On a recent visit, Dave Lancaster, Service Advisor, and other employees provided professional customer service in a systematic and efficient manner. Repairs were addressed as communicated orally and in writing in a reasonable amount of time. It is reassuring to have access to a high quality and dependable car services as needed.

Most people reading this have had experiences with multiple dealerships. Some are good and some are bad.My experience with Bob Davidson has been positive. We had ordered one of the new Mach-Es and the process was great from Ford to the dealership.I have had the vehicle in for a chip update once or twice now and scheduling was easy and reasonable. The vehicle itself is nothing less than awesome and Id recommend the Mach-E to anyone. If Ford uses the same development with the F-150 Lightning, itll be nothing less than an absolute success.I recommend this Ford dealership for above reasons and also simply because this one seemed more interested in my business. I would purchase from them again.

Great customer service and an amazing speedy service. Long story short I had a recall on my mustang and Bob Davison was the only service center able to see me and take care of my problem in a timely manner from New York to North Carolina. I check every dealership service center and they all had the same 5 weeks waiting time with the exception of Bob Davidson. I was helped by Eric, he was very helpful and keep not just me but everyone in his list updated on the vehicle status. I can only describe him as a very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful gentleman. The final product from the mechanic team was amazing and seemingless. I am very satisfied with this location and will definitely look at this location again when is time to upgrade my vehicle.

Date 8/11/2021We knew we wanted to get a new Lincoln. Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln had a few options that we were looking for. We set an appointment and went there.As soon as we got inside the dealership, a guy with glasses on top of his head looked and never acknowledged us (may be because of our color). We went to the desk and told we had an appointment. We were told to give it a few minutes and we will be taken care of. A sales person approached us and we told him what we were looking for. We went to the lot and looked at 2 vehicles. We were set on one and asked him to work the numbers for us.A guy with glasses on top of his head, who turned out the be Sales Manager ‘Blake Schindler’ of the dealership, finally came to us, and told us with an attitude he cannot do what we were asking for.We left the dealership, and after 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, our sales person called us and told us to come back. Same again SALES MANAGER did not even say a word to us (he saw us coming back) and never acknowledged us. We went to our sales person, talked and we agreed on a deal.While they were working on finance we had few questions regarding a few accessories. I called my sales person to ask about it, when I called him, I clearly heard Sales Manager saying now what do they want and stared laughing with other people around the office. FELT REALLY DISRESPECTEDFinance and everything done, when we were heading out of the dealership with keys, the sales manager did not even say thank you or congratulation.WORST EXPERIENCE AT DEALERSHIP WITH MANAGEMENT.

I will not be going to that Ford dealer ever again...worst experience ever..took my car for recalls and a noise that I was hearing..paid for a diagnostic only for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car. Spoke to 2 mechanics no results...Took my car to another dealer problem found. Spoke with Ford Advisor and Service Manager...they were rude and unapologetic for their mishap and told me to take my car elsewhere. I just brought this car and was concerned with the noises.I love Ford Trucks..but I will not be servicing or purchasing any from this dealer

I took my brand new Lincoln Corsair to the car repair center because my hood wouldnt completely close. Im suppose to be able to lower the hood then it is suppose to drop down 10-14 inches, latch and completely close on its own. It would drop and latch but would not completely close. The tech knew nothing about how the hood was suppose to operate. I explained to him how it was suppose to work but he didnt know how to fix the issue. He ended up slamming my hood down to get it to completely close. Im grateful my hood wasnt dented. I will not be taking my vehicle here for repairs not even an oil change. I didnt have a good experience when I bought my car from here so I should have known better anyway.

I went there to purchase a used car. I am sorry to say that I had a very bad experience. Not once, but twice. For the same car. Last Friday I went there for the very first time to see a used Audi Q5. First, they showed me the history of the car (they didnt share CarFax but shared something similar). The history only showed logs upto $53k miles when the car has about $93k miles on it. When I asked the sales agent about it, he said that sometimes there might not be anything to report. That was yellow flag #1 for me. I paid for a CarFax report myself and pulled it up while sitting in his office. Turns out the car has 4 accidents reported after $53k miles. When I asked them about it, they had no answer to this. I still liked the car after test driving it to I asked them to see if they could lower the price given that it has had 4 accidents on it. They didnt! I left from the dealership.I returned back today (Monday) to see if they could reconsider the value as I really liked the car. They didnt! Which is fine. I told them I will write them a check and pay in full for the car at the price that they mentioned. The sales agent (same one that I met on Friday), says he needs to do a hard credit check on me even if I am not financing. I asked him why. He said he needs to verify my identity. I had already given them my drivers license. After a lot of back and worth, he called his manager. The manager said its not to verify my identity but its to check my credit history to see if I am trustworthy!!!! This when I am paying out of pocket for the car. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I just walked out of the dealership after this!

