This place is not worth u getting your bike from my husband bike has been in there since 4/13/19 an it is now July 12,19 we have been calling leaving messages an still no nothing mind you I also have another bike that was purchased from there in April now this bike would not speed up it the seat wont unlock took it to him he took the screw out of the front of the seat an I havent heard or seen anyone. Now it July an Ive been calling an leaving messages for my bike an my husbands bike oh lets not forget that my bike isnt brand new like he claimed to be it was a refurbished an he sold it to me as a 2018 an the bike manual say its a 2006. It time for me to take him to court I will never spend money with him ever again an I suggest no one elses spend there money with him either he never there at the shop

The owner has a great personality. Prices are fair. Stocks some parts, or can order them. New bikes available in the showroom. Mechanic on site. The good mechanic that used to be at the scooter spot in fells point a few years back. On site parking. Large building with signs easy to view from the road. Conveinient hours.

I am very disappointed with the way I am being treated. I have been trying to get my bike and I am still waiting for my bike. No one has ever returned my calls and I am going to press charges. If I don’t get my bike back. I’m not understanding why haven’t I been given any answers for what is going on. I have been waiting since May 28,2019. I put my bike in the shop 5/24/19 .Mr. Mack called me and told me that I could come get my bike June26,2019 and I have until June 27,2019 I will be charged for storage after June 27,2019. I was ready and at the shop with $300dollars just like Mr.Mack asked me to but I have been trying to get my bike since June 25,2019 and every day since I have left messages and I have never been given anything,call, text,messages nothing and I still have gotten nothing and it’s now July 5,2019I still have been trying to get my bike and I have gotten Nothing I am going to call the police.
