Yeah they are good, but not enough like the Comedian Bruce Bruce claimed. I dont care if the light is on that says HOT!! I just care if they are Fresh. And I do have a question. Can a person buy a Bakers Dozen?

I love Krispy Kreme, but I’m tired of stores policies not lining up with what Google says. Their dining room is closed yet they leave the door unlocked and say dine-in and take-out is open on Google. Also, why can’t I just get my donuts inside and take them to go? I’m not going to be spending longer than 10 minutes inside, if that. Even the sign on the door says ‘masks required,’ like I can go inside. Great food and lovely service, but let’s get our acts together, restaurants. It’s the 21st century.

This particular location opens when it wants and closes when it wants. Within the same weekend, I visited twice. Once at 9:30 pm, before their 10 pm closing. The second time I went was at 7:30 am; they are supposed to open at 6 am. A sign was on the menu stating they wouldn’t open until 9 am!This location is being managed like a hobby out of someone’s home. Not a big franchise company!

Went there at 9:00pm, they close at 10:00pm, I only wanted a half dozen of original glazed donuts, of course they did their spill of what they did have, (nothing of what I wanted) ended going somewhere else. Y’all need to do better, a place that sells donuts doesn’t have original glazed donuts ONE hr before closing, I would understand maybe 20-15 before closing but an hr?

Im not a fan of their doughnuts, my daughter wanted them but they were very friendly and the doughnuts were hot!

Hot & Ready but not ready! I Waited in line for 30 minutes patiently. There were only 8 cars in front of me! Get to the speaker and was asked to hold. A Customer behind me gets out his car yelling asking me am I ordering or not. I Get to the window and the young lady has a terrible attitudes. She is taking orders, receiving payment for orders, then going to make the order without washing hands or using gloves. All other employees properly wore their mask and had on gloves. She used a sheet of paper to grab each donut which is still not sanitary! My concern with her wiping her face with her hands then using a paper to box my donuts made her attitude worse! I asked for a bag and she snatched the bags and threw my boxes of donuts on the counter. I honestly would have left, but I promised my students we’d celebrate the first week of school with Krispy Kreme! I was in line at 7:11 and I was the 9th car!

One thing you can count on here is slow service. Its like they do not know how to serve more than one customer at a time. Are you guys that slow? All too happy to tell you when something is out of stock. I asked for a blueberry doughnut and I could literally hear her smiling. Sounded happier than when she first greeted me. Ive pulled up many times (with no one else in drive through), sat at the speaker for minutes and drove off, because again, handling a drive through customer and that one in-store customer is too mind blowing for them. Im sure they do this purposely to lose business though.

They didn’t have 2/3 of the donuts that we found on the online menu, including most of the ones I really wanted. Unless you’re getting a glazed donut fresh out of the oven then KK is SO overrated! Want good donuts? Go to Gibson’s!! Also, Midtown Donuts is a fine alternative to Gibson’s if you’re in that part of town.

Donuts were tasty, but I had to have them make a fresh pot of coffee. When I ordered their hot, fresh coffee and it was tepid at best, I took it back. They very quickly made a hot, fresh pot.

We came around 7pm during the freshly served hours. Ordered the Original Glazed Dozen and 2 Raspberry-filled.. The OG were not hot and fresh. But they tasted great. I dont eat doughnuts that are filled with fruit or creme..ordered those for someone else. I guess they liked em.

Best donuts in town. Down side is the popularity that means long lines in the drive through lane.Tip. Park and go inside to order. I was out in less than 10 minutes. Would have been at least 30-40 in the car.

I hate to give this location such a low rating however; I find it necessary! The food is great and; the restaurant is pretty clean however; the customer service is spotty at best! There has been several times weve walked into the restaurant and wasnt greeted nor were we asked basic and fundamental things such as: can I help or assist you. The associates just stand there looking at us until we decided to speak by placing our order! On a rare occasion, we are greeted and the associates are actually polite and professional. It seems the associates have no clear manager to ensure accountability! During transactions, they talk among themselves laughing at their customers (making fun at them) which is highly inappropriate! They dont seem to understand the customers always come first!I believe if a manager was on the floor holding the associates accountable, these types of negative behaviors would be avoided and; a pleasant and professional experience would be the inevitable and consistent outcome! I really hope the behaviors in this location change soon! It is the most convenient location to us and; we truly enjoy the product! We would like to continue supporting this location however; we need them to step-up their customer service experience and become consistent in delivering a positive experience!

I went to Krispy Kreme as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning. They didnt have the donuts I wanted available and the coffee wasnt made yet. Dont open if youre not ready to serve!

No coffee drinks at all. I wanted iced coffee, not available. Very sad.

The employees and food is amazing. The reason for the 1 star is the lack of variety. I have gone there several times and each time Im told they have glazed only. Your sign indicates you have much more selection. Not sure if your not getting shipments or what is going on. It has happened twice this year and a couple of times last year. My wife had the same answer last Sunday morning right after you opened. To be honest I have pretty much stop going because of this. I have noticed your drive thru is not very busy either. You might want to take a look at this issue. Please let me know when its corrected. I will gladly try it again.

Went at 6:00 pm and both he doors were locked but had no sign saying drive through only. Its advertised on here that they do dine in and pick up. I saw a lot of workers in there so I tried calling and it just kept ringing and ringing no one ever answered.