We previously bought our 2019 Ford Transit about two years ago now. The sales people and team that guided that process were great and very helpful. We were really excited for our first brand new vehicle to be purchasing a Ford. The service department on the other hand is what this review is really about. We have had our vehicle in three or four times for regular maintenance and every single time there is an issue or mistake on the side of the service team. Such as replacing tires on the vehicle with tires that were completely incorrect for the vehicle, and then fixing it with the wrong requested tires and charging us more for it. Then to bringing a vehicle in for an oil change, to take it home and find out the engine oil had not been replaced. For the service departments repeated mistakes, horrible customer servic makes me never want to buy a Ford again.

Very sad to say the rudeness we received from the service manager. Robert yesterday July 6th 2021 was unexpected from this company. We were only getting a tire and rim replaced. For this manager to justify hollering at a customer for Asking how long was upsetting to say the least. He justified his lack of professional behavior due to fax notworking and they have only one tire person. So I assumed that Bob Davidson Ford does not have the people to do the job

Had a fantastic experience buying a truck from these guys! I was leery about buying a truck online, wiring money and never physically seeing truck but, I took the chance with them and I’m very happy I did! Truck was exactly what they said it was and there was no hidden defects that the pictures didn’t show. Brittany their internet sales manager, answered all my inqueries in a timely manner. Our communication is clear and concised.Billy their sales man is a man of few words, no none sense conversation and direct to the point which I like because he is honest and not trying hard to make the sales.I was never felt pressured or obligated to buy the vehicle.He never forced us to do financing in which a lot of dealership will do. No uncomfortable negotiations.Did not attempt to offer a brand new car we cant afford to force us to finance. He just asked if we fix the issues would you buy the car? We were honest with what we have in our bank and he gave us a good deal. He promised to fixed the minor issue next week. Thats understandable because its a 7yr old car. Normal wear and tear. I did my homework before going to the dealership so it was a smooth and easy transaction.Rob, their manager is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Again,We did not feel pressure to do financing.Paperwork was done in a breeze!Overall, the experience was great and we left the dealership with contented and happy with our new used mini van.

I called on Friday morning, inquiring about a white Lincoln Navigator that I had seen online. Within a few hours, I had SEAMLESSLY purchased my car with the help of Sarah Christman, Blake Schindler, Robert Vecera and Mike Markakis. They worked quickly and together as a team to deliver my car from Maryland to New York by the very next morning. They had assured me that it would arrive by 9:00am - It actually arrived early and was at my doorstep by 8:30am. Buying a car can often feel like a daunting experience. Very helpful and easy buying experience. As a woman buying a non-conventional vehicle for myself, it was nice to be taken seriously when inquiring about my new Mustang, instead of being steered into a more traditional vehicle or SUV, which has happened before at other dealerships. I called to price an oil change and schedule the appointment and was asked to hold on while she gathered a price. I was then transferred to a number to someone who didn’t answer. I called the service desk again and was transferred to someone different (the receptionist picked up the phone and immediately transferred instead of speaking). No answer. I called for a final time and was transferred to a different person with the same outcome. It would be ideal to have my vehicle serviced here due to the dealer being in close proximity to my job but I’ll be looking into alternate service center.

Horrible service dept.Took my fully functional car to have warranty/recal done got back a nonfunctional car - unable to even drive the vehicle off the lot. Service advisor would not return my calls/ voicemails or even speak to me in person when I arrived to find out what happened to my car. Service manager was inconsiderate and not compassionate or helpful about the situation, he stated I could pay them to diagnose and fix it or have it towed off the lot. Id 100% recommend any other place then this scam of a dealership

