The fence they originally installed looks good, but trying to get them to come out for repair is a nightmare. I spoke with someone and they asked me to send photos. I did that and text reply was “got it will have quote today”. That was aug 4th and I’ve heard nothing! Called again 8/13 and asked if someone would kindly tell me if the job is too small because I’d look elsewhere and she said someone would call back. No response yet.

I signed a fence contract on April 3, 2021 for installation in approximately 12 weeks. Contract includes permits and the salesman, Bob Heckman, said the permit is with the county. Turns out Pyle didn’t submit an application. It’s been over a week and despite multiple attempts to contact Bob and Pyle directly, no one will call me back. I will amend the rating if they improve their service, but at this point cannot recommend them and may soon have to consider legal action.

I have used Pyle Fence on several occasions for the fencing at my property and They have always done a great job and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

A good local company. As in any home improvement situation. things may and can occur. When a company can rectify there mistakes in a prompt manner they, as a contractor myself, are MOST worthy of my business.

If you want quality craftsmen to execute a beautiful and subtle addition to add value and beauty to your home, call these people. We had several quotes and they came in lowest, but offered the highest quality service.Bob Hackman spoke at length, for weeks with my husband, never brushing him off the phone when he had a question. My husband can be overly thorough most times and clearly he met his match with Bob who planned a beautifully situated fence, winding through trees and overgrown brush area which their crew clear-pathed. He and his expert team member, Guillermo, gave us an immaculately measured, split rail fence with black mesh that met the ground in order to keep our newly adopted dogs safe inside our yard. We werent scheduled for a week or two, and two nights before the arrival of our rescues, Bob called to say hed be there next day. Now thats service, and with a very professional smile. Weve been enjoying our yard and our dogs for a little over a week, and its like a patch of heaven here in Baltimore, MD. We highly recommend this company to install your fence.

Jim was a great communicator. Gave us a competitive price and executed the work on-time and as described. We had a small issue with one gate being more narrow than expected (my fault- they built it to the exact size on the contract) and they came out and widened the gate at no charge. Excellent communication, value, and quality of work. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Pyle Fence offered us the best price comparing to the larger company I called up for the estimates. I personally spoke with the owner and discussed the price of the fence with an automatic gate.Pyle Fence is a small local family own business company, they offered the lower price with the best quality of installation and great services.I do not understand the review of 1 star given and complaint about the service. They were very reasonable and honest to their works done. Perhaps, the 1 star customers need a better communication with them.

I asked three major fencing companies for quotes and chose Pyle based on knowledge, price, and materials used. Their salesman, John, was the most knowledgeable by far and their installation crew, led by Guillermo, was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Pyle.

Id love to give a review of my fence, but I cant, because the work has not been completed. I signed a contract in March. The majority of the job is done, but several aspects have not been completed (like building a retaining wall along the alley, which is outlined in the contract) or corrected. I have spent over 2 months contacting the salesman, Bob Hackman, and have now been in touch with the owner Bill Pyle. Both continuously promise someone will be here next week or tomorrow to complete the work. Ive heard this about 15 times now. When someone doesnt show up when they promise, I hear not a peep from either that it was delayed.While the install team did a fair job, I cannot in good conscious recommend working with Pyle, as the sales team grossly overpromise what can be done and do nothing to correct their mistakes.

Once again Pyle Fence did a great job. 500ft of 3 rail and post fence with one double and two single gates. The workers were very clean left nothing behind and the fence looked like it had always been there. Perfect job and absolutely the best price I found. We Highly recommend!Tim.

We had a 15 year old fence we needed to be replaced. Pyle got us two different estimates, one utilizing some of the old fence materials to possibly save money. The heavy rain set back the installation but everyone in the company were very responsive and the crew did a fabulous job taking care not to damage plants and such on the property. Extremely pleased.

Mr. Pyle came out to meet with us today and express that our issues will get corrected. I will update this review as once our fence is completed.Issues are going to arise during projects, its just how the company deals with those issues and communicates how and when they will be corrected.

Three years ago Pyle Fencing did a great and prompt job installing 750 feet of fence with 1 double gate and two single gates. They were in and out, Cleaned up perfectly with quality workmanship. Today the fence and gates are as New. I am preparing to have them install two more similar fences with gates on other properties this month. Highly Recommend !!!

I love my fence. I had an issue with my gate and someone was sent right away. Im pleased with their customer service and product.

