Do not have online orders sent to this store if they are JORDANS.. I had my babies sneakers delivered here on Jan 26 and on the 27th when I went to go pick them up the young female employee tried to steal the package and told me they never received my sneakers. Had me walk around the mall to 3 different stores looking for them for no reason, even went with me. I was told 1st that they didnt know how I ordered online if the Jordan 13 starfish never hit their store.. I proceeded to again show the delivery confirmation and was told that the address of the store was correct but the store number was wrong.. Finally, after I stated that someone must have stolen them and proceeded to talk to the male employee and have him check the order number inside of footaction computer, (which never was done) the female employee stated she didnt have to help me. I stood there wondering how I was the one with the missing package but yet she was angry that I became upset that my package went missing. She laughed and said well I wasnt here yesterday when it got delivered and attempted to get hostile. The heavy set female employee then grabbed the little employee to the back of the store and all of a sudden my package was found and handed to me .To the male employee working that day thank you for your patients and for the heavy set female thank you as well for controling your team member and for finding my package . Train your employees on how to handle customers especially when they are at fault .I guess she was mad that she couldnt steal the package because I just didnt walk out the store and call costumer service like she suggested and made a scene. Sad it had to come to that but My package turned up though. And without this review that day would have been silenced .

Love this store. Just got a Nike sweat suit wit the jacket and a Nike bodysuit to go with real cheap. Plus I look hott in it.

Service not all that

My wife was assaulted and carjacked by two 15 year-olds in front of our house at 3:15 PM today.They stole my in-lawss car and went straight to Foot Action in Mondanmin Mall. They were able to charge $1500 wihout ID at Foot Action. Her debit card was time-stamped at Foot Action at 4:08 PM. Foot Action refused to release their video footage of the 2 suspects buying shoes without a supeona.The detective told me the suspects are known juvenile offenders and they go to the same Foot Action in Mondanmin Mall after each of their robberies/carjackings/assaults. Mondawmin Mall, clearly Foot Action is complicit in illegal activity

This location sucks. You can never reach anyone by phone and when you do you’re on hold forever and the line rings busy so you have to call all day to get through.
