Well I went in there to pay my bill this past month on the 6th and upon arrival there was 3 cop cars and police inside because a man tried to rob the ONE employee with a knife.I go back today to purchase a new phone for Myself and a new line and phone for my Daughter and had one customer ahead of Me who was being helped. I stood in the store for 45 minutes without such as a greeting from the ONE employee. There needs to be more then one person working at these stores. A man came in behind Me and left. He was just there to pay his bill. Then another couple came in and left as well. Im all for having patience. I stood there for almost an hour.. But its a bit rediculous.

Dont listen to the negative review below. Especially if the picture on his profile isnt of his face. This store is brand new and very nice on the inside. I had the pleasure of meeting management and watched as they assisted in another customers problems. Theyre very knowledgeable and polite. I strongly recommend having your needs met at this location!

Went to this location today to find it UNATTENDED for about a half an hour ! Concerned Citizen call Baltimore County Police because We didnt want to leave the Store like that ! So after the Police are there for 10 minutes trying to figure out whats going on This Woman gets out of a Black Truck and Says she works there and fell asleep ! She looked High ! Great Service Metro PCS

This is the best Metro PCS in Dundalk. Way better than the Eastpoint location. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want exceptional service come to this location.

Just switched from Verizon and the bald guy sold me the wackest phone and acted like it was new and top of the line meanwhile as a salesman he didnt explain my contract details and I went to return my phone and couldnt because I exceeded the call duration in the 6 days I had the phone smh

Just called this location looking to purchase a specific phone and the guy on the other end was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience to his day. I am sure that the store was sooo busy inside that standing up from his stool to answer the business phone ruined his whole afternoon. Just a word of advice, though someone on the other end of the phone may not be able to see your eye roll, they sure as hell can hear it, especially when they can hear your sighs and tone.
