I would never recommend doing big list grocery shopping here but for a few items its great. They have everything you might want thats health related and an overall decent selection. The rewards system has saved me a pretty penny and they are always doing sales and promotions on something which is exceptionally wonderful when its a B.O.G.O on a big tub of coffee hahah.

Ive lived in downtown Banning for about 4 years. This Rite Aid has been the best, from always being helpful, right down to being the first place to get my covid vaccine when my turn came up. Thanks so much for being there!

I liked the cleanliness of the store and how everything was neatly stocked. Many different products to choose from. And the employees are helpful and friendly!

Employees are like robots. Quick thru the motions and move on. Might be due to store mgr. People learn patience please. Slow down and smell the roses. Im not hurrying to my grave !

I can honestly say that today makes exactly 1 dozen times I have walked into this Rite Aid and they dont have what I need. I am not going to make that mistake again.

Fair service. Cat food a little pricy, but nice late night milk runs.

Workers and pharmacy employees are nice. Everything else gets a F. They lack any sort of variety for cat or baby food. There was seriously 5 types of baby food, all effing vegetables or fruit. Not gonna cut it for a sick cat. Place is only good for overpriced milk and prescriptions.

The people who work there are always so nice. The store is normally very bright and clean. I dont mind having to pop in here in the middle of the night.

Used to be my go to spot after work and whenever I felt like buying random junk food or OTC medicine around 2 or 3am. Not anymore. They changed their hours from 24 hrs to 6am til midnight recently. This doesnt mean its all of a sudden terrible. They have extremely helpful and well mannered employees inside. The recent renovation of the store added self pay kiosks so in case you see a line or see the cashier busy with serving other customers thrifty ice cream, you can just scan the barcodes of items [no alcohol] you wanna purchase, pay, receive your receipt then leave. Simple. If you havent gotten a rite aid card, get one because this rite aid tends to have really good deals and discounts sometimes. So ask for one. Finally, if youre bummed out as I am that this rite aid store not 24 hrs anymore, theres always a 24 hr Walgreens down Ramsey and Beaumont or if youre a tourist and out of towner and you dont like walgreens for some reason for OTC medicine [travel pack versions], snacks, etc, theres the casino morongo gas station too and yes thats open 24 hrs too.

Updated and renovated and looks very nice inside and outside. This particular rite aid is popular with the thrifty ice cream. Looks very nice on the inside and everything is more accessable once entering. Plenty of parking and also had a drive thru for pharmacy.

For the past decade, I have been traveling the 10 hwy. As with any business, it is quite common to have employees come and go. But, to my amazement, I have seen this same lovely lady for maybe a decade now. Recently I’ve noticed that she doesnt age!!! As humorous as that may sound, it still is my observation. Now I have made a point to find out her name Ofelia Saldana. Nowadays our news and society focuses on the negative. So this is my way of giving back to our society. Or for a better term “Paying-It-ForwardTo Whom It May Concern;You are being Informed, that Ofelia Saldana is a priceless asset to this store, this company and this community. Her loyalty alone speaks for itself, as she happens to be here every time I’m in town. When I stop in, I find myself looking for her. She always greets me and is prompt in doing so. I have seen her doing just about everything in this store. Her product knowledge from pharmacy to register is vast and impressive. Ive even asked questions just to challenge her .To my surprise she answered without hesitation. She is definitely Jill-of -all-trades!!! So for what this is worth... When you use the automated system, they dont bother telling you they are out of stock - you find out yourself. It is up to you to drive to Rite Aid that has it in stock. At least Walgreens will have it delivered to pharmacy.Lack of care for the patient!

Went in to buy a knee brace. We just moved in to the area so we had this 30% off coupon. I was standing at the register in excruciating pain and the register wouldnt accept the coupon. The manager apparently not being able to read didnt want to honor the coupon. I had to drive all the way to Wal-Mart walking around in pain just to get the knee brace. Lo and behold the same brace was $10 cheaper at Wal-Mart. It sucks. You guys lost a customer and with your tanking stock prices I know losing customers is something you dont want to be doing right now. My family and I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