Im not sure how their quality of fences are, but the drivers cannot drive. Theyre driving all over the road not paying attention. This morning there is a driver in a red Chevy pickup truck LN 1DN4330 who was swerving between three lanes of traffic, and not paying any bit of attention. He was busy looking at a cell phone. This isnt the first time Ive seen this truck all over the road either!This is dangerous as he almost ran headlong into another car, almost hit a stop sign, and almost ran me off the road due to weaving into my lane.As a representative for that company by advertising or it being a company vehicle, the driver is responsible for being the face of that brand/image/company while out and about. Simply unacceptable.

They removed and installed over 300 feet of fence for me and my neighbor at the same time about 2 years ago. It looks good and is holding up well. My only complaint was that the clean-up of the old fence could have been better, they left sharp cut pieces of chainlink all around the yard, and two or three steel posts sticking up a couple inches out of the ground. They came back right away and fixed the posts, I cleaned up little pieces of metal for 6 months.

Great experience start to finish with Pyle Fence. The best price among all the quotes we got, and the most attention to detail when planning out materials, style, etc. The whole project was done in one day (in awful, rainy weather, no less) and the crew was professional. The end result is even better than we expected. Cant ask for more.

To be very honest, we were a difficult client. Not only did it take us 18 months to decide who to work with, we had some difficult circumstances to work around... and I was indecisive about the style down to the week before the work was done. The sales team was patient, genuine, thorough, and just generally pleasant to work with. The crew was outstanding - precise, thorough, considerate, clean, and also very professional. I am so glad to hear about how the owner of this company yelled at other customers, because HE DID THE SAME TO ME after we purchased a very expensive cedar privacy fence for our backyard. The fence had some cross/support beams that were infested with some bugs that hatched and left all kinds of worm holes/trails riddling the effected support beams within one month of installation. He wouldnt even send someone to take a look at it. He was so nasty and threw personal insults like I have never heard before from a business owner, much less a man to a woman. He knew that we were friends and neighbors of a friend of his, so out of respect for them, I would have expected him to hold it in check, but this man is so aggressive with no provocation... if you want to spend thousands to be abused by a business owner, then by all means use Pyle.

Called these guys for an estimate. They showed up gave me details on what could be done and left.. waited a week for a price but no one ever got back to me. Truly disappointed especially since theyre located down the street from me.

Did awesome job 3 months to come out to install vinyl fence my yard is huge i love the privacy 4 guys did it in one day i was impressed also i had old metal fence at first so i love the fact this one gives my family and me security a little pricey and they left small bolts and small pieces of old fence in yard but i assume it was accident it was alot old fence to get rid of over 600 ft fence but nice folks i cant speak for other reviews but overall my experience was great thaxs pyle fence

Set up appointment on Tuesday for Saturday morning for a quote. Sales guy calls back on Friday to cancel the appointment. First off I scheduled off work to be there. Secondly he knows that this was holding up a contract to purchase a house. So not only did I loose a day of overtime. The contract on the house is getting pushed back because of a date and time set by this companys sales guy.

Didnt even want to bother giving me an estimate to fence in a pool in a very upscale neighborhood. They could be losing out on a major referral source!

Our fence was built by Pyle right before we purchased it. A few year later, we noticed many issues with it, seemingly well before there should have been issues. When our next door neighbor had their fence put in, workers FROM PYLE told them that our fence was not done correctly and was very low quality. When we called to speak with the owner about it, he was very harsh, yelled at us, and was completely unwilling to fix the issues.Although we had this negative experience, we did purchase more slats from Pyle to replace bad ones and used them to fix many other pieces last summer (close to $1000 of work).Last night, a limb of our neighbors tree fell on a piece of the fence and broke it. When we called to have him look at it, he told us he didnt even need to look, it would be AT LEAST $600- mind you this was only an 8ft section and we already had the wood to replace, just needed them to do the work. When we requested an estimate to give to our neighbor, he got very hostile and started yelling. He finally agreed, though not happily. In the meanwhile, our son in law, in town from Vermont, fixed the piece. When he arrived to look at it, I went out and apologized as he started yelling me out for wasting his time. I again tried to apologize and explain that I did not know they had done it, but he continued. He then left and called my husband to scream at him!A few very unpleasant experiences with this company have left us looking for a new fencing company. Luckily I guess, HE told US that he will never help us again!
