I have a tri fold gate, that my grandfather custom built back in the 1950s that leads into my alleyway. The parts for it are no longer made ANYWHERE. People have sped up and down the alley way to quickly plenty of times and have ran into my gate, causing holes that allowed water to penetrate and rust through the elbows on my gate.When i inherited my house, i inherited a gate that was essentially, metal poles tied together with a net. In order to open my gate, i had to pick up these poles and move them, and have cut myself throughout the years doing so.I went to various other companies and was told to remove the metal gate and instead put up a wooden gate. I wasn’t interested in a wooden gate.Fence fair took my old gate, with its custom pole sizes that i couldn’t match anywhere, and built me a new frame, welded it together, reattached the old mesh, and closing mechanism, drilled the holes for the old hinge, and it looks beautiful! It fits in perfectly.I had a bit of difficulty attaching the new gate due to only one of the holes needing to be grinded out, and one of the employees came out and aided me in connecting it to the hinges. I will be utilizing this company when i need to replace/rebuild the other portions of the tri fold gate(there’s rust on another elbow and a large slash).They do great custom work. This was all done in 6 hours.

Fence fair did an amazing job putting up my chain link fence. They are very flexible and delivered the exact product that I asked for. The attention to detail that I expect I have learned is far superior than the average person. I do a lot of construction work and normally never let anyone work on my house because I’m always disappointed. All the small details that other companies would’ve missed fence fair delivered. This is probably only the second or third Internet review I’ve ever written in my lifetime because most things are just average and not above average.

I had a fence installed two years ago, and the wood is warping. When I called to inform Fence Fair, Donna informed me that the contract I signed did not cover the wood warping, therefore Fence Fair would not repair. I am contacting my attorney. I do have my contract. I find Donna to be short tempered and obnoxious. This is not the first time I had to deal with her. Actually she is RUDE and VOICES her personal opinion when it is not necessary!!!

Called them to come out for an estimate, and they never contacted me back after coming out. I dont know what to make of it all.

Fence Fair came out for an estimate that we should have had within several days. Each time we called was another excuse why it was not ready. After almost 2 weeks they just stopped returning our calls. In addition, they could not provide photos to view options but instead told me to go online and basically look myself. In my opinion, very unprofessional and unreliable.

I had Fence Fair make me 2 pairs of driveway gates in the past. The fit on both sets were perfect. Well recently my wife hit one gate with her suv and damaged it beyond repair. The crew at Fence Fair made me a replacement gate the same day. Fast & friendly service, quality products and reasonable prices. What else can you ask for? Thank you.
