I met with Erin and she led me through the hearing test and explained thoroughly the results at the end. I brought the hearing aids I currently use and she was able to adjust them so that I could hear better with them. The previous settings were extremely tinny and made me uncomfortable to wear them. Now I dont have a problem using them.We have a follow up appointment in a few weeks to see how well the settings are working out.

Dr. Elaine treated my mother in law with so much respect, gentleness and caring. She took her time with her and made sure her needs were met. My mother in law had a fantastic experience and is now hearing much, much better. She is even able to follow group conversations, and hear us when we talk across our large family dining table. Highly recommend Dr. Elaine!

Elaine was absolutely wonderful. Such a nice person and explained everything to me in fulll detail. She is an asset to your company. Not sure what to do though with the hearing aids that I need because my insurance doesnt pay for anyhting and not sure how I am going to manage another bill at this time.
