My first experience with the world famous chicken. got the spicy, with potato wedges. Super nice sandwich, wasnt under the heat lamp too long, she took care in getting the sandwich right, presentable, even threw in an extra wedge. Was thinking about that spicy chicken all the way back to Virginia.

Nikki is awesome- she is a store manager at this location. She is very consistent with having good energy toward customers (I have witnessed her on a few occasions). She has the affect on customers that can make you feel good about spending money at Royal Farms and also she can brighten a persons day. She isn’t just personable she also knows her stuff- she fixed the money order machine she did not just say it’s down like some other managers will do. Nicki has great energy and her knowledge base is an asset to Royal Farm corporation.

Seems like a bunch of kids working here. The young girl DID NOT make my sandwhich AT ALL like I ordered. Paying $9 for a sandwich just to get whatever they felt like making is a slap in the face to me, the consumer. I asked her before I left did she ensure I had everything extra I paid for. She agreed. I paid for double meat and received no wherenear that. Ill continue to go to the one in higlandtown. Overall, the Cashier had impeccable customer service. Keep him.

Bad attitude from the woman preparing food today. Ordered 3 tenders with honey mustard and small mashed potatoes with gravy. Paid for my food and came back to the counter for “we don’t have gravy. I can give you cheese with the mashed potatoes” First off, that’s disgusting to eat mashed potatoes with Nacho Cheese. I asked for cheese and wedges instead. I got both of my boxes and got back out to my truck to find no honey mustard or cheese with my order. I go back in for them to hear “we don’t have honey mustard” A lot of excuses here I’m seeing. So I get BBQ instead. Poor food quality, poor customer service. Earning these 1 star reviews definitely. And this is why you’re failing to Wawa which blows Royal Farms away in food quality and customer service. This is why I go there 99% of the time!

Go in to use the atm and got extorted by the tow truck driver hired by the store owner. Will never go back. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

The absolute worst business policy. Park in the lot, purchase something in the store, go across the street for 2 MINUTES to pick up a carryout order at Kislings and you may come out to see your car getting towed by a tow truck! Will never support such a customer-hating store owner... Wouldnt be surprised if the tow company is paying him good money for taking advantage of his customers like this.

Customer services is one of the worst I have experienced. The staff acts as if they are court ordered to be there. I will do my best not to return to this location again. And to add to the poor customer I ordered 4 wings and some wedges. Only to realize I was given three chicken tenders. When I went to exchange for my intended order. I was met with a horrible attitude, as if I had made the mix up. I hope that management can do better in the future with staffing.A staff that possible could be more customer friendly!

Because the Cashier Nasjia Martin on fleet street made me feel very offended. Its covid19 and the loud speaker said try to have exact change or use a debit card. I swiped it and it didnt work so I pulled money out she asked me is it fake. Very offensive... The only thing fake was her hair though. I dont even know her but go their... Howd she get the job making customers feel like that?

The young lady with the dreads is a miserable unhappy person. She shouldnt be working with the public! She is rude & unprofessional! She doesnt wear her mask properly. The food isnt prepared as offered. Im assuming that is her job, why is she there!!

I had a really good experience there today. I was especially impressed with Diamond, she was making coffee so I said I was going to pay while It brewed. While I was paying she poured my coffee for me. She went the extra mile and she didnt have to do that at all!! The girl at the register ( I wish I asked her name ) was patient with me bc my phone logged me off the Royal Farms app . She waited for me to find my card and didnt make me feel rushed. Thank you ladies!!

Don’t bother. Go anywhere else. None of the 3 cashiers were wearing masks properly (one just had his shirt pulled up over his nose). Half of my food order was incorrect or missing entirely.

Its always something with this place. Employees too busy having conversations with each other or on obviously personal phone calls while a line of customers are waiting, cashiers Nodding off(NOT because theyre tired) at all times of the day, extremely slow and incomplete deli service no matter how busy it is. Or my new favorite, the deli is closed, Im the only one here and Im not doing that. All while there was a display FULL of fresh food and only 2 customers in store, myself included. Obvious lack of management.

Ill start by saying if I could rate this place at 0 stars I would. I called to speak to somebody at the store. I was told by Liz the person I was looking for was there. She didnt put me on hold she put the phone down and never came back to it. 10 minutes of listening to young people cursing and talking about anything but business was enough. I hung up and called back and the phone was busy for at least 10 mins. This just means that they didnt even care that the annoying sound of the phone being off the hook didnt seem to bother anybody there.Id like to have a manager contact me and give me the number to either your franchise Home Office or the Corporate number.

Rude employees. I just went there in order to buy juul pods. The cashier was changing coffee as I waited for almost 10 minutes before I said anything. I got her attention and she said to me while continuing to mess with the coffee, I am not serving you if you dont have a mask on, so you can leave. At this point I am perplexed because I was standing there mask on and all, and I say to her, if you would take the time to turn around, you see that Ive had a mask on since I entered the store. There is no excuse to be this rude.

This is the best Royal Farms in the city. My job requires me to be on call so I am up crazy hours of the night. Everytime I go there the coffee is ready and everything needed is available. Many places only make coffee certain hours or dont have sugar or creamer out. Which is horrible when in a rush and dont have time to make another stop. I love the convient location and the lines are never long

My experience was horrible. No customer service skills were found anywhere. Asked about money orders b/c clearly displayed on door. Response,We aint got no money orders. Our machine been down a week. Waste of my time and gas. Wont make that mistake again.

I live close and go here often and no lie once out of every 3 times i order food they get it wrong the employees that make the food act like they dont want to be there and the one today had headphones in and said she couldnt hear me. No wonder the order was wrong

I dont know why the reviews here are so negative... Its a perfectly decent fast food place. I really like their chicken actually, and the service has akwalw been fine with me. The only issues I can see are that the ATMs almost never have money and that they could use some chairs or stools.

Wanted to order a 32pc to pickup for a party from this store which 1 block away from my house and was told they could not complete the order within 2 1/2 hours. So annoyed I had to drive 10 minutes to another store. Terrible customer service!

Check to make sure that what you order is at the window. I ordered tenders and paid and only after messing around and chatting with each other for 10 minutes the workers told me they were out of tenders. They then took another 10 minutes to put the tenders in the frier. I ended up being in that royal farms for 45 minutes.

Went there to get some tender and fries and they said mash potatoes come with it i guess as a package deal this was October 27 2018 at 8:07 pm get home the mash potatoes say prepared on 10/22 and suppose to be gone 10 /25 /18 ........going stay Way from them....
