As always the UPS store is so kind and professional and friendly. The employees get all the customers in happy and relaxed moods due to how well they help anyone in line and ask while waiting if you need help at all. I needed help before getting a picture edited, sent, and printed. Also a pdf file. Not only did the employee edit it for me, sent it for me, and printed it but 6 pages were only like 86 cents. I see why UPS is the best shipping or office store because kinkos has rude employees and USPS same but terrible shipping times and over the top prices. I have sent phones, books, all types of things at UPS. They not only box it, wrap it, make it safe, print the label, give you a tracking number but also insure the item all for free. Its just the shipping you pay for. Its expensive for over night or 2-3 day shipping. But just get the standard shipping and it gets there in 2-3 days anyway. They are quick at it. Also I had to return AT&T equipment and they box and return it for you for free. Greatest place ever especially for shipping anything or printing anything cause printing here is cheaper than having a printer and printing your own. Even if its 100 pages in the end UPS will be cheaper!

MY GRANDDAUGHTER TOOK A BOX INSIDE TO BE RETURN TO AMAZON & THE YOUND LADY SAID THAT SHE SCANNED IT AND THAT MY SHE COULD GO HOWEVER I DO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE GOT A RECIEPT SHOWING THAT SHE DROPPED IT OFF, AFTER 3 DAYS I NOTICE THAT THE BOW WAS NOT TRACKING AND SENT MY HER BACK. THE YOUNG LADY SAID SHE PULLED IT UP AND IT WAS @ THE UPS HUB (A LIE). SO WE WENT BACK FOR THE 3RD TIME NOW THEY SAID WE NEED TO DISPUTE THIS WITH UPS. WOW!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put a drop box out front!! You make customers wait in long lines just to hand over a package that is already packed and labeled. Please do whats best for your customers.

I had one of the best customer service experiences today thanks to Mr. Parker Wilson, one of the managers at the UPS store. I had a friend who needed a notary but is wheelchair bound. He graciously came out in the Memphis heat and did all his notary work in the parking lot so we didnt have to get her out of the car. I was and am beyond grateful for his willingness to be accommodating to our situation. Highly recommend!
Wont be back ever. Will never use them as an access point again. My 11 year old son who goes to virtual school, received a package and I had it delivered to the store because I knew we wouldnt be home for the delivery. Mind this isnt our first time using the store or received packages from the school. I walk in the store give my last name and ID and the Jake gives me the run around because the package is in my sons name. So I show him the school ID we have the same last name but he still gave push back and even got another associate involved. I have never had this issue and have been using the store for the past 2 years
Very enlightening experience working with the Nortary at this location.
I prefer ups stores, their location is good. My last experience was different.I felt I was being taken unfair advantage of when they wanted to charge $9 for each page I needed notarized, so I settled for one page, the receiver accepted that without question saving me $27.I paid for next day service because it was important to me. Due to a storm the arrival was delayed. Package arrived In the city at 6pm, but not delivered till 2pm the next day. Not good.I requested a refund for failure to deliver on time. 6 phone calls, 4 different stories, and 32 days latter I finally got the refund.I believe the package should have been place in first delivery the next day, that would have been acceptable.I will continue to use that location, mistakes happen, hopefully we learn from them.

Will never go back there. They charged $10 per signature for notary, which is ridiculous. They should have their prices posted on there website so we could have made a more economical decision on the five signature notarys we needed.
I ordered some business cards. It took a week longer to receive the proof. The clerk Jake stated he forgot. I replied to his email with my corrections and edits.I waited 1 and half weeks later, but no response. I called the store today, and was told Jake would call me back. Jake never did. I guess my business was not wanted. I will use one of their competitors.Thanks for the service UPS :-( 😟😦👎👎👎

Very slow. No one speaks or welcomes you as you enter. The line is long due to virus & you have 2 employees working in the same person. They are laughing & talking with little work movement.5/14/2020
I absolutely love the customer service at this particular UPS store, the customer service representatives are so very polite and helpful. This is the only UPS store that I choose to do business with.. I highly recommend this store.
Had 5 packages from Amazon, 3 labels, and not enough boxes. The young man consolodated my packages, printed my labels, super taped my boxes, gave me my receipt & had me on my way in under 5 minutes. This location deserves 10 stars!
Initial experience has been very good. Customer service was excellent. The only thing that kept me from giving the fifth star is not being able to see my mail via an app .

Extremely poor. Clerk was unable to understand how to package and ship samples of soapy water. Clerk wanted to charge over 75.00. Left store and returned to my normal UPS store in 66210 zip code, shipped same samples for $12.00.When in Oklahoma City, I would avoid this store.

Customer service Okay but this store overcharged for services than other UPS store. One example is notary. They charge $10 for notary while others do it for $8 (even this is what UPS telephonic system says). I will not go to this store next time.
