Went to P.R for vacation to see my friend who lives there and stopped at this store for some parts information for my friends car that is given her issues, we were taken care of by the store employee Jose Sanchez, he was very polite came to assist us with our issue, was very knowledgeable responding to all of our questions and concerns. I really needed to leave a review thanking Autozone for hiring great people for great customer service. You have a great employee right there!

Worst service! Stopped because my wipers broke under rain in the highway. They have no instructions after waiting for 10 minutes, an employee told me where was the line. I was the only one in the store. He waited for 3 persons that entered after me so I had to wait again. I left found a better place in Vega Baja.

They are scammers, I was a loyal customer of theirs and I always bought my things from the vehicle there. One day passed and I even made a purchase of $ 200, and had even asked for a filter for the engine which made me wait 1 week, because when the third day passes to ask for my filter they tell me “we gave it to another client”. When I paid for that filter with my money and they made me travel to the Auto Zone in Manatí to look for the filter. Then I go to the auto zone to deliver the recycling oil that I had changed for them to return the $ 5 which they denied me to give it to me since I did not have the receipt when I have been so many times and I give my phone number and they always looked for me in the system. They lost me as a customer. 👎🏻
