This is an excellent supermarket. The selection is fantastic and the ready prepared meals are just awesome and healthy. It’s easy to get in and out and the outdoor area is very nice. One thing, most of the times I have visited there are more employees filling orders than customers. Why do they need this expensive store when it could be anywhere and most customers getting delivery wouldn’t know the difference.

Date of purchase is 11/8/21, product was expired on 10/25/21, which means 2 weeks that the product was sitting there in the dairy cooler without being date checked and this was going to be fed to my kids, luckily, the yogurt looked so weird that I had to check the expiration date to inspect it! I would understand if this was a canned product but with dairy? Common Whole Foods this is unacceptable!

I love this location omg the Cafe upstairs is phenomenal. I love how the food is so fresh...great place to grab breakfast lunch and dinner...hot and ready to go...definitely a must visit. You have an excellent view of the harbor from upstairs to your left with and out door patio eatery and a perfect view of the store and wine tasting bar to your right.

Produce, meats, fruits so much better looking and tastier than standard grocery stores. Much wider selections on vitamins, facial and body soaps . Over all very satisfied. A little pricey. But store will not disappoint.

Very organized and clean. Good selection of everything. Only place local where I can get the So Delicious cashew milk ice cream. Unfortunately the non-dairy Ben and Jerry’s here is more expensive than at other grocery stores (read: Safeway - because they usually have a buy 2 deal). Love their fresh pasta bar and cheese selection.

This was the first time I ever visited a Whole Foods. Very impressed with the meats and bakery area. Will be back for more real soon!

Great selection of groceries and more. The lighting is great in the store. Groceries, as well as other items are of a very high quality. However, expect to pay a lot of money for all these great things. Its the most expensive grocery store around!

What can I say its Whole Foods. Always find everything I need and more. Love the free parking. They are always stocked up on everything you need.

I like Whole Foods since they offer a wide range of products. However, I would say that they need to work on making the prices reasonable. I understand they offer slightly better quality but I often see around 40%50% extra price for most products which I consider unreasonable. In fact, for some branded products, they charge higher prices than the local groceries. I would continue going to Whole Foods but I expect them to reduce their prices to make them more reasonable and justified.

The Butter Pecan macarons is hitting Im telling you😋. Decided to eat here so I purchased Nanas Chicken Noodles Soup and Spanish Beef Empanadas....when I tell you delicious. Discovered the second floor and patio attached. BEST LUNCH EVER

DONT BUY THE MILK. I have bought milk twice from this location, and it curdled BEFORE the Best By date. The first time it happened, they offered me a refund, but I am not really worried about that. They should not be putting bad food on the shelf. This could make people sick. I called customer service to notify them the first time, but it keeps happening. I think I will get my milk somewhere else from now on.

My only contact there was to drop off packages to be returned to Amazon. They went well, because I didnt have to worry about packaging or anything.... awesome

It’s expensive, but by now, everyone knows that. That said, their produce department is second to none. Their meat department has some of the leanest fillet mignon I’ve ever seen. The bakery area is designed to destroy the diet of even the most disciplined shopper. To add to all this, you can pick up and return Amazon orders.

This place is going down hill. There is always a bad smell when entering the store. The fruits and vegetables just isn’t the same anymore. Everything just seem so rushed. Food looks like it’s going to go bad the Next day. I don’t see things getting any better. So I’m finding new places to shop for produce.

The store is spacious and clean with well-marked and well-stocked aisles. The staff was friendly and the checkout was fast (I was there just before closing though, so there were few shoppers). There is garage parking; your purchase receipt comes with a validation ticket so you dont have to pay for parking. If you dont buy anything, you can get a voucher from customer service. I went for tiramisu and cornbread and was not disappointed. Great experience.

I love Whole Foods but parking at this location is a huge hassle. Its pretty hard to figure out how to use the slips of paper they give you to get out of the parking lot. And even getting in is no fun.

Very clean, stocked, and organized. Customer service was great and they had a wide variety of food for dinner plates.

The new location is such an improvement in size and selection, along with a Gypsy Queen & Ejji Ramen stalls. They also added 2 self-checkout sections and parking is still validated.

This market or spotless.. Always have fresh baked good out, delicious healthy fast food ready & in house made items ready to go.. free 2hr parking gives you plenty of time to shop& even sit down for a quick bite of you wanted. The cashier will validate your packing ticket upon checkout.. Just being in the market makes me feel healthy.. Shopping for home grown goods doesnt get any better them this.. My favorite is the pumpkin muffin with cream cheese (seasonal).. I recommend this market to all

An ancient pizza dough with Sicilian olives, Portobello mushrooms and mozzarella, some green poivron and olive oil...everything to make it at home...

Yess I love the new location and now the store is much bigger and I will have to do a bit of shopping to check out the prices but one of the things I live about while foods is that if I want to make a dish that I see on a cooking program I know that I can go to whole foods and get the exact items I need.

This is not a rating on Whole Foods groceries. We love their foods and the selections. But the new store that recently opened at Harbour East in Baltimore is simply ridiculous with regard to convenience. How can you build a store and on site parking (garage) and mess it up so bad. I wouldnt return to that site if they offered half off my groceries. Getting in and getting out is an exercise in frustration thats just not worth it. Did i mention I paid $8 to park less than an hour! What a shame. I waited for this location to open for over a year and could not have been more disappointed. Do yourself a favor and find another location or another grocery chain.

