We were living out of the area and contacted TradeMark to see if they would be interested in taking on a project to manage a renovation at our vacant house. We were nervous about having renovations done when we were out of the area, but TradeMark made the process as easy as it could possibly have been.They were very organized and were extremely responsive to all of our questions. In particular, the owner Vasilios was far and away the best contractor Ive ever worked with in terms of communication. We spoke and texted regularly, and he would always respond by the next business day, and more often than not within minutes!We hired them to do a big job of exchanging the places of our dining room and kitchen, which involved moving a window and door as well. They also redid a substantial amount of the plumbing in our house and installed a new septic system in our basement. All of this work was completed on time, professionally, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. As I said at the beginning, we could not be happier with their work, and I would highly recommend TradeMark construction to anyone looking for a construction company!

I hired Trademark Construction in the Summer of 2020 for a partial bathroom renovation in a Baltimore City row home. Vasilios was professional, responsive, reliable, and helpful with design suggestions. Mike and Marvin did good work removing an old jetted tub from an alcove, reframing, installing a new larger tub and shower, and tiling the walls and ceiling. I highly recommend them for a comparatively low stress experience with home renovation.

I have used Trademark Construction for two large jobs. The first was a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation three years ago. Vasilios and his crew were fantastic. I did not live in Maryland at the time, so he handled everything, from ordering materials to managing the work schedule. We had a few hiccups with one of the suppliers, and Vasilios worked diligently to correct the issue and make sure that the final design exceeded my expectations.This summer, when I needed some exterior work done, I went right back to Trademark. The job was to tear down and rebuild the back wall of my house (common for row houses in the area) and add a large deck. Once again, it was a fantastic experience. I was extremely nervous about not having a back wall in the city. However, the crew worked through 90 degree heat to get my house secured within a few days. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. Vasilios even took care of unforeseen expenses (small flooring replacement, new storm door, extra decking material) as part of the original contract. The team was excellent. A couple of year ago I bought a quickly flipped house with numerous problems. Vasilios created solutions for my flooring, leaking doors and windows, and replaced my rooftop deck with composite Trex. I can be indecisive and he helped me pick out design elements I would have otherwise overlooked. It turned out incredible! Called this company to have them send out someone for an estimate on a house I bought. The receptionist proceeds to blast me with a long list of impertinent questions to which after the 6th question How did I hear about their company? I stated that I wasnt interested in answering anymore questions and if they could just send someone out. She got mad that I cut her off and then stated that maybe I was the wrong customer for their company and hung up. That to me is inexcusable and possibly a sign of things to come if someone should disagree with them. One star! ------------ Follow up on my review. My assumption was correct about signs of things to come. This woman called my employer with the intention of malice. That action could lead to litigation. My advice would be to tread lightly. My review is an honest review and others have the right to see it. I stand by it while noting that this review has nothing to do with the companys quality of work. It could very well be exceptional.

Excellent work! This is my second time working with Trademark Construction. The first time was to repair a bathroom and they did such a wonderful job. No other contractor has done this for me. I was just impressed on how the work really transformed the space. Upon running into a previously undiscovered electrical concern, he called, explained the issue and gave me avenues for remedy. This was where I knew I had made the right decision. We didn’t have a “pity party” over the phone. We chose a direction that fit my need and moved forward.Communication is something extremely important to me and I hold a profession requiring my time at irregular hours. Vasillios had no problem engaging with me as appropriate any time of day. Additionally, all permits were pulled and the work passed inspection upon the first visit made by inspectors. Where to begin? Vasilios was super professional and responsive. We got estimates from a few companies, but none of them compared to Trademark. He was a little higher in price, but we could tell right away that he would be reliable and honest. He sent us an itemized quote with what the charge for each thing would be in our bathroom remodel, along with a copy of his insurance certificate and a contract (without us asking for anything). I was impressed. He came by a few more times to answer additional questions that we had, even during the work week at 7 or 8 at night. He said the bathroom would take 5-7 days, and it took 6, so we were pleasantly surprised. He was always available by phone or email to answer any of my questions. Marvin, who did the work, was the man! He was so professional, pleasant and experienced. He knew how to do everything from plumbing, to electrical, to tile...everything. He did the entire bathroom with the help of Gary. They both showed up on time everyday at 8 and stayed until about 4 or 5. I never had to wonder what they were doing. They were perfect and we are so happy. I would hire Trademark again for any remodeling needs in the future.

From the moment my wife and I stepped into the showroom to just get ideas of how we could update our small, outdated kitchen the staff at Trademark were so accommodating. John (the engineer) helped us imagine how our limited space could be transformed into something great, and then assisted us in making that dream a reality. He was so patient with us as we hobbled around the store trying to match a floor with a counter top with a back-splash. Our indecisiveness would have drove anyone else crazy, but he held our hands.The professionalism we experienced was just as everyone else has said. Midway through our renovation the crew found a plumbing issue that could have essentially derailed the project. They contacted us swiftly and were prompt with attending to the issue. The biggest difference between working with Trademark compared to other contractors is the communication factor. From the beginning we were in constant communication via an app that Vasilios had us download. The app allowed us to track the progress daily/hourly via updated pictures. This company went out of its way to resolve any concerns I had, and even did a couple of little handyman extras not part of the contract just to help me out. Vasilios, John, Marvin, Mike, Carlos and Spiro were especially wonderful to work with, and always ready to explain every aspect of their work and to ask my preferences when there were decisions to be made. Yes, I highly recommend this proficient, professional company to anyone who needs work done on his house, And these guys are so hardworking, never slack, never wasted as much as a second of the working day, that I was amazed...very superior to many who have done work for me over the years.

