Pizza is great! The best close to where I live. I havent had anything else from here and honestly I dont plan to. Its a regular carryout with carryout food. Customer service could be better though. It sits next to 7 eleven, so if you need a parking spot, park there. But, yup the pizza is cool, it isnt gourmet or anything, but you wont be disappointed. Ive never had the pizza delivered, I always go and pick it up, if I cant, Ill order delivery from another spot.

2 starts for the first time I ordered. The wings were good. Second time, I placed my order online, an hour pasts, call the store nobody answers the phone. And I mean I’m calling like at least 6-7 times. Their business hours say they’re open on Wednesdays around this time (2:42-3:58p) so how do you run a business, and not answer the phone, like at all? Still calling no answer. You get angry not returning customers like this.

I had an amazing experience in this restaurant. We loved the first-rate vibes and the meals. The waiters are super affable. I’m glad we finally managed to eat here.

Missed this or strait up added a bunch of extra stuff to the order. Have ordered from them many times, but this is my last. There was a mistake made with my order and when I called about it. The guy (Monty161) who answered the phone was yelling at me and would not try to correct the order and hung up. I called back and he continued to yell and would not let me say anything. He said, If you dont like it, dont order from here again and hung up. I work at a big business that orders a lot from this place, so his message will be pasted on to all my Co-Workers.

These fast food chains the sub shop deliveries in these grocery stores should really have a chance of having a shoe on the other foot they know at this time that we really need our grocery stores the delivery services and the fast food but the service and the attitude and the respect that we get for paying our money is utterly ridiculous they really should think about whats going on and how they are serving the public or do they really care

Worst sub I’ve ever had in my life. I mean seriously if I could get my money back that would actually be nice 😭 Wasn’t even made right at all. Was just meat (questionable) and cheese. No tomato no lettuce (which I requested) no nothing. I’ll probably be sick later brb.

This is the worst carry out that I have order from. I gave them another chance and they continously to get my orders wrong and they still want us to pay for the wrong food. And then if they have to bring the food back, that they messed up on it will take them an hour and half to bring it back. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Plus they are VERY un professional

I ordered a cheese steak sub and it wasnt prepared the way I ordered it. I requested that they send me out another one and I repeated what I wanted on it and I still didnt get it prepared the way I wanted it. I should have gone to Dimitri around the corner.

The pizza is awesome. But everyone on the delivery team is awful except one younger guy. We just had a guy ask if we were coming out to grab our pizza... in the rain and dark... across the road nowhere near my apartment because he couldn’t read the giant numbers on the front of the apartment apparently and it inconvenienced him to drive the 2 feet into the parking lot. The sad part is this is not the first time this has happened. We normally have a younger guy that delivers it to our door with a smile. He’s great... but he’s the only one.We’ll be buying our pizza elsewhere now. Excuse me while I spit in this pizza and punt the soda cans that are never the sodas I ordered across town. 👌

Their lake trout platters are sooooo good. I can eat their fish everyday. The delivery is aQuick and the customer service is experienced and accurate straight to the point to get your orders done. My favorite spot on the west side 😍.

I like this little local pizza, sub shop foods good, but the people that work here are rude when you call to make orders. Customer service skills really need to be worked on here. It makes me not want to even give you my money based on your attitude, I dont care how good the food is. Also definitely ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT and see everything they charged you for Bec they like to over charge you and see if you notice. But the food is good and I love the boneless teriyaki wings.

Food was cold order was wrong when i called the man said what i told him i told him he didnt take my order. Then he said call back tomorrow because the young lady that took my order was off. I called to speak with manager next day conveniently he wasnt there.

I come here for their wonderful pizza. Its sooo crunchy and delicious. Have been coming here for years. The whole pizza tastes great and most of their specialties are awesome.

I ordered so much they knew my order by heart. I ordered this time because I was sick at home. That is the last time I will order from them. I HOPE THE DELIVERY GUY WITH GLASSES IS TREATED BAD WHEN HE NEEDS SOMETHING. I hope others stop ordering from this place too. What comes around goes around, and returns ten fold. Eventually this jerk will get back what he did to me. Im unable to go out and all I expected was what I ordered to be delivered. I GUESS THAT WAS TOO MUCH TO ASK.

Worst experience ever! I ordered lunch for a friend via grub hub and they totally screwed up the order. When I called for resolution I was told that the cook did not read the comments and that I should contact grub hub to get my money back. I asked for the owner and was told no. I asked to speak with someone in charge and was told no. They made no attempt correct the situation or even apologize. Businesses like this dont deserve our business. Anyone reading this, DO NOT patronize. Our community deserves better.

I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half and counting. Food was supposed to be here in 30-40 minutes.*UPDATE* the food getting here was the worst part. It was cold and the fries were soggy, AND there were FISH BONES in my CHICKEN cheesesteak. Then I call to tell them about this and they tell me “We only sell fish without bones. We sell boneless fish”This place should be shut down.

If I cout give them a zero I would I order a Pizza and sub the driver claim it was a driver coming behind him with the sub. I called back three times and they said the driver was still coming I call the first driver back just for him to tell me he got off at ten oclock I will never order from this place ever again

I treat myself on my days off when I dont feel like cooking or going outside. They deliver my food fast and its always hot.

My son ordered me fried buffalo wings and the wings tasted like they dipped them in SALT.The wings had ssssooooooo much sauce on it. Did i mention that it was VERY...VERY...VERY SALTY.I DID NOT ENJOY THE FOOD AT ALL. Placed an order and waited one hour and a half to get it, then they forgot some of my food after i had already paided. Dont order stringbeans.greens macaroni salad.no flavor or seasons. taste bland .like they all came .straight out of a can ...please add season to your vegs...deluxe fries came but no ranch...disappointed

The experience I have with them is they are ok with the food. The orders however isnt always right. The prices are kind of expensive.. They tend to fry their chicken kind of hard so would def have to tell them not to. Also... I lived in an apt on the 5th floor. They never came up and I always had to come to them... I give it a 2/3 of stars.
