They did wonderful on my car and fixed my flat without a wait. Drove from Independence KS on a donut cause Independence Walmart said it would take 4 to 5 hours. Thank goodness Bartlesville is more professional and do a great job and quickly so customers dont have to deal with ridiculous wait times. Recommend 100% worth the drive for good service.

Well they are generally pretty good dont know what happened today they were one quotes short on the oil change and they never put the air filter box back together🚙 after I said something that brought the vehicle back in and put another quart of oil in it But hey everybody goof

Worst service i have ever experienced. went for a simple oil change. they told me it would be 30 minutes. ok, when i came back, they first told me that they couldnt perform this simple task because the drain bolt was stripped. STRIPPED. he used the word stripped. I changed the oil last, and i knew for a fact it was not stripped. i ducked under my truck right there in the parking lot, and there was a fresh rounded mark on a corner of the bolt from those doofs using thew wrong wrench. then the manager tells me that there was a previous leek, and they cant perform oil changes on trucks that have small oil leaks. the reason is that they dont actually use mechanics, they only staff technicians and they cant take responsibility for their work. Obviously, they just didnt want to work.

The attendant was above and beyond helpful. The side wall of my tire had blown out. I was a mess, but he calmed me down. Then took the time to explain to me what I needed, and how to tell in the future if I need new tires

Stopped by with a sudden tire issue. I was placed in the que and got in in about an hour. I needed two new tires which in spite of the off size they did have in stock. I was mounted, balanced, and back on the road within 3 hours. Not bad for a busy 96 degree Saturday.

Happy my tires were done fast and I walked around the store for two hours... yet the car had been done an hour, so the employee who I double checked with twice, said they would call, and didnt. Oh your car has been done quite a while, at least an hour sir no announcement, no phone call. Thats kind of annoying. Its hard enough just to stay busy waiting...

They tried to over charge my 18 to daughter. I had to drive down and get the manager involved before they agreed to charge her the right price. Beware of this place, especially if you dont have a lot of experience in car maintenance.

I have been buying car tires at Walmart for ten years and always get road hazard when I get tires had a flat tire on car and they changed me to fix it

I watched them work on my vehicle and they were professional the whole time. It took a little longer than they expected to finish my vehicle and they kept apologizing for the inconvenience. It wasnt that much longer and I didnt think it was a big deal. I had them buff my headlights and restore them and I cant believe the difference. I will be going back again.

I needed a battery and they were the cheapest in town. 60 bucks compared to everybody else wanting over a hundred for the same thing battery. The same size as anyway
