Great store with very helpful staff. They dont have a big selection of colors but its not a big deal since the service was very good.

Overall, not pleased with my shopping experience here. Some of this is on me for not being assertive enough.First, I came in and no one greeted me, and it took five minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was looking for shoes.Second, I explained that I needed to be measured, that I was having issues with my stride and weight, and needed a wider shoe. It would have been sufficient to say we dont generally have wide sizes and just measured me. I still would have bought some socks.Third, after I tried the shoes on, the sales person just said walk around. I may be overweight now, but Ive been a runner my entire life, generally with a specialty store the employee will evaluate your gait and make sure the shoe actually works.It just felt like I was being rushed out the door, and now Im left with a 165 dollar pair of shoes that STILL makes my feet hurt when I run more than 1.5 miles.The employees were completely inattentive, but more than willing to chat with everyone else in the store.Your mileage may vary, but Im never coming back here. There are much better shops in the area where the staff will actually listen to you.

Always just bought my running shoes and didnt think much of it. Staff help me get fitted for the right shoes. I had no idea I had lower arches. They walked me through no pun intended a few sneakers that would be best for my feet. I left with comfortable shoes and soles that feel great running!

Quite literally everything about this place is amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly knowledge and kind. They worked with me patiently while I tried about 20 different pairs of shoes over three different days. It felt like I had a personal track coach in Jeff; he gave me tips on stretches, my stride, uphill vs downhill running, how to properly lace shoes depending on fit, everything.I’ve never in my life been to a store with better customer service and a more knowledgeable team about their products. These guys are the real deal. Customer for life.

Took my son to find shoes for work and Jeff was amazing! Hes very knowledgeable, fitted my son, brought out multiple brands of shoes and voilà...he find a pair that he likes!Thanks to the Charm City Run team for a pleasurable experience in your store! Yall rock!

Called in to order a colorway of a shoe I couldn’t find elsewhere. Great service from Tom who dug around and found the pair for me, and had them shipped off expeditiously. Thanks a bunch y’all.

Very nice place with a diligent running advisor. However the terminal for credit card didnt works properly and I couldnt finish purchasing a pair of running shoes

Didnt get the name of the woman who helped me out, but had a great experience. Had me try on multiple shoes to find the best possible fit. Feet are feeling great. Fantastic service!

I regret ordering a pair of kicks from Charm City. The website didnt work well. After confirming the order and charging me for the shoes, they sent a message stating they dont have them. Now its much later and instead of trying on my sick new Altras, I am looking for a different place to order them from. Very sad :-(

Quick in and out turned into some additional running tights. Staff is ready and kind to answer all of your running questions. I also partake in their training groups. Keeps me motivated to keep running before, during, and (hopefully) after the pandemic.

Charm City run is always a good place to go whether youre looking for something to run in or just looking for something cute that makes you look like youre going to go for a run or youve been running. And thats not a bad thing. From sunglasses to shoes to socks to running shorts, cute shirts, anything that might be associated with running, youre in the right place. Staff is terrific, and we always like going there. Theyll fit you for a pair of running shoes, and their experts at that. Everything is always fun and friendly and you never know when you can get a really solid discount. Check it out.

Honestly I love this place, the staff is friendly. Ive come a few times over a span of a year or 2, just to replace running shoes. Everytime I come, no matter who is working, I get amazing service. The associate knows their stuff, and the shoes are priced fairly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great store, great staff. Im new to the area and they were very helpful telling me some of the best routes. When I wasnt able to find the gloves I was thinking about purchasing, they were able to order and hold a pair for me. Very good 10% rewards program for recurring customers as well ($25 for every $250).

Staff are friendly, well informed and seem altogether good at doing their job and being decent people. It just disappoints me that they dont carry anything in a lower price range for runners locally that cant afford over a 70 dollar pair of shoes.

This is a really nice shoe store. Dedicated to running only but if you are a runner this is your place. Super knowledgeable staff and they promote/support a ton of events in the area.

I took my girls to get new running shoes and staff member was phenomenal in her help, patience and expertise!

Came here to check out new under armour running sneakers. The counter staff took her time to measure my feet and arches to ensure a proper fitting. Went over sneakers and was extremely patient explaining the different purposes. Wound up purchasing the special socks and a brand t shirt! Very helpful staff that are shining examples of expertise on the sport of running...whether youre a novice, out of shape, or an ultra marathoner!

I love stopping by running stores when were in a new town! It was nice talking with staff and even bought a Carm City Run tank to remember my trip!