Typical Memphis work ethic. Its 6:15 a.m. says they open at 6:00 a.m. employees are inside theyve kept most of the lights off and ignore everybody in the Drive-Thru line. car in front of me drove up to the window and honked to try and get somebodys attention and they still ignored him.wish that was something unique to this restaurant but thats pretty typical for any place you want to go to in the city of Memphis.

Why bother ordering in advance and scheduling a time for pickup and you still wait 30 minutes because its not ready. Customer service does not exist any more.

They were not open when I got there but usually very friendly and helpful.

Got there around 10:30 p.m. there wasnt very much variety and the specialty donuts. Being that late any reasonable person could understand why. They had plenty of glaze. And I tell you two dozen is a lot to eat for three people. Im glad I live in a country where you cant sue a company for having such a irresistible product.

I never waste an opportunity to visit Krispy Kreme when I see the Hot Now sign. They have had the best donuts for years. I was slightly disappointed that the donuts werent hotter but they were still very good.

The donuts are good but the last two times Ive gone with the hot sign on the donuts werent hot. They were a little warm. I go when the hot sign is on to get them hot with the icing dripping off. Not my best experiences.

How can you go wrong when the HOT now Light is on? I had an awesome time at this place. the people were nice and friendly and the donuts were divine! You can get one hot off the line! They seem to always have some sort of promotion going on. I would encourage everyone to join their rewards program. Not only will you get a free donut on your Brithday but several other rewards through out the year.

I recently went through the drive through here during the evening. I placed an order using a coupon that the employees at this location could not figure out how to use. This made our order twice as expensive as we expected. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they gave us an extra dozen donuts that we did not want. When we told them we didnt want the donuts, they refused to fix the problem. We were also treated poorly, as though we were being unreasonable, and on top of that our order was wrong. I wont be returning.

Ive been in line at the drive thru for 40 minutes and Im not even halfway to the window yet!Update: it took an hour and ten minutes to get through the ridiculous line. I got no apologies from the staff for my wait AND then when I got home they were the completely the wrong donuts! Not one donut in that box that anyone in my family will eat! They will not answer the phone and I am absolutely never going back!

EDIT: WAS 2 STARS NOW 1, they never have anything on their order app, might as well drive Elvis Presley they always have everything.If youre doing a Halloween special for Halloween donuts have enough donuts for the whole day and not for the first two hours of you opening the store.yeah theyre offering double donuts for $13 then they post a picture of the Halloween donuts with the regular glazed doughnuts and they dont even have the Halloween donuts.also theyre kind of slow one person working the register and the windowed for the drive through when you got five people standing in line and seven cars outside.

I was really eager to get the Valentines Day doughnuts as a backup since Nothing Bundt Cakes was closed today. Its a 15 minute drive to this location and its the closest to me. We arrived a little after 5pm. As usual we waited in the drive thru line for about 15-20 minutes only for an employee to come out and tell us that they had to close because of the weather. I totally understood that they needed to get their employees home safe and sound. So they only get 3 stars because I wasnt able to complete my trip and get Valentines Day doughnuts for my sister on her birthday which is on Valentines Day.

Pretty bad, staff was barely moving and couldn’t get my order right. I am sure if corporate paid a little more and found some people that could greet customers/pay attention/show a little interest in the job, then things would be great at this location. Go to donut box instead.

Most of the time, its pretty good. Twice weve had some meh donuts, tasted like they were cooked in bad oil. Not that we didnt eat them anyway, I mean, its donuts. Right now though, glazed pumpkin donut!!! So good!

This was free donut week, and I might have been able to get just one, but the hot light was on. Like a moth to a flame the hot light pulled me in. I got six instead of 1. So much for that healthy quarantine diet. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place has been HORRIBLE since its INCEPTION. THEY always seem to never have their machines working EVERYTIME I go to REDEEM my EMAIL PROMOTIONS. This has happened on several occasions. The last time I went to REDEEM A PROMOTION WAS ON 10/16. ONCE AGAIN, THEIR MACHINES WERE DOWN. This place is always dark in the evenings, seeming as if they are closed, when they should be open. They never have what I need always something wrong or out out order. I wrote an email to corporate and the response was just like the business itself, lackadaisical. Why open a business in a busy area if your never going to serve or have the goods and services.

Me and about 5 other customers waited 7+ minutes to even be acknowledged by the employees. They couldve easily noticed the long line & said well be right with you, sorry weve got a big drive thru order. But nope, nothing from any of the 5 or 6 employees that were there.I visited at 10 AM this Friday and there were only 4-5 varieties of donuts. And you call yourself a donut shop???And to top it off, I ordered 3 donuts. The worker rang it up as 3 variety for 3.99 even tho I had a plain donut in there. I brought it to her attention that itd be cheaper for me if she rang up the three donuts separately and she refused to & said its cheaper this way and I tried disagreeing with her but she wouldnt change it. I later added up my total and guess what - I was right. So I got over charged.Never returning.

My first ever experience with this place is my last. I dont see how they have a 4.1 star rating after what I just went through.I had to repeat my order 3 timesWhen I got my order the drink was filled past the rim with the dome top on and it popped off causing a mess in my car.And all the hype of a Krispy Kreme donut was was as disappointing as a democrat politician. It was ice cold and was slimy.There are far better places to go like Daylight Donuts or Howards Donuts.

It was Friday the 13th, November 13, I was in the drive-thru, when I told the cashier, that I wanted the special, she said, What special, I said the $13 Friday the 13th special for 2 dozen of donuts she asked, Did I have a coupon, I told her I had a coupon. She did not have a good spirit, I wish I could have seen her name tag, I felt, she Hates her job, this occurred after 3pm.
