I keep forgetting to avoid this Starbucks. Drinks are never consistent and they are notorious for under pour. If I wanted half a cup of whip I would ask for that. Dont waste your time or money, choose a different location.

This location is whack.Alyssa’s customer service sucked and who ever made my drink messed it up. That’s it. Maybe that’s what I get for coming close to closing. Wait time was long like it was rush hour or something. Nobody was in line. Ugh. Guess I’ll only come during busy hours. At least then service is decent.
My family and I did 2 different mobile curbside orders. 1 of them came out after 10 minutes of sitting and the second I had to go inside (after waiting 10 more minutes) and it was sitting on the counter. I was told we are just so swamped I understand being busy but first come FIRST serve.
This is the slowest Starbucks in the city. It took 15 mins to get my order. I order ahead through mobile so I don’t have to wait but they don’t understand how mobile ordering works at this specific Starbucks. They complete the orders in the order they come in. What’s the point of having mobile ordering if it literally has ZERO benefits. No other Starbucks I’ve been to preforms this way!
Why Starbucks go down so much from 15 years ago. All around coffee Tast like milk Frappuccino quality not there any more. Always never fellow instructors what customers order and it not cheap. I hope there some competition on Starbucks soon. So it wont be so bad like it is.
This Starbucks is one of my favorite! They have your order ready in minutes. Use the APP if you want even faster, line free service while building points! They arent shy with the toppings at this location, and wont overload your cup with ice. Gotta love this location 🙌🏾🙌🏾😜😜
Sometimes the line is ridiculously long like saturday mornings and weekdays around 8, but they are super FAST, friendly, and the coffee is so good here. You can even order ahead on the phone app.
Whew! Where do I start? Waited 46 minutes for 2 drinks. Drinks were not made correctly. Decided to just leave. Went back on my lunch to get my drink remade. They still made it wrong. I told the barista my label said no whip and he told me, “Well that’s how it comes!!” I explained I’m allergic to dairy and would like a new one made. He scooped the whip off my drink and handed it back to me. Lol!! Seriously?! This Starbucks is consistently terrible but this was the last straw. Having horrible customer service is one thing but having a complete disregard for someone’s allergy is unacceptable.
Writing this review as I wait in line.. I keep forgetting that this is the Starbucks to avoid. I wish I wasn’t trapped and could drive off, I’m trying to be patient but DANG I’ve been sitting here a while. A chick came out to spray paint the post near our cars… um.. I can kinda think of more productive things you could be doing right now, Like getting your line moving.
Waited in line 25 minutes. My food was cold. I had to ask for cream cheese that I had already ordered and paid for through the mobile app. I had to ask for something to spread it with and ask for a straw. They didnt give me any napkins and were out of Sriracha sauce again. The wait for a cold bagel and panini irritated me. Having to ask for basic common sense items is not something I should have to do.

This place has EXCELLENT customer service! Mr. Chris at the window makes every customer a priority. He is very kind and just makes you feel important. He makes a connection with each customer and always invites us back. He makes suggestions and I’ve loved trying something new. He suggested the Earth cake pop, the Honey citrus mint tea, etc....My son tells me mom we have to go to our Starbucks where Mr. Chris works! He is 7 yrs old. He looks to see if Mr. Chris’ car (Venza) is in the parking lot each visit!
I think I am addicted to the smiling faces at this Starbucks more than the coffee!! Best customer service in the morning. Drinks are always made perfect. Couldnt ask for a better crew. Thanks for the upbeat attitude.

