These guys were huge disappointment. After taking forever the young man informed me the manufacturer of my part, didnt even make them anymore. So I went out to the parking lot and in no time had purchased the part (from a huge selection ) online thru Ebay. Brand new part, might I add.

Absolutely terrible. Never will go back again. As soon as I get the part they been ordering for 3 weeks. Dont waste your time or money.

Nice folks.Sure do wish they could have helped me with my battery warranty.Not the employees fault. The Mgr. said NO and Napa policies do not allow a warranty replacement unless you purchased the battery at that store.Yes I know it has Napas name all over it. It was only 27 months old and had a 75 month warranty.Like I said the 2 employees where very nice and polite. Thats why there are 3 stars instead of one.

Went to the Bartow fl. store yesterday evening, was really impressed with the young gentleman that helped me, I was looking for aircompressor hose adaptors, and he helped me and did an awesome job, 5 stars for him!! wish I had got his name, young guy with dark hair and was tellong me about a car lift he was putting in his garage. I wish all employees was like him!!!

I had a terrible experience at the new napa...what happened to the friendly guys that used to work there. I had a radiator with a lifetime warranty and they didnt honor it and what really made me mad was the gentleman that helped me answered the phone while I was standing there...what a shame that Napa used to be great...Call Bill and ask him how to run a Napa bc you guys are terrible at it.ZackNo sir I dont need you to contact me and I would never give you my email...I believe the guy at the counter called you while I was standing there...you guys are no help...I already got another Napa to help me..Ill just take my business else where. Thanks

Didnt have the wrench in stock that I needed, but they had a cheap set in their budget bin. The budget set was made of softer metal and required some modification to get the bolt out, but we did make it work.Service here was friendly and prompt. Clerk did help me find the tool in the budget bin, which ended up being the same price as the out of stock tool I was trying to get.

Everyone that has left a 5-star review for this place should go back and edit their review, because the people that the 5-star are no longer there. Corporate has come in and changed everything. Leave it to corporate.

New people in there obviously bc 2 times in less than a month they give me wrong parts rude people and problems on return and when core is returned out of all the years my husband has done business with them this has definitely ended our business relationship. Will never be back to napa

Used to be great until they sold the place and corporate took over and chased all the long time employees off. Corporate seems to always do what corporate does best and mess things up. If it works, dont fix it.
