and find all kinds of bargains and gifts without having to overspend which can be hard for a book lover.

Purchase the entire series of the promised Neverland; The Man Behind the Counter tells me that if I get the Barnes & Noble discount card dad the instant savings would pay for the subscription and the man was right $150 on books and the price of the discount card added in to what the discount card for take off did balance out highly recommended Barnes & Noble to anyone

I came here with my cousin and this location I dont really come to this location often. Parking was no problem so we parked and went inside. This Barnes and Noble seemed smaller but I like it anyway. The customer service is good and I picked up a book. I had to go to customer service in order to find the book I was looking for. I checked out promptly and I was out. I would recommend this bookstore

Went to the Starbucks inside of Barnes and nobles in Owings Mills and was absolutely disgusted with the customer service. The young girl at the counter just stared at us. She never said a word, she just stared. We were the only customers and apparently we were inconveniencing her. When I asked her for a specific type of coffee she just stared at me and said dont have that. No niceties or explanation, just a simple sentence and a defiant stare. Then she walked into the back room of the store in a huff and we never saw her again. Someone else needed to complete the sale for her.Its a shame Barnes and Noble allows this ridiculous behavior. Now I remember why I moved to Carroll County 20 years ago.

Barnes & Noble is awesome. Im a toy hunter on YouTube (TMan978) and they have a selection of toys that are hard to find in other places for suggested retail price.Most places that carry retail toys Gundam and SH Figuarts overcharges but Barnes & Noble doesnt.If you sign up for their email they, constantly give out coupons all year and old stock regularly goes on clearance. On top of all this, they have free Wi-Fi and a cafe.

Barnes and Noble is a treasure. I wish that I had more time to spend there and more money. Always see something interesting even if most of the popular books are of no interest to me. They need to promote important books and writers.

I would consider this my home Barnes & Noble. Always a steady crowd of folk throughout the building, especially the cafe. Great selection of magazines (some hard to finds from the EU) and science fiction books. Really enjoyed some deep discounts on collectible card games that other Barnes and noble didnt provide. Help is hard to get but browsing is the name of the game for a bookstore anyway. Check out experience is average.

I can always be satisfied with my purchases from Barnes & Noble. They have the latest book releases and a great array of gifts that you can pick up for the student, teacher or avid reader. I am a member of their book club and will continue my yearly subscription.

Great place which is quiet and peaceful but also has great collection of books. The coffee place is good also.

Overall nice atmosphere. Free wifi. Coffee and pastry bar are decent. Good place to kill time if youre in the area. I love the bargain books section. Bookstores are still special to me. Grab a seat and flip through a magazine.

Nice, clean place with a lot of people sitting around reading. The cafe is nice sized, not to big not too small and while Ive never eaten there its always busy so Im guessing its good. Nice staff and customer service. Nice and big parking lot.

I so enjoy this Barnes and Noble the staff is truly friendly and you can literally find any book that youre looking for if you cant they order it and they have a lot of clearances and discount I would recommend it to anyone

Although distant from my home I always go to this Barnes and Noble. The store is clean, quiet and comfortable. Smaller than my more proximal Barnes and Noble this one is a bit bore intimate with everything located on one floor.Still the selection is complete and the service is amazing. The most courteous, helpful staff I know. If what you want is not available they will check with the other regional stores or order it. Items I have ordered never have taken more than four days to arrive. What a great store.

Had a delicious bowl of chili and turkey sandwich at the Barnes and Nobel cafe. Found great bargains in books and got a start on Christmas shopping. They actually had reading socks!

Can only sit in FILTHY Starbucks section of the store. FILTH EVERYWHERE from the overhead A/C vents to the table tops, walls, and floors.

The people at the cafe part are really helpful and they start to remember you and what you order and theyre friendly. The people for customer service on the books are helpful. The only problem is the other people inside being loud whether its the kids section or by the cafe in the chairs, but thats not the fault of the bookstore

Everyone there is always so nice. You can pretty much ask about any book and somebody there can recommend another book for you. Always have a friendly conversation with a staff member.

Extremely poor customer service. Back up at the register was not called until two customers complained and I stood at the front of the store for 15 minutes waiting for my online order while there were four people in the regular check out line with no store associates to be found. I will not be returning.

Staff here is great. Super nice, helpful, and friendly. They do always try to sell you the $20 a year membership for 10% off (horrible deal if you ask me) you can tell they get a little upset when you decline. They must have a quota. Books here are too over-priced thoThey were selling The Killing Joke for $20 when you can,get it,off Amazon for $12. Watchmen was $25 at Barnes and $15 on Amazon.. Even if you had the 10% off with the $20 membership, its still cheaper on Amazon. I dont think i will ever buy over-priced books from Barnes ever again after seeing how much cheaper it is getting a book from amywhere else.

Customer service was great, even after the holidays, a good sale was happening and the selection was great still!

Employee did not know the basic rules of the store and teacher discount while serving in the cafe. Proceeded to argue and not believe said customer. After proving employee wrong, no apology offered. Encouraged the staff to learn store policy and not argue with regular customers.
