I just had the worst shoe buying experience ever in this store today. Won’t be back there. What happened to the old crew before COVID. They was the best

Workers here are very unfriendly. I stood in the store for a good 15 minutes before someone asked if I needed any help. The lady who finally asked had an attitude. Will never visit this location again.

Got to the store in Erdman Shopping Center. Couldnt locate the store because its been remodeled and had lights at the top. The employee who answered the phone was polite but did not know what stores were near. She abruptly put another employee on who responded to my question that there was a Big Shoe City sign. I told her I wouldnt have called if I saw the sign. Then she said the store was next to Walgreens. I observed the sign going in the store and it is very dark, not lit and hard to see at night.
