The salesperson was friendly and very efficient with a great attitude. My transaction was fast and professional. I was very satisfied.

Stop by this location to pick up a few things I needed to find. I had never come to this location before and I found a few of the items I needed but they were a little bit more expensive than what I had found at other local shops. The worker that was inside wasnt helpful for what I needed, but directed me to someone who would be more helpful. I purchased my item and was on my way.

I stopped in your location yesterday to possibly get a quote and follow up on a few questions. As I waited my turn I overheard a conversation with another customer. The younger female associate on the sales floor was not exceptionally friendly and almost seemed bothered to have potential sales. By the time it was almost my turn, I had no interest in using your services. I wish you the best in resolving your staff issues. But I can shop online and feel better about my experience elsewhere.

Horrible customer services! As I was paying for my things, I just wanted to take my money back. But I really needed what I was getting. The Female (young black lady) act as if I was getting on her nerves for asking a question. She didnt want to ring me up. She was on her phone. Honestly I will drive further and go out my way to go to a different store . Zero Stars!

I will give zero if possible with my experience with the crazy girl on the floor, she carrying blond haircut. She’s literally hangry that I was there to spend my money in 2 days straight. She definitely don’t need a job, probably need to go fix her baby daddy issues at home ..crazy ..

Came here and purchased two outside vest carriers and about $450 worth of other products. When I purchased the vest carriers they were out of stock of the long sleeve undershirts. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks for them to come in which blows my mind because I can get them in just a few days myself. I asked if I could pay upfront for the shirts (pre-order) before they came in, this way I would have them ready and available when they come in. I was told NO. Apparently it’s first come first serve. I researched a bit online and found the exact same shirts online that could be here in 1-2 business days. I called to ask if it would be ok that I order the shirts in myself and bring them in to your company and pay to have the patches sewn on? and was told NO, I have to purchase the shirt directly from them. How can I purchase an item that you don’t have?? Why would you make your customers wait and not even guarantee them a shirt by pre-order? I offered to pay before the order was ever placed and was told NO. Also why not charge to sew the patches on? Horrible customer service. No excuse. Now I have an outside vest carrier that I cannot use because I have no undershirt! Im at the mercy of this company simply because they won’t allow me to bring in my own brand new blauer shirts that I apparently can order and have weeks before them in which case all I would need is to have patches sewn on. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional, not the way a customer service business should be ran when serving the public, let alone first responder clients that are life long customers.

Worst customer service ever. The girl at the front gave me a hard time to no help on buying products that they have because it was only going to be her way. Didn’t even cared to listen to what I wanted. She had a attitude for no reason. I’m never going back there again and I’m tell all my police friends not to go there for anything. I’ll rather drive elsewhere.

The store is out-of-the-way, and easy to miss when driving there. In fact, it can be downright frustrating getting there, even if youve been there before. One wrong turn and its easy to get lost.Small store floor, but LOTS of up-to-date product. More often than not, they WILL have what you need, or something that is close to it. Customer service is very good, like it should be, but the salesman there tends to lean towards the 5.11 tactical gear they sell. 5.11 is good, but not the only product Im interested in.I would recommend shopping there, just make sure to do some comparative shopping BEFORE you walk through the door. The pricing is somewhat on the higher side.

They are listed as dealers for 5.11 and Blauer, but just FYI they carry next to nothing as far as tops go. They have all the pants you could ever want, but essentially no BDU tops except for Topper brand. Youre better off just ordering from one of the websites before you waste a trip.

The job quality is good, but the prices are too high. I called to inquire for a polo shirt with a simple embroidery (📛) they have in stock and they said will be $40.i check the shirt without it in a market and is only $10.
