The customer service is great. The food is always fresh. They fast and courteous. They have the biggest pizza I have ever seen. And it was delicious. You must check them out, late night munchies or late dinners or whatever... Come to New Ravens Pizza, you wont be disappointed.

My sandwich was a very poorly made I waited a very long time for my food to be delivered it was cold but it was easy to return it the very next day even though I had to drive almost four miles to get to the location. I feel as though they should have told me they were located so far away and I could have ordered my food from another carryout.

First and Last time going there. First of all the lady who ordered our food was rude then to make matters worse I ordered no hots on my sub and my wife ordered no tomatoes & hots and they did the complete opposite even though they wrote it on the paper the sub came wrapped in. The subs literally fell apart when we unwrapped them. Then the wings are no where near crunchy. Its like they baked it and threw sauce on it. I want my refund! Also when I got up there to pick up my food they had my order wrong so I had to wait just to end up unsatisfied anyway 😑

Ordered for delivery at 11:30 (website said they closed at 12:30 and accepted orders until 12:20). Payment was processed, all was well until I got a notification at 12:37 that my order was canceled due to the restaurant being closed. I haven’t received my money back yet. Why accept the order and charge me if you’re just going to close and cancel the order? BS.

Will you please stop going through neighborhoods and putting your flyers under door handles, garage handles, etc. There is no need for this and the only outcome is you littering the community with trash.

We have ordered from here for years and dealt with the rude phone calls and wrong orders and even hair in an order. Food tonight was over an hour late and cold!!! Just like they are in business we spend our hard earned money to support theirs. They don’t compensate you for your time or money to make things right and keep you as a customer. I’m beyond disappointed and over this carryout. We live less than 5 mins away so there’s no excuse. I’ve spent lots of money with them, but I’m sure they don’t care. Will spend money elsewhere.

One of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with, and couldnt even get my order right after waiting an hour and half. Plus, Ive posted my reviews on Yelp with zero profanities nor discrimination of people, and got my review taken down. Clearly, they spend more money on Yelp than on their own food and quality control.Zero respect.

They are busy but always kind. Subs are meaty and fries deliciously crisp. I frequently purchase the Italian cold cut special. Delivery orders are punctually delivered 100 percent of time with nothing missing. When I give a tip, the delivery person always says God Bless You. This means so much because I have had a bit of a rough personal year. Even when I go in and someone is taking orders over phone, I always receive a pleasant smile and Ill be right with you. The Italian is my favorite. I think for a moderately priced meal, prepared well, and delivered with kindness, Ravens is a hit! I recommend highly.

We had a problem one night and they were here in five minutes making it right. Will never get wings or pizza from anywhere else other than Pizza Ravens. I see them out at stores and they recognize me! Support local. Wings are the best!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE...the reality of it is I LOVE Ravens Pizza. When I come to pick up my pizza its always ready and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean when I go and I have never had an issue with my order being incorrect. My former co-workers and I would always get the lunch special and were never disappointed. Even though parking is never an issue.

Hands down the worse customer service EVER.Ordered pizza, website said it was able to be delivered to my address, paid for my pizza, and got an email confirmation my food would be on its way. An hour goes by with nothing, I waited till about an hour and 20 mins, gave them a call...oh we don’t deliver to you. Yet your website says you do, so you took my money...and didn’t even call us to let us know the problem. The lady on the phone then starts telling me it’s not her fault and we were the ones who placed the order. I tell her I want my money back if they aren’t giving me my food. She says they won’t do that. I paid online I can’t get my money back. She refused to give my money back. Finally she says fine your money will be back on your card in 3 days. So now I’m stuck without my dinner and calling my bank to ensure they decline the charges.

WORST SERVICE!!!! I will never order from New Ravens again. I ordered 2 cheesesteak subs to be delivered and they came to my house completely wrong. I recieved a meatball sub and a steak sub with wrong toppings. I called to let them know I got the wrong order. He rushed me off the phone telling me he would remake my subs. He sends the driver back 20 minutes later WITHOUT new subs but just to pick up the wrong ones so they would remake the new ones. Its been almost 2 hours since in ordered at this point. Then 10 minutes later another driver came back with more subs... I believe they tried to swap the wrong deliveries from house to house which is DISGUSTING. I asked for a refund and was refused.

New Ravens pizza used to be my favorite place to order a pizza for delivery. They totally changed. The pizza is not good any more. Their service is terrible now. It seems like the owners have changed or something. The cheese is not as good and its got significantly less cheese. Nevertheless, my husband and I ordered cuz we always order here. But recently, they messed up orders two times in a row and they charged a higher price. They said they are going to give a discount to fix the price difference but they again delivered a wrong pizza that is cheaper. They also had a problem with their attitude in dealing with the problem.

