The customer service here is amazing. First time I came in, I was immediately greeted and helped. Every time Ive been back since, theyve remembered me and have gone above and beyond. Even the paint I ended up going with (kitchen and bathroom) had excellent coverage!

The people was amazing very helpful made the paint picking experience easy and fun.

I have discovered that helping people decide on a color is an art form and one that Bangor paint and wallpaper does beautifully and masterfully and makes it fun at the same time. I went in knowing I was unsure about the color I had picked out online. The wonderful lady in the show room took time with me and skillfully helped me come to just the right color. Excellent personalized service from a locally owned and operated company. I have received excellent service and attention from the manager and employees. They always ask the right questions to ensure I have everything I need for my project, to ensure I do not have to make multiple trips or stop part way through to finish. I am very pleased with the comparable prices and quality of products they carry. I highly recommend visiting this store over the big box stores for better service and quality.

Excellent varieties of paint with a crew that knows alot. I had no idea what I was doing with a paint project and there associates were able to point me in the right direction. On the correct paint and which rollers and brushes too use. Would definitely recommend this place too anyone!

Maynard and his in-store crew are amazing! I call the store a couple times a month when I have a customer that has asked something I am not sure about or have a prep question. They are always able to provide an answer and if its something they are not familiar with they will research it and get back to me. I send all my customers to them as I know they will provide the best service in town! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Maynard and his crew! They are so so helpful in all aspects of the painting process, give you a ton of patient attention while you bombard them with questions, and are so knowledgable. I have two toddlers, and they are so good with them, and even have a train table for them to play at. I cant say enough about this amazing team!

Provided an abundance of help from color match and selection of complimentary colors for wainscoting and trim selections. And put up with a mind change a few times. They have patience galore with a smile. I would recommend this Benjamin Moore store over all others.

Maynard and the crew definatly set the BAR for customer service.... combine that with a quality product... why go elsewhere...I work for a property management company and we do all our business with them...Maynard went out of his way to make sure a delivery got to us, yesterday in the snowstorm, by loading it into his own truck and bringing it to us... cutting out me having to handle the product multiple times loading and unloading it... Isaid thank you yesterday and will say it again today. Thank you Bangor Paint for being total professionals.