My overall experience at Bob Davidson Ford wasn’t that great due to a lack of trust with their salesmen. I went in mid-May 2021 seeking a specific Mustang Mach-E which was advertised on the company website as being available. I was told by their online rep that the vehicle was there, so I set up an appointment for a test drive. I show up and another salesmen other than the person I spoke to online got me situated with the vehicle to test drive which ended up not being the one I was interested in. According to the dealership, the car I was seeking was “in route.” No big deal because model available to test drive was the same model I was interested in just with lesser features. Fast forwarding, I loved the vehicle and was interested in purchasing the model that was in route because it had all the features and color I was seeking. I came prepared with a pre-approval from my bank but when it came down to discussing numbers, the salesman insisted that the arriving vehicle had a $6,000 transfer fee attached to it which I somehow as a prospective buyer would be liable to pay and that did not sit right with me at all. I showed up a day after to hopefully talk down this ridiculous fee, but the same salesman – now joined by his “supervisor” would not budge on this fee although I was happy with everything else listed in the final price which included what they were going to offer me for my trade-in. They insisted this 6k fee on top of the sticker price was normal and there was nothing they could do about it.In an era where it’s more and more common to build and buy new vehicles online (especially electric vehicles) without having hidden charges added or without the need to hassle or be hassled by a car salesman, I just find it unfortunate that this type of shiesty swindling continues and people actually fall for it if they don’t know any better. I’ve bought my last two vehicles through online methods but thought I’d try the dealership route this time around. Never again and have begun the process of ordering a Tesla instead.

So I went in with my husband to look at a new suv. We saw the model I was looking for sitting on the lot. We got a salesman to help us and when we walked out to the Mustang MachE a noticed how used it looked. When I looked in the window there was a bowl of food on the floor and someone mask and a phone charger hookup etc. the car was dirty inside and wasn’t looking like a new model. When I asked about the accessories out of their bags and obviously used, I was told the manger was using it as his personal vehicle. It was kind of gross but he took the personal items out of the car. We went for a test drive and I thought it was going well,, I believed he got a text from his manager and while we were driving and started on the”no chip story “ and then said by the way we’ve marked this car up by 3000 dollars over the ticket price on the car! I almost threw the brakes on! I couldn’t believe that this was going on.I told him this was a bad business plan, and at some point that chip story wasn’t going g to work anymore, and just their bad business practices would be left.The salesman offers to “see” what he could do. Basically after his deal, the car went from 50,000 on the window sticker to almost 59,000!!! It was crazy! Also for a car that someone was using for their personal vehicle! Their wasn’t anyone on the lot, and it didn’t seem like the wanted to work. All I can say if their taking advantage of the buyer now, think how they usually are doing business.They offered a military deal, but that never showed up on the final price either! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership EVER!!! If you need to go FORD go to Bob Bell or Koon’s the sales guys are very helpful and work to find the car you need. Sorry I woke you guys up from your nap, when I came in! Perhaps you should sell the dealership and not try to take advantage of military families!

I brought my 2017 Ford Edge in for a big repair - trust Bob Davidson service, especially when safety is a factor - and the estimated bill was much more than I had anticipated. I checked with Blake Schindler and Pete Manzo whether, if I put that bill towards a new Escape Hybrid instead of the repair, I could walk out with a new car for the same monthly loan payment. An hour later, Pete called back and said the deal was done! Fastest, easiest, and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had!

We searched for a particular used vehicle for weeks. We found one at Bob’s. We are over 2 hours away and I called 10 minutes before closing one night. Sarah and Chris were fantastic finding me a salesman to talk to. Mo stepped up and we spoke about my concerns. Next thing he’s out in the cold under the vehicle in the dark with 2 phones to video chat me what the underside looks like! From there everything was simple. I had a super unfortunate and unprofessional experience with this dealership. I contacted them regarding a vehicle in the morning, agreed on a purchase price, and confirmed that I would be purchasing today and it would be delivered- as advertised. 7 hours later, another agent called to say someone just walked in the door ten minutes ago and purchased the vehicle. I was quite frustrated that I had been working with the dealership all day, and was in the middle of finalizing paperwork and they sold it to another customer on a first come first serve basis because I was purchasing from home rather than bringing my 7, 3,and 6 month old children into the dealership alone. Generally, I understand the concept, however, I had already agreed upon a purchase price, applied for financing, and was simply waiting on the dealership when I received this phone call. The sales agent told me its not my fault. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication, professionalism, and complete lack of any resolution.

Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. I recently visited bob davidson in hopes of purchasing a new explorer. Salesmen was friendly and the experience started out pleasant except when it came to the price. As an incentive to its customers, Ford offers $2000 off the purchase of a new vehicle with a trade in. What they don’t tell you is that the dealership also receives the same incentive. They pay $2000 less for the same vehicle. Sounds pretty good right. Everybody wins. Not at bob davidson. They hike the price up $2000 and keep the incentive, giving them an extra $2000 profit on top of MSRP. While I realize this is a free enterprise and dealers can charge the amount they choose, this is only the 2nd ford dealership I’ve seen working this greedy scam and I can vouch for most of them within a 50mile radius of Baltimore. I’ve been to almost everyone. There’s a whole host of excuses including inventory, demand, and time of year. The best part was the sales manager who stated everyone was marking above MSRP. And next month I’ll pay more. But my favorite was this deal is good for 12 hrs, if you come back after that your not going to get this deal. You don’t come back to this dealership and expect to have the same offer. Well that was good advise because I went to Norris ford the next day and paid well under MSRP for the exact same vehicle. I guess a sucker is born every minute and this dealership is waiting for you. Educate yourself and don’t waste your time. Incentives and rebates are provided to help the customer and the dealership. Read the sticker price and don’t be that sucker this dealership wants to walk through the door.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had from top to bottom. I’ve been in the car business myself and ha e purchased many new vehicles from dealerships all decent to good experiences but nothing like this one. From the first contact I had when I found a vehicle I was interested in online I was treated with respect and not “over worked” or harassed with calls. The team asked what I needed and found it exactly. Never felt pushy, never harassed while I looked around comparing prices. Ever interaction with each employee through the process I couldn’t have been more impressed. Blake was a pleasure to work with. When I got in the finance office with Kate she made a few recommendations on extended warranty but never oversold or pushed them and only made the suggestions that may be useful to what I was purchasing. If I turned it down she never forced her way back to it. Usually the finance part of the purchase is 30-45 mins. I was in and out within 15 mins all while having 2 you children with me. She was incredible. Got great value for my trade, and when it was time to move stuff from my trade to my new purchase John was there to help with everything. Then took the time to walk me through each piece of technology and all while my kids asked him a million questions. Showed patience and great customer service.I never write reviews but my experience made it a requirement. Any interest in a Ford, Lincoln or used vehicle make sure Bob Davidson Ford and Lincoln are first on your list. Best car purchase experience I’ve ever had

My Sales Representative, Victor DiFatta was unbelievably wonderful in helping me to purchase a Scion (manual). I couldnt be more appreciative of his efforts and I also thank his supervisor in making this happen for me. I was at my whits end trying to get a good vehicle in my modest budget and a stick shift manual transmission to boot. This dealership had a Toyota made vehicle, a stickshift that I could drive (which is all I have driven for about 30 years). I was very dissatisfied with my service. I took my car there for a oil change and replacement of brakes, I also paid $145 for them to do the overall check of the vehicle a month later I was on the side of the road waiting for a tow . they told me they gave me a oil change and never did they charged me a whole bunch of money for a service that I didnt need and then failed to tell me about a major service that resulted in me being stranded at the gas station and getting my brand new 2019 vehicle towed. I placed a complaint with the supervisor about a unprofessional incompetent service department advisor the supervisor was very unprofessional and then I tried to place a complaint with corporate and they told me there was no corporate I will never return to this dealership again overall I hated my experience

There is a team member that his passion is technology and cars (including Mustangs)! he walked me through the car and set up everything, phones, wifi, blue tooth, and every fine detail of every menu in the car. Joe is like the BEST teacher you had in school.Lastly, LEADERSHIP. Pete the sales manager (and his counterparts) absolutely lead this Team. Pete jumped in whenever he could - Got keys, Lic plates, shared paperwork, talked numbers, and VERY FAIRLY NEGOTIATED. I went in to buy a used Ram Tradesmen. After looking at the Ram I decided to look at the 2020 Ford Transit. Being that it is new, I decided to go with the new Ford Transit because they said they would honor the online price at five thousand dollars more than the Ram. When they brought the contract back they gave a lower interest rate with no rebates but you have to pay full price. After trying to negotiate I agreed to the higher interest rate after asking if I would get the full rebate again and was told yes. It turned out the rebate price was downgraded from around $6000 to $2750. At that point I would have just bought the used Ram because It was now a $12000. So great customer service, shady financing... dont let it fool you.

Got quoted 1 price for a diagnostic test got there & was told a higher price but charged what I was quoted. Told them why I was bringing my car in & what I was hearing they had my car for 4 1/2 hrs & told me it would cost more for them to find the problem & basically told me what I told them what I was hearing. To me it seemed like a rip off I basically paid them to hold my car for 4 1/2 hours I wouldnt recommend anyone going here unless you have to blow.