Today on September 30th 2018 I attempted to make an order for a medium pizza as soon as I got on the phone and placed my order the woman taking my order laughs habitually and asked me the same questions over and over I asked her if she was under the influence and she continued to laugh so I hung up. The food was good at first,so me & my family ordered more often. now its the worst. food dont taste good, & the delivery sucks its takes a hole Hour and half before i receive my food. i just order today & the man on the phone said my order was 28$ but when it was delivered it was 30.87 & on the receipt they scratch out 28$ & put 30.87 so i called & talk to the same man that took my order, i ask him y did he tell me one price & then change it & he lies and say he never said 28$ but as i stated it was also on the receipt but it was scratch out. i will never order from here again.

THIEVES!!!!!! I ordered my food and attempted to tip the delivery man with what I thought wasnt enough, so i apologized. He told me I already tipped online (and I know I didnt bc there was no such notification or hot button to select). He RELUCTANTLY showed me a receipt that had a tip WRITTEN BY HIS OWN PEN. I called the store to let them know what happened only to do find out that they automatically take a tip from you BECAUSE ITS NIGHTTIME!!! Oh that is our mistake sir, ..... youre g*damn RIGHT it is! I stopped patronizing them a while ago and thought I would give them another chance. I ordered Friday no problem then I JUST did a re-order of the same order from Friday TODAY Sunday 9/20. My order was delivered over an hour after I ordered and one item was not there and the other was not what I ordered nowhere near what I ordered. I called and the woman who works there was nasty as sin and then she hung up on me like it was my fault they got the order wrong. the same thing happened when I stopped ordering before and the woman there with the accent was the cause then too. So this will be my last time and I will not be giving them another chance. The food is great but that women and her attitude will ruin a good thing and she did. OK so 1.5 hours after my initial order I have my other two items. Yea I will miss the food but my money matters so I can spend it where people at least pretend like it does.

The service was very good. The lady on the phone/at the counter was attentive and alert. My only issue... definitely one of personal preference... is that the pizza has a TON of cheese. I like my pizza a bit more balanced, and if not, I prefer more sauce. It’s like every pizza has extra cheese no matter what you desire for toppings. So if you’re a cheese lover DONT PAY FOR EXTRA CHEESE, it’s quite unnecessary since you get that anyway. If you’re like me, ask for light cheese and you will get something close to everyone else’s “normal” amount haha.By the way, when I spoke of my preference, the staff graciously remade my pizza with light cheese, so I would definitely recommend them for their service!

This used to be a 4 start review. The last 3 times I’ve ordered here have been absolute disasters. Over an hour wait on two occasions and most recently my order was wrong. I was offered a 35-45 minute re order. Had to ask for a manager who offered to send wings immediately as a driver luckily pulled up. While I do appreciate this, they are seriously over cooked with sauce just poured on them. Nothing like having food you already ordered show up cold to match the cold food that’s been sitting. I would like to say I’d order here again, as I have many times in the past, but this is it.

The food took well over an hour to come and it wasnt the right thing. I was overchargered; I ordered three items off of the Kids Menu (each for $5, which would come to $15 with the free delivery) to which the lady on the phone insisted that she wasnt wrong, charging me $26 for the regular priced items. Even after explaining that the order was originally placed from the Kids Menu and that I wanted my money back, she said that there was nothing to do about it. When asking to speak to somebody higher up, she briefly told me to come at 5 and hung up. Deciding to just eat the food since it finally came (even though the store is only 8 minutes away from me), my burger had hots and peppers in it (which I also didnt ask for) and the fries were subpar. Disappointed because Ive ordered here before and the service was much better.

I normally have a good experience here, and have spent plenty of money here. On my most recent order, I asked for breaded wings in the special instructions, as I always do. When I received my order, the wings were not breaded. I called to express that, and instead of admitting their mistake, and making it right. She told me I didnt get breaded wings, despite my order summary showing otherwise. This was my last time ordering there. Way to treat a loyal customer!

I like the cheesesteaks. Staff answering the phones / taking orders can be a little abrasive. Pizza is decent when fresh but extremely heavy as soon as it starts too cool - not my favorite. I gave up ordering the wings altogether. Its always a toss-up whether Ill get my food in 20 minutes or an hour+.

I ordered one sub. It took an hour for my sub to come. On top of that, my order was messed up. I called them back and the lady said the driver would come back with the correct order.... 2 hours later. They never came back.

Too many games! I enjoy their pizza very much, but mistakes often ruin the experience. For example, we order boneless wings for delivery, and get delivered bone-in wings. And last Saturday, we ordered, and paid for an XL 18 pizza, and was served a 16. When we complained about the discrepancy, the staff became rude & argumentative. Foods good, but send me what I order, & what Im charged for!

Great pizzas when you are in the store awaiting your order but every time I have ordered delivery a BIG appointment!! Pizza is missing a lot of the cheese and meat off of the meat lovers pizza. Forget about asking for extra anything. Youd just be getting exactly what youd get on site.
