Terrible experience, kept the truck 2 days longer than expected. Got the truck back half of the 5th wheel hitch was missing. All internal components after spraying in bed liner was not there bed lights, tie down holders, tail gate bumpers, etc etc.. was all missing on 2021 dodge ram 2500.

Truck Traits does great work at a working mans price. They have done afew things to my truck and im very happy with the work and price. Going to have them spray a bed liner next for me. Great gruop of guys. Upfront and honest, no BS. I recomend them for all your truck upgrades.

I had my Jeep there for 5 weeks, nothing was done. Different story every time we went to town to check on progress. 60 mile round trip, but phone calls went unanswered. No incoming calls from them on my or my husbands phone. Wouldn’t have given even one star if I could have figured that out.