Generally great . Sometimes out of my favorite hummus, Perfect Daughter with rosemary sea salt - but otherwise great shop.

This Whole Foods Store was fun to shop at..it seem to be a smaller version due to its location of other WFM stores Ive been to. Thats was ok due to the fact that they still had everything I needed and even great customer service, clean store, fresh produce, seafood and fresh cut flowers that had a nice variety to choose from at a decent price😊

The deli department I love it. Its the real meat. Depends on how you shop, you can find some good prices. I appreciate the organic products there.

Salad bar food was fresh and delicious. In front of me they discarded breakfast food directly to garbage, a proof that their food was fresh indeed.

The new location of this store is amazing. It is very spacious, Clean and well-planned space! The Garage is larger than previously so it is much easier to find a parking spot.

Typical Whole Foods, except coffee machine was malfunctioning and NONE of the staff knew what to do (not great customer service).

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience. The gentleman in the fish department was very courteous, and had the shrimp i reuested wrapped up and priced very rapidly.

The staff at Whole Foods are so attentive to their customers n their customers needs, i will surely be shopping there again, the staff is so nice n friendly, if you need help they will assist you so that you get what you need, they will work with you no matter how long it takes, they also have the utmost respect n you dont get that from other stores, like you get treated at Whole Foods, try them out.

Its always clean and large enough asiles moving to this location was a great choice. Near a boba spot as well I love that. This space is perfect for this type of store. Staff is good I love the self check out lane.

I think this would be a great place if they had all the gluten-free items/foods in one area so one could find pasta and breads and snacks, etc all in one place. The same for vegan foods, Why not? This would save time spent searching for one item on one end of the store and then the other end. I am also disappointed you added hot sauce to the vegan pizza slices I used to get. Please consider other ways to add flavor without adding hot sauce. Or list it under the description.

Great first time here in Merlin very clean store

The workers that are shopping for online customers are the worst. No one says excuse me, they push you out of the way. I guess to fulfill their orders, but they need not forget the ones that come in to shop. Someone needs to teach them customer service cause this store has failed that class.

Smaller than their last store in Harbour East, crowded & narrow aisles, Amazon Grocery pickers saturate the place. Parking garage is also tighter than their prior facility. Was expecting better but I like what they did w/ the Cafeteria

Customer service and food quality are absolutely trash lately. I miss the old location and its roster of recognizable faces. Even when I met new employees there, they were always kind. I just cut open a watermelon I bought two days ago and it was old inside, and the coconut milk yogurt I purchased had mold on it.

Just went there for the first time today, got the vibe that the customers are a little socially awkward.Ended up not finding the one thing I came there for (vegan hot dogs) :(Anyways, shopping here is not worth the guilt I feel of giving money to Jeff Bezos.

Grabbed a salad at the salad bar and some snacks. Expensive, but delicious.

Mt. Washington store seems to be changing for the worst. No more personal community relations. Weve become just another customer. Downtown Baltimore has much more pleasant staff, treating coustomers with kindness and like they care about people even when we disagree on an issue or policy regarding the store.

The bakery couldnt get my order right after I called several times to get this particular cake for mothers day. Then they offered me to pick from the ones in display, when obviously all the good ones were already gone, no thanks. Unfortunately due to their incompetence we have no mothers cake today. First and last time I come to this branch.

The meat guy John and the cheese lady Cam are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. Walking around the store looking and learning about the different foods have led me to change my diet completely. The store is a little expensive but. Id rather pay extra money for good organic healthy food than extra money to the pharmacy for all the unhealthy foods at conventional supermarkets.

Purchased 6 meals yesterday and the cashier did not give me all the bags. $60 worth of food. I should have double checked bag, but frankly didn’t think I needed to. Bag items yourself.

Wonderful market to visit. If you are looking to eat healthy, this is the market to visit.

The store is wheelchair accessible in terms of navigating the aisles but the products are tough to reach and you have to hunt for staff who may rush to help you and disappear again because its a busy place.Its got a lot of nice and unusual products, plus an Amazon Locker. Its clean and parking is easy enough so long as you remember to get your ticket validated at checkout. Checkout can be cumbersome, you have to pull out your phone and launch the Amazon app, then find your Prime code so they can scan you in, so have that ready because the location of that code moves around when they update the app.

A little crowded on Saturday evening/night, but otherwise great, as always.

Great selection for a smaller store. I was downtown & out of state on business. Whole foods was a welcome sight & walking distance from my hotel. I was so happy to get food to prepare in my hotel that had a kitchenette.The staff was friendly, store was organized, a tad tight due to the location, but totally worth it. I look forward to another visit if work brings me to Baltimore again.

Its always so therapeutic when I visit Whole Foods. I truly enjoy the beauty aisle with all of the aromatherapy oils.Lately I have been purchasing produce and its reasonably priced compared to other supermarkets as Whole foods has been known to be priced more compared to other supermarkets. However I was very pleased to find sustainable fruit options valuably priced by being an Amazon prime member. I Enjoyed working while eating It was very peaceful. I recommend this location in Baltimore. Its always clean and the staff is always there to help
