Upon entering the store I was greeted I was asked may I help you and a very polite and mattress weigh I came to get some keys made I was told immediately how much it would cost and the number of the keys which I would know but he did he began working on it and another man came in I guess was his partner I said hello and begin helping him with the second set of keys that I need it very clean they seem very knowledgeable when people came and I think theres about four people came in while I was waiting for my keys and they knew exactly how to help them and also to direct them in the area where they need to go for what they needed to get thank you that made my day

Hardware Plus is excellent! The staff were experts and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me fix the problem I was having (a piece of steel needed to be filed down so that a bracket could fit into place). I highly recommend Hardware Plus to everyone, I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.

Terrific store, owner owned not a franchise. Assistants Robert and Renard were helpful and polite. If you love hardware stores, this is the bomb. Owner Ed is nice, too. This will become my go-to hardware store in Baltimore. Yeah, I know Home Depot and Lowes, but for quick, fast, early (8 am opening) and personal service, Hardware Plus, Inc. is the place.

The store in general is a bit tight but I guarantee you one thing on a scale of 1 to 100 99% of the time you go in you come out with exactly what you need and the guys here they make you feel like family I love it

Great options within the city to support local businesses and avoid driving outside the community for renovations material.Great customer service and very responsive staff. Great option as the surrounding area is turning to support more investment. One of a few owners I hope stays as the Pennsylvania ave attracts a healthier and more sustainable demographic.

I had no idea what I needed to glue the tile back on my floor in the bathroom and cermaic on shower wall. A customer service person helped me with no rush. When I arrived to the store it was clean and well-stocked. The customer service is excellent!
