Professional staff, took my work truck in for service and the young mechanic notice my ground wire to the crane was ran over the drive shaft and was wearing insulation out to the bare wire. He then proceeded to address the problem.

We had a great experience with Chesapeake Ford. The sale was very easy and the price on our 2016 F350 with only 40k miles, was better than any dealer in the Baltimore area could offer. Received outstanding customer service and support from Shawn in the parts department. I am retired from the military and my friends F-550 had damaged electrical connector on the to of his transfer case so I gave him a hand with this. Shawn was extremely helpful.. researched the part, had me text him pictures of the sensor on the transfer case and was able to get me the right plug the FIRST time. Do not go here. Big time scammers. We did safety inspection for our company truck. They failed and provided us with a list of items to be fixed. We got them fixed. Ofcourse, we couldnt make it within 30 days. When we went back for inspection again, the same inspector gave another long list of items, including bad tires. Our office is about 20 miles from this location. All we did was drive the truck back to our office to get it fixed. How the tires go bald driving, say 50 miles? Some of the failed items are so silly. When I went back to talk to them, the gentleman at the front desk agreed that the tires are in good shape. They couldnt even have the mileage of the truck recorded correct. This is 13 year old truck and they recorded the odometer readings as 189 miles. Such a scam place. AVOID THIS PLACE, IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND HAVE GOOD SERVICE.

This place is terrible! I mean terrible. I heard they lost contract with Ford I see why. We bought a truck from there 2months ago . Our truck broke down 3 times with the same code lost a lot of money and they dont provide rentals. Dont buy or get your truck fixed here . Listen dont be a statistic.

If i could give this place 1 star i would. Ive taken my truck here 3 times in one month for the same problems that keep coming back and not actually being fixed at all. This has happened over multiple years. Do not go here please avoid at all costs

All they want is more money and my truck still isnt fixed they throw a bunch of parts at it made in China and they just dont care.
