Always stands by their products. No complaints at all. They replace window when glass is no longer clear. Also fix when window doesnt work correctly.

Had 12 new windows installed. From the first meeting with the salesman through to the end of installation, the process was seamless. There were no hidden costs. Everything is laid out in black and white in the contract. The installers actually showed up on time. That was surprising to me...it was a first for sure! They did a great job and even cleaned up all of their mess when they were done. I would definitely recommend Window World to anyone who is thinking about having new windows installed!

Great people but I got their mid grade windows. I had 26 installed and have had a lot of issues with them right from the start. These windows might be cheaper than others but cost you more in the long run. Higher electric and gas bills. Right out of the gate had issues with craftsmanship from the manufacture of the windows. Replaced windows that were from the 70s and the new windows leak just as bad. Got new windows so I didn’t have to put plastic up and still do. Tech from manufacture even said all windows leak a little, and anything under 1/16th of a inch is good. So with 26 windows I have over a inch and a half of air gap? That can’t be right. They have been out numerous times and every time the leaks get a little better but still leak. I still have one window that the inside seal doesn’t even mate with the window housing. They have replaced that one 2 times and it still is not correct. Again the people should get 5 stars but windows should get 1 star for looking like a window. Hate writing a negative review but the shoe fits.

This company has been our go to for doors and windows for decades. We refer them to EVERYONE. GREAT service and no hassle at all. We had a project done by Champion but now we are having Window World replace a door of theirs for starters because Champion does not stand by their warranty, tack on fees for service. Window World NEVER does and that is GRRRREAAAT!

Of all the window companys I Had to come by or checked with window world had the best price and best presentation.

The installers did a great job. We recommended your company to a relative in VA. She is using window world too. They did a nice job including cleaning up.It is nice not feeling cold air coming through the windows. Everyone has told us how nice they look.

Thanks to these idiots, we almost lost our dog. We weren’t even having work done on our house (it was the house next to us)and they came into our yard and property without us knowing. They just opened our gate and propped their ladder up on our house. Because we weren’t having any work done, and obviously didn’t know there was someone in our yard, my wife let our dogs out and the idiot who came in UNANNOUNCED (again, we weren’t having any work done on our house) left our gate open and one of our dogs ran out. It was 28 degrees at the time. When approached (yelled at), the guy just kind of blew it off and showed no signs that he cared in the slightest. My pregnant wife called me frantically and I had to come home from work early and, together, we looked for our dog in the snow for two and a half hours. Thankfully our dog is home safe and warm.We don’t need any windows right now, but when we do you couldn’t even pay me to use this company. We understand mistakes happen, but the fact that we weren’t even the ones getting work done and they came into our yard unannounced, left our gate open so that our dog ran away when it’s the coldest time of the year and were so completely remorseless is unbelievably unprofessional to say the least.We will without a doubt use a different company for windows in the future.

I bought my wonderful windows about 3 years ago and love them. The customer service was excellent. Now Im looking to replace my entry door and my patio sliders. My whole family goes to Window World for doors and windows.

Ive used Window World twice now for five new windows. Both times Mike the salesman was super-knowledgeable, friendly, and provided top-notch service. The first installers re-ordered & installed a window for free when it didnt fit 100% and I really appreciate the honesty and excellent service all-around, including Candace in billing!

I was very happy with the work ethic, quality, and the professionalism of the installers. The end result of the windows being installed is beautiful. It is warmer in the house already.

The overall experience would have been better had there not been so many errors in the delivering of my doors. When the doors first came in they came out to install them. After taking off my back doors, it was discovered the had the wrong size doors. Luckily they were able to place my old doors back in place and place foam around the frame to block the cold air from coming in. I then had to wait two weeks for them to be able to come back out with the correct doors. The 2nd time they came out to install my back doors they realized they did not have the correct screen. Therefore, they had to place an order in for the correct screen. After waiting about 3 weeks the correct screen was finally installed. During the whole process I had to either take off from work 3 times or ensure someone was at the house to make sure the doors were installed. This was not the fault of the people installing the doors by any means, but the fault of the company they receive the doors from. If it were not for this experience I would have given a 5 rating. After the inconvenience of it all, I was never offered a discount or an apology as a result of the order being incorrect multiple times.

Phenomenal product and outstanding support after the sale. I would recommend Mark and his team if you are considering replacement windows.

Like another user said, the product is essentially junk. Several service calls over the past few years and my doors still dont close or lock properly. Pay a little more and go with somebody else!
