I have been doing business with phone shop for long time . They have everything available from phones to cases at the best price. The Customer service has always been spot on and I always want to come back here to by any phone accessories I want. I purchased almost new iphone x for a decent price for which the guy gave me a good deal.Would suggest everyone to visit phone shop they are best in town.

If any guy knows how to sell you a phone then its the asian guy with beards. Couldnt catch his name but he was very polite and respectful. He could sell me a car. Very good customer service. Even tho I need to buy a small phone case Id just come to this store.

Great ServiceMy friend and I were looking to get new phones. We went to several different stores and at the end of the day we find ourselves at Phone Shop in Mondawmin Mall. I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like we received at Phone Shop. The sales guy went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones of our choice and and the plan that was best for us. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this man did. He is just an awesome and understanding guy. The whole Phone Shop team at Mondawmin Mall is great.
