Jessica the retail sales consultant was GREAT. She set my wife up with an upgraded phone, upgraded our family plan to unlimited mobile data, and found we could actually save money by adding an additional line to the family plan. She ROCKS!!!As a franchise store weve consistently gotten better service here than the company store North in Geneva. They were great explaining how to file the At&t insurance claim for a broken phone and later did the data transfer between phones even though they made nothing on the transaction.We take all our phone plan transactions to them.
Went to this store for a 5g sim card for a new phone. They set me up, charged me and I was on my way within a reasonable amount of time. I notice that my phone has really slow data, so I call tech support give them the sim card number and they tell me it isnt a 5g sim. Now Ive spent 30 minutes in the store, travel time for driving there and back imes, and an hour on the phone with tech support. Tech support puts in a 5g sim order for the store so I dont get charged. I drive back to the store again. They tell me the order number means nothing and Ill have to pay again. Onto of that, they are going to put the exact same card type back in. I protest and they tell my wife and I that if we really care to just go to the corporate store up the road.So I headed 10 miles north to the corporate store and had my sim replaced for free in under 10 minutes.Dont waste your time with the Batavia store. Theyre terrible.
The manager tried selling us accessories we didn’t need and told us the screens were worse on iPhone 12s to attempt to get us to buy more. Turns out the iPhone 12 has most resistant screen yet.Additionally, didn’t inform us about increased service charge with our new phones and failed to remind us about which size storage we would like.
Got a new phone followed the directions to set it up said it was activated. It was not went into the store to figure out what was going on was told that the Sim card was activated but wasn’t working and I would have to purchase a new one! So I had to pay for AT&T’s mistake. Go to a corporate store not going to this one again.
They wouldnt replace an ATT brand iPhone XR screen protector under warranty even though they had it in stock due to NOT being a CORPORATE store per the employee (told us to go to St. Charles, we live in Batavia). BE WARNED that If you buy one there it would not be covered (we had to buy from an ATT store in Indiana where my daughter goes to college due to needing a new phone ASAP). We have purchased multiple phones from the Batavia store in the past. We will NOT be going back. The franchise owner should be ashamed.
Travis was amazing!! Helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new one and was more than accommodating. Helped me secure a new phone case and screen saver and even showed me how to register it online! That kid definitely deserves a raise!
I’ve been having trouble with my phone so I came into the store, Travis was the first one to greet me! I told him what was wrong an assured me a quick fix a little frustrated I was unconvinced but sure enough it was a quick fix! Travis was very knowledgeable and patient, worked quick while greeting other customers as well. awesome store!
My mom and I went into the store to replace her lost cell phone. Travis was accommodating, friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He took my mom’s needs into account and gave excellent service.
Jason the Store Manager helped with an issue that 2 other at&t stores couldnt help me with. After he was able to fix my bill I was able to get an upgrade and take advantage of the accessories bundle they had on a wireless charger. I will be coming back to this location instead of the two other that are closer to my house.
Feel it was under staffed being last hour before close, if nothing else for security reasons, associate was working with customer and still had me and another fella to take care of. He promptly answered my query but I declined further help cause of time constraint. I asked when he worked next so he can finish helping me without having to rehash situation. When returned 2 days later he was busy again, took time to acknowledge me though. In the end different associate had to help me with issue, he did fine. Also store doesnt offer prepay plan amount ($45) I wanted which I found odd since Target and the like offer prepaid cards at that amount.
The customer service was great. Travis was so helpful with everything and answered all my questions. I left there with great phones and great customer service. Thanks Travis once again

Travis is one of the most respectable reps AT&T has. He helped me with my phone issue and gave me great info on saving money by switching to Uverse TV! If you need someone to help with anything AT&T related, Travis is the man to go too!

Terrible customer service. No help at all. I was told there was nothing that could be done with my phone to get it fixed. I went down the road to the store on Orchard road and they were fantastic. The customer service was extremely helpful and professional.

Very disappointing in this store. Went in Wednesday night only one person was working and when he saw me walk in didnt acknowledge or greet me and his face said it all, you could tell he was very annoyed that I walked in. I sat waiting for about 20-30 minutes with no help as I watched at least 4 other groups of people walk in. The only staff member working that day should not be working in customer service, he clearly did not want to be working and had a bad attitude.

Where do i begin i came in to fix a bill which i was quite angry about but was greeted by a very patient and understanding salesperson karina. not only did she wait on all my needs she even a step futher to help lower my bill and get me signed up for a few new phone lines also had expert advise on all the accesories a very good experience overall

Went into the store with my company phone asked them to switch it to my new company phone they didnt know how to do it all they did was transfer the Sim card Im also a customer at Verizon wireless with my personal phone went over there the customer experience was awesome they spent one hour with me and got my phone from AT&T working at a Verizon store
Jason and Oz at the ATnT store in Batavia were so helpful in getting a flip phone activated. We had very disinterested experience at Geneva ATnT. Unusual for that store. They sent us to Best Buy and Walmart who said it was impossible. At Jasons prompting last night we went to Target today purchased the phone returned to ATnT and Oz put it all together.

Wasted over 20 hours of my time trying to fix their mistake. They set up my account as though I had 2 accounts with an extra phone number on auto-pay costing $1600, it took forever for then to fix the problem they caused. When I brought it to the store managers attention he said it wasnt his fault (ie no one was responsible for the error). I asked for compensation for all of the hassle and wast and was once again told a story followed by Ill work on it & I havent heard back since. The same manager also swore up and down Id be better off changing plans when I had been grandfathered for years under unlimited data costing me more money long term with slow internet service when I pass 16 gigs. This place is totally unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for their actions; Ill never make another purchase from them again; if they ever compensate me for my time Ill change my review and rating.

I was seeking a new internet and TV service. I also wanted to add my granddaughter to my phone account. My grand daughter went with me to the att store and was pleasantly greeted by the store manager, Harry. He was able to answer our questions about adding another line to my existing account.I then found out that I could save money with att internet and TV services. I signed on and had an appointment to have att come out to install the TV and internet services.The service people came out and hooked us up to att. So far everything ia going well. I really appreciated the store managers up front and knowledgable attitude. I ended up saving quite a bit of money with att being my new internet and TV provider based on Harrys(the store manager)input. He was the deciding factor in my changing providers.
Myself and my husband went into ATT to switch our services. My husband received a discount for being a federal employee and the sales rep Karina told us that the activation fees for our two phones should get waived due to being a federal employee. Bill came and activations fees were there. We also connected cellular for our apple watches and were told it was just 10/month, but we were not told of an activation fee for the watches. Cellular with the watches works but not very good. I called the att customer service line and was advised that the activation fees are fees they charge and the store had the power to waive the fees and call the store. My husband spoke to Karina again and was told they cant waive the fees. Karina advised that she said the fees may be waived....not true. Karina said the activation fee should be removed. My husband asked Karina, how can you see what the discount for being a federal employee is but cant see if the activation fee can be waived. Karina had no response and advised us that we were past the 2 week mark and no longer could return the phones and pay the restocking fee. Basically, Karina works on commission and was not clear on much to get the sale. I would advise all not to go to this store in specific. The store in specific is the ATT Batavia, IL store, Karina was our sales rep. My husband and I are now stuck with ATT or we can pay the full amount on an I phone X and I phone 8....