Such slow drive thru service. As a former barista at one of the busier Starbucks in Memphis there’s no reason for it to be as slow as it is. It probably doesn’t help that the baristas don’t listen to orders very well and frequently miss add-ons.
It is a very busy store so today was like many others in which I received my order later than the app said and watched a few others get made in between my first and second cup (same type of thing ordered on the same order). They normally make it right and good, but dont be in a rush at this location because they are always busy.
Great service, drinks and food. The line can get quite long but they do good at getting you through.
This place is hit or miss due to lack of employees but I love this location enough to give it 5 stars
My family and I go to Starbucks everyday. We usually go to the one on Sycamore View or the one on Germantown parkway near Macon Road. This was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Didnt realize how gross it was till after we ordered. It was busy but not busy enough to take 40 minutes to get 4 drinks and 4 items of food. We got one drink at a time. After 15 minutes from ordering we got our first Frap, 10 minutes we got our other frap, 7 minutes we got our first hot drink and another 10 minutes we got our last hot drink. We were still waiting on our food. 1 cake pop, 2 banana nut bread and 1 blueberry muffin. We had to tell them we were still waiting for our food. They couldnt remember what the food was. We got the cake pop fast but waited on the other 3 to be warmed up. We watched other people get their food and drinks that ordered several minutes after we did. We told them 4 different times that we were waiting on the food. We finally got the bread and had to wait on the blueberry muffin. We finally got it but the fraps were melted and our coffee wasnt the best I didnt want to ask them to remake because we just didnt have another 40 minutes to spare. As we were waiting you can see how nasty the place was. I have never ever seen a Starbucks this dirty. Workers were not caring and just socializing like they had no customers. The Manager Shawn had no cares whatsoever. Taking lots of orders and not making sure the people that already ordered got their orders. It was a big cluster. I do not recommend this Starbucks.
Starbucks is always wonderful when I go! I love the white chocolate mocha hot and frappuccino!! Today I went but couldnt sit down because all the tables were closed! Had to sit outside in the cold until my friend showed up! But the hot coffee kept me warm! Still going back! ❤
I went to the Starbucks on Whiten Road in Bartlett TN. The associate at the drive thru was polite, but unfortunately the service was very slow.
My wife and stopped here today and what a mistake, extremely long wait, lady couldn’t even take the order, came back had wrong items, set fo ever again just to watch the people in front of us get the wrong items, we get to the window and we still had the wrong stuff. This is a absolute disgrace to have Starbucks as the name on the building. We will never come back, wish I could give negative stars for the experience we had today, these are McDonald’s grade employees.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks! They make you feel very welcome and they dont rush you through your order, no matter how long the line may be. Ive been so many times that Im on a first name basis with some of them! I strongly recommend these guys!

This location NEVER stays open til 9pm, even with it posted on their website. Their online app is ALWAYS “down” from what one of the employees tell me, and lastly they close the drive-thru at 8pm. Hire a better Manager
This place needs new management ! I order the same drink ever time and it’s Always different !!!That’s not a compliment. Also, the other day a girl I hadn’t seen before served us 4 cake/loafs that were still in the original wrappings and were EXPIRED. !Ewwwwww 🤢. I drive all the way to Cordova Starbucks, there my drink tastes good every time and I don’t wait 55 minutes in a drive-thru !!! Buyers of food beware. Saved packages for proof

The great thing about chain restaurants is that the food/menu is consistent. The restaurant was clean and all of the employees were busy with tasks. The only thing I could say that needs immediate improvement was the cashier. Yes, she was new. I was patient while she found the right buttons to push. BUT I think it is absolutely necessary to be able to hear the person and first to be greeted. Even if the employee standing close by in case she needed help smiled and said good morning or welcome. The customer ahead of me turned around and good morning because she had an order that was taking a bit longer to place.
They took to long. And didn’t have my order ready at the window. They were out of everything! And then when I get to the window the lady was very rude. The worst service I’ve ever had with them.

I have been going to this Starbucks for a few years but I have had a few different experiences with bad attitudes in the past month. For example, I had a mobile order and after I grabbed it, the barista said “don’t pick it up next time, I’ll give it to you” in a really rude tone. There is a small sign next to the mobile orders that says a barista will hand you the order, but I didn’t notice it and I haven’t seen it at any other Starbucks so I didn’t even think to look. It’s great they’re being safe but she could have told me in a nicer tone.
This is my absolute favorite Starbucks!! They get the order correct almost every single time. The staff are always so happy and friendly, especially Chris who works during the morning. He ALWAYS brightens everyone’s day!!!
Workers are great, but management cant seem to keep up with demand. The lines are always wrapped around the parking lot.
Young folks taking and fulfilling orders seemed very nice. They were quick to correct an order error.