The service there was horrible and pointless. Ive been there a total of 3 times and the very last time was the coup de gras. I had a loud sound coming from my wheel well and the wheel would shake violently. I took my truck to them, despite my better judgment, and was turned away by a service agent. The time before that, I had an issue with my ac not working. I have a custom radio installed and they had an issue with that stating that the radio is probably the cause of my ac not working....NOT!!! So a service tech let me go into the bay and I removed the radio. Then a supervisor, I suppose, had an issue with that, and after going back and forth with him, I told him to do a few choice things to himeself, put my truck back together and I rolled out. WORST...SERVICE...EVER!!!

I have a 98 Expedition 4x4 that kept eating batteries....I knew an electrical system issue would require professional troubleshooting, so I thought id give Bob Davidson a try since they specialize in Ford....Eric my service Advisor told me that they have a Tech named Jeff that can find any electrical issue guaranteed....He found the issue in only a few hours!... But needed to keep the truck overnight just to make sure there were no other power drains, and there were none....I was impressed with the professionalism and courteous service I received!....Eric was upfront and honest and did not attempt to tell me I needed repairs on something I didnt need....Since I had to leave the truck at the dealership and did not have a ride home, they even arranged transportation for me and even picked me up the next day back to the dealership, Wow!!....Dell who was my driver was extremely friendly and professional as well and couldnt thank him enough for all of his assistance....My Truck is back on the road and running smoothly!....Bravo Bob Davidson Staff!

We bought a 2018 Ford pickup in 2019. Fair price and friendly sales staff. However, in a little less than having it a year, the transmission had issues. It was not shifting correctly and it was making terrible noises. We took it in to have it looked at and decided we did not want to deal with transmission issues so we upgraded to a newer 2019. We are now in Feb. of 2020 and the newer truck has been in the shop for engine issues multiple times. Where is it today??? Back there for at least the 4th time. I cant keep up. The service department is friendly when we call but not very accommodating. This is a huge amount of money we spent there. We are a two vehicle family for a reason. We need both and we need both of them to run properly. Trying to find time to drop one off adn share another is a pain and we all have to change our work schedules and miss some work time. No one there has to miss work time. THey need to be more accommodating to their customers, especially when the vehicle they sold has repetitive problems. Oh and for each drop off they have had the vehicle for over a day. Just very disappointed.

My wifes car broke down and even after many calls, the dealership we purchased it from could still give us no information on where we needed to take it to have it fixed with the warranty THEY sold us. After working with Bob Davidson on many other occasions I randomly decided to call and see if they could be of any help with this information. Bob Davidson service department was very friendly and quickly gave me the information I needed. I scheduled a Friday 8am appointment to have the car looked at and would be contacted by Rob. Since the appointment was early and the car was not drivable, I had it towed to Bob Davidson Thursday afternoon. I figured with it getting looked at on Friday that I would not see this car again until the beginning of the next week. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Rob the same day Thursday around 5pm telling me my car was done, 100% warranty covered and ready for pickup. He told me that when it was dropped off they decided to go ahead and look at it and fix it. With having some poor service and dealership experiences elsewhere in the past, I want to thank Rob and these guys for the fast, friendly and professional service.

Recently had my Mom’s Lincoln MKX at this shop for an oil change. The car was ready as promised & beautifully washed. They exceeded my expectations on service. I would rate them 5 stars except I was there 2 days in a row and neither times was hand sanitizer available ( just an empty bottle). Of note, this was at the last 3 windows. Maybe I’m overreacting but I take the COVID pandemic seriously.I didn’t feel the employees I interacted with are on the same page.

Victor and Bob Davidson were wonderful to work with. It took about 2 weeks to get the purchase done, due to things I was trying to work out on my end of the deal. There was never any pressure from Victor to get the deal done in a certain time frame, which was very helpful. When I had questions, he answered them quickly and efficiently. He took his time explaining the car and took me on two test rides, even taking the time to take a car, the one I loved, out of the showroom floor so I could test drive that particular car before buying it. The finance person was also wonderful. I have been driving the car for four days now and I love it. I would highly recommend Bob Davidson, but especially Victor, if you are planning on purchasing a new car.

Possibly one of the worst service experiences of all time. Brought in a service van on the agreed upon date and it sat ten days before they bothered to look at it. The service writer was deceitful. Expect three things when you bring your truck in. Slow slow and slow.