A few years ago we used Trademark Construction for our kitchen and bathroom renovation in Columbia MD and we were very happy with their process, design and installation . This year we used them again for our kitchen renovation for the new home we bought the beginning of the year. This time Vasilios came up with a better design for our kitchen from the first time since we had a lot more space . We ended up going with custom cabinets ( Vasilios recommendations ) with lots of accessories. We had the installation of the new kitchen from the same crew that did our installed 4-5 years ago. We were very happy with Trademark construction before but also this time that they did the renovations for us . We saved money and time with their process, they do have electricians and plumbers, they pulling the permits and do all the inspections but also showroom is great for selections and designing. Good morning World, my name is Alicia. I turned to Vasilos and Trademark Construction to do the construction of my mom’s new deck within Baltimore city. Vasilos and Trademark Construction made the whole experience stress free for us as the company took care of all of the design, permit processing and inspections, as well as the execution of the deck construction. All my mom and I had to do was sit back and enjoy the excitement of getting a new relaxation spot added to the home. Each day the construction crew showed up early, were very friendly and even worked through the rain if it was possible (when it wasn’t possible because the rain was heavy, they worked hard and late the next day). The workmanship was exceptional and Vasilos was always made available to us if we had any construction concerns and he visited the work site several times during the two week construction. We are very pleased with our new deck and we will be doing our kitchen project with Trademark Construction next fall. We discovered a leak in the ceiling of the main level of our home. The leak originated from the master bathroom shower. We asked several different professionals to repair the job, and none of them were as helpful or knowledgeable as Vasilios with Trademark Construction in Baltimore, MD.I was most impressed with Vasilios method of establishing the estimate. He said that he would gladly accept a picture of the project along with dimensions. He was very responsive to each of my e-mails and offered a quick and detailed estimate.His crew (Mike and Marvin) worked very hard on the shower. The crew was quiet, professional, courteous, reliable, timely, and clean. Most importantly, they did an outstanding job.They even repaired the ceiling on the main level. They completed the entire job ahead of schedule, and we are very pleased.I would highly recommend using this crew.

Trademark Construction just finished our Kitchen renovation in Lutherville MD and the results are great. From the initial phone call spending few min on the phone answer questions and visiting their showroom we knew that was a great fit. Really allowed time on the phone and in showroon to find out about our project show right away professionalism . Vasilios will not talk you into stuff that you not need. Cant say enough about their work. Everything was completed in 12 days. They arrived everyday on time and always made sure they cleaned up the area before they left. Any changes we requested were done without any hassle. Their pricing was straight forward and breaks down line by line each item and cost associated with it and their showroom has a extensive selection of products to choose from. My husband and I were hesitant at first because we were not sure about the quality of work we would get if the reno only took 2 weeks as other contractors we interviewed all said it would take roughly 5-8 weeks to complete. But I assure you that their attention to detail is outstanding. They DONT take shortcuts and use high quality materials as well as follow building codes/ESA standards. We highly recommend them.

I have hired them twice. First to remodel my kitchen and most recently to demolish a small shower and replace it with a large shower. Vasiliios and his crew are awesome, and so are his detailed proposals and prices, which have always beaten the competition. Vasilios has always been super responsive, including at night and on weekends, not an experience Ive had with all contractors. His work is thorough and exceeds expectations. After using Vasilios and the Trademark team for a smaller kitchen back splash project, we contract them for a total bathroom gut and remodel as well as washer/dryer relocation. The attention paid to us throughout the project - from pricing to design plan to follow up - was excellent, as was the quality of the end product.

Trademark Construction completed my kitchen renovation almost a year ago, and I am very pleased with the results. I began getting compliments even before the renovations were completed. I love the final results. My renovation included replacement of cabinets, granite counter-tops, partial knock down of a wall/ knee bar, recessed lightning, replacement of flooring, dish washer, and over the range micro wave.Mr. Vasilios was very helpful and patient, helping me with the design. He was especially patient with helping me to stay within my budget. All of my communications/ e-mails were responded to immediately.Once work started, the crew was there promptly on the days they promised, and once the day was completed they did a thorough job with clean up.The crew answered all my concerns, and all communications were responded to almost immediately. At times I felt like a pest, but this was never conveyed by the crew.A few weeks ago I noticed a very small leak under my sink. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Vasilios, and Mr. Marvin was there the next morning to address the situation. This was followed up by an e-mail from Mr. Vasilios to assure there were no further problems.Trademark Construction will most certainly be the first company I call for my next home improvement project. They did an excellent job!

I highly recommend Trademark Construction for your home projects. I needed a new porch floor built, and Vasilios worked with me throughout the entire decision-making process, from what flooring to use to how to stay within the budget. The crew showed up everyday on time, and were so quiet and respectful I wouldnt have known they were there but for the sounds of the equipment. They even brought my mail around to the back door since my mailbox wasnt accessible! Vasilios is prompt when answering emails, even beyond working hours. And he was patient, as I changed my mind many times on what exactly I wanted done. After the job was completed, inspection was a breeze. The porch is beautiful, and neighbors we havent even met are stopping to say how nice it looks.

This was a fantastic company and group of people to work with. I found Trademark Construction through a google search and almost couldnt believe the reviews, as they were so outstanding. Now having had Trademark complete a list of repairs on my house, I can certainly see that the reviews were warranted. Vasilios got back to my initial inquiry within a matter of hours and was out to see our house to provide an estimate within a day. Vasilios was very thoughtful in his approach to repairs, being careful to gather all necessary information before making recommendations. He was also honest about alternative ways to complete repairs that were cheaper for me (and meant less revenue for him) but were in my best interest. The estimate was fair, the work was excellent, the entire project was completed within the projected timeframe, and Vasilios was in contact every step of the way making sure that I was happy with the work. I had an outstanding experience working with this contractor, would highly recommend him to others, and will certainly use him in the future myself.