Went on Christmas Eve and got the family some nice hot coffee, wait was miniscule even with a decent line to wait in the drive through. Service is always a breeze here!

Bartlett location is a lot faster with service since the pandemic has controlled the environment inside the store. They are out of skinny mocha sauce because it was discontinued so thats why o gave it 4 stars. BRING BACK SKINNY MOCHA SAUCE!

Disgusted with attitudes in this store. I came in today for a refresher and asked the lady at the window if I could please have an extra cup of ice. She said ‘next time, if you want an extra a cup of ice just tell me when you’re ordering and not here at the window’. I ordered an extra cup of ice to share my drink with my toddler. Just rude for no reason. Should’ve just done her job and gave me some ice and kept the attitude. Came back in for a refund and the whole staff was very rude.
Got there for the lunchtime rush, but youd have never known it. The drivethru line hardly stopped moving. Had the A-team working, I guess. Awesome job!

Usually a great place for Java or refresher, but the COVID pandemic has this store upside down. 20 minutes wait on my order during BOGO happy hour. Hope this is not a sign of things to come, and that they can pull it together.
While getting an early start to our day, we needed a little pick me up. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting our drinks and food quickly. The establishment was clean and inviting with space to work or just enjoy the coffee.
Out of all the Starbucks Ive been too, this has got to be the WORST one. It was my first time ordering here, I ordered ahead of time using the app, which is great. But when I got there they had one of my drinks ready, but not the way I asked for it. So I addressed the issue, & thats when he decided to tell me were out of that product maam, I know youve been charged for it, but we have absolutely none in the store available I then said, so If I wouldnt have addressed the issue, then you would have never told me that what I paid extra for, you didnt have & you are completely out. All he replied was sorry & walked away. Not offering to reimburse me for what I paid extra for & didnt get. Also, my second drink was not ready, & he then asks me what are you still waiting on I replied, I have a second coffee I need to get, he says well you have to order that at the register, I said sir, I ordered off the app, ahead of time, just so I wouldnt have this problem, but I do he then asks what was your other drink supposed to be I then said, I ordered ahead, so shouldnt you know what Im waiting for...? He then says no or I wouldnt of asked what you were waiting on (VERY RUDE) he then turns around & finally sees my sticker & what my other coffee should be. He turns around & rudely says I have your second coffee here but I have a few other people waiting so itll be a minute I then said... sir, I ordered ahead, which means they should have been prepared together & you shouldnt of had to ask so rudely what I was waiting for it was a terrible experience & I will NEVER return to this location again because they were rude, no customer service skills what so ever & they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Hopefully yall will fix this issue so no-one else has this problem, because I definitely wont be back to experience that awful service again! Hope someone in.charge sees this, I hope someone actually gives a darn & will address the issue with ALL staff members on duty that day. 11-24-2018 @ 11:30-12:00

Got a Caramel macchiato w/an extra shot. Felt absolutely no boost whatsoever, not looking for jitters. Had to call and ask if it was decaf. 6$ for nothing. Headed to MC Donalds

