The people that work there are cool.. the only thing is, this am/pms car wash SUCKS.. what a waste of 6$-9$

I wouldn’t give this gas station a star at all. Rude employees and everything. I went in there and tried to get gas today and the pump and it seems it wasn’t working. I go in and let them know. And the lady tried telling me I didn’t know how to do it. Then I asked her to go and do it herself and show me that I’m doing it wrong. She refused too. I don’t know who to call or to reach out to but I think ampm on Ramsey is the rudest place and gas station I’ve ever been to

Convenient located at lodging area of Palm Spring, ampm quite dirty on floor, messy wiring of TV backpanel exposed facing store front, but average stock in on shelf.

I am so upset with this establishment. I was unable to pay with my debit card. I tried 3 times! Then was told I could try taking money from the ATM, which was successful. I paid $3 to take my own money using the exact same debit card that was denied 3 times!!!!! What a racket!!! I will NEVER buy gas here again and it’s the closest to my house! Sheryl

Good service nice staff

Supposed to be 24 hours and lights all on - doors chained from inside and no sign as to why or when they’ll be reopening - usually it says closed to count the drawer out and switch shifts but nothing. Parking lot full of cars w unhappy people and still no sign of an employee:/ it’s 3:17 am and I’ve been here since 3:05am —-

Reason I am writing here today is because my sister experienced horrible customer service. My sister payed for gas to find out the pump wasnt working, she went inside and informed the same worker at the register. He then said she had told her a different pump number, when my sister was more than sure she had said different. He than serviced the pump he was told and did a disrespectful hand gesture(sho sho go away). First time Iv ever did a review mainly for this problem. Other than that AMPM is a great place.

One dirty bathroom, debit card only for gas and purchases, and an extra fee.