Starbucks is my go-to place to locate comforting hand-made beverages. The environment indoors/outdoors is relaxing and welcoming. The baristas really understand how to cater to their customers.
I ordered mine and my moms salted caramel mocha frappe on my card on my phone and it wasnt but 5 minutes before we got there and they already had our orders ready and the guy that helped me was very very nice. I had someone behind me say well I know I got here before her and shes already gotten two drinks and I turned around her and told her that I have the Starbucks app and my Starbucks rewards card is on the app so I ordered ahead and she wanted to see my app and know all about the Starbucks rewards card and now she has one 😀 I would highly recommend getting the Starbucks rewards card and app on your phone!!!
Busy but they get the job done
Great coffee shop. I do not like the new remodel its very uncomfortable seating not for a coffee shop more like for a place you want people to not stay very long. The new bar area stretches out way too far and they could of had more seating. It used to be full in here now its really full with less seating. We sit on the patio.
The past 5 times I have visited this Starbucks they have not put full pumps of sweetener in my drink and so it tastes more bitter than it should. When baristas try to work too fast and pump the syrup rapidly, they dont get full pumps of the flavor into the cup and it seriously detracts from the drink. Not worth the $5-6 poorly made drink.
I truly enjoy Starbucks coffees. It took me awhile to figure out how to request to have it made just too my specifications. But they do and it makes the coffee much more enjoyable and easier to pay the price. However its an infrequent treat because of the price. Most Starbucks and this one too a friendly personnel and a pleasant environment.
I love this location. Shout out to the staff, they really bust their tails and are amazing as a whole. They are always incredibly friendly when I visit. Even under the stress of a rush they keep their cool and stay friendly. Keep on rocking it Starbucks crew!
Brought 7 year old Daughter in for a drink she wanted and to buy here another gift card.. Sean was not very friendly in taking our order he seemed as if i was bothering him. I asked if he was ok and placed order at 2:55.. At 3:12 after being patient i noticed patrons who ordered after me already being served so i asked the guy with glasses that clocked in at 3(i saw him when he walked in) when was my order coming up..he went ahead and made it and apologized we finally got the drink at 3:14...i asked Sean what happened and he seemed once again not very concerned.. Thanks to the young man who clocked in to work and took care of us!

I ordered a matcha green tea latte and it seemed like an empty cup when I got it. So I opened the lid to see how much they really gave me for the $4 dollars that I spent. I found a HAIR sitting on top of the foam. Yuck. I almost threw up. I will never go back to this location again. YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD WEAR HAIR NETS.

Newly remodeled, but they forgot to add espresso to my latte.Six people working. One guy making drinks. It took 10 minutes to get my drink, and it was sweetened milk (they forgot to add the coffee). Thank God I didnt go through the drive through or drive off.
Good but one who took the order did not repeat-back my order, which theyve added a weird tasting milk (almonds?) to my Nitro Brew coffee
Typically, I dont notice bad or consistently amazing service at any one Starbucks location, but the employees at my local Starbucks are always hands-down the nicest. Im always greeted with a smile and a nice comment, and it just makes your day when someone goes out of their way to be pleasant and kind.
Coffee was great; however, the wait was not. I understand morning rush, but the drive- thru served 7 cars while I waited for my coffee with nothing but call in orders being processed. Maybe I will call in next time.

Starbucks needs to just admit they dont want anyone in their lobby and they should just be drive thru only.Coffee is good. Expensive to me for colored water, but its the brand. But there is nowhere to sit inside. Every time they remodel, they remove more seating. When you go in, 6 people fill up all the tables.
This is my “Go-To” coffee stop all the time. Service is a solid 100, Coffee is delicious. There is never a downside when I come here!

Drive through staff over charged me and I pointed it out. I ordered an iced quad venti soy caramel mochiato. She ringed in a hot drink which then charged me for the 4 shots of espresso. She even explained it to me. I know in my iced venti drink it comes with 3 shots, so I get an extra shot added. She didn’t even offer to pay back the difference. And just basically said oh wells. I didn’t even bother to ask her for the difference back because sometimes it’s not worth it you know? But she could of at least offered but nope! Nothing.
Unfortunately this store fails to impress. I was in the drive through for 17 minutes for a mocha frappachino and a slice of banana bread. There were 4 cars in front of me. The bread wasnt warmed up and the drink was half melted when I received it. Ill give them another shot in a month and update this comment if warranted, but it wont be when I have somewhere to be on time.
