They swirl cones perfectly. I prefer this DQ over the others

Never order a blue float cause they have no idea how to make it and every time i order one they screw it up. They never add enough blue flavoring and expect people to eat unflavored ice like they would enjoy it. I don’t know why it’s so hard a monkey could make one better

Good old familiar DQ! Real dairy and this one has drive through or walk up with a few tables and friendly staff. Great on a hot day.

What happened to Daury Queen, the ice cream in the banana split almost tasted like it was a powder mix. Something off with their soft serve. Maybe just the Batavia location.

They are always nice and make sure your treats are made right and our dog loves getting a puppy cone.

I wasnt sure what to expect when I ordered the Girl Scout-Thin Mint Blizzard. Well, I could definitely taste the Thin Mint part.

Like any other DQ lines moves faster than other locations.

Nice that it has a drive through. Staff was nice. The only tricky part is that the entrance and exit are one ways on opposite sides of the building and you have to squeeze through the drive up lane to get out. If youre using the drive up, its very easy though.

Good ice cream horrible service... Person in front of me waited 20 minutes to get gift cards that he paid for. The asst manager gave him attitude about asking for 15 $5 cards, and couldnt do the math to know how much that was. The guy kindly said he could take his business else where if it was too much. The asst manager said they would take care of him, but instead continued to help other customers and made him wait.

Love the ice cream products for the most part! However, lately the chocolate shakes are way too thin. This is even after asking for an extra thick shake. It it possible for this to be remedied? We are tempted to go elsewhere....

Horrible service. I ask what type of ice cream they use for certain product and they say vanilla. They hand me a blizzard with vanilla apparently mixed with hot fudge. Wouldn’t one think that would be something to have on menu or to mention to customer when asking if vanilla only or not? Then I attempt to eat and was so horrible I threw away at the gas station. Went back and asked if they could replace and they wouldn’t. Lost a customer from me.

Someone needs to be in charge of the blizzards. Never fails, when theyre busy and its summer, they have a high turnover and the blizzards are half mixed. So the top is awesome and half way down, straight vanilla. And then your sad with plain vanilla ice cream and you cry.

Its a dairy queen, so they have good ice cream. The service on the other hand, not so good. Waited a few minutes for someone to come to the window so we could order. It took some time to get the order in and then 10 minutes to get all of the items. Everything came out right except one item that had to go back and remade. Disappointed in service and will be going to different location.

Line for the drive thru was down the street on Memorial Day but decided to stick it out.... couldn’t believe how quickly the line moved!

Very fast drive-thru even when cars are lined up out to the street. Avoid Friday nights during football season as the kids and parents flood the place for a few hours, making service extremely slow. Any other time theyre spot on fast!

Worst service ever, was waiting for about 5 minutes with no one in line. The employees did not say hi or even respond to my girlfriend and I. If you like to wait and be disrespected, this is the place. Other locations are great, this location is managed poorly.

Usually, service is great. This time (today), I went to the drive thru, and ordered a medium sized cookie dough blizzard made with chocolate ice cream. The blizzard was half melted, less than normal amount cookie dough, no receipt, only 1 napkin, and wasnt asked if I wanted a lid! Of course my blizzard wasnt tipped upside down, as is required. It would have been a chocolate puddle on counter. $4.85 in the trash. From now on, I will go to a dairy queen else where

Its just a ice cream place, no food and it always takes a while to get your order even if there isnt many people there. There isnt any inside tables and only a few tables outside. Very limited parking and the parking lot is small so during the summer its hard to even get into the parking lot, sometimes people have to line up in the road to wait for the drive thru or parking spots and it backs up traffic. Its great for a hot day and luckily its just across the road from me so I can walk there but they really need to expand their parking lot.

I have been there a few times over the past two weeks. Each time the same girl was working the drive through. The first time I was there I got several items and she rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a lid, but she did get them. This most recent time, tonight, she handed me the ice cream with a napkin around it. The combination of the napkin and the plastic caused the ice cream to slip out of my hands it fell all over the inside of the car and all over two people, opps complete accident. I asked for some extra napkins and she handed me 2. The ice cream was everywhere and she never said sorry (which is just good customer service), she never offered to get us a new ice cream (which I did ask for and she just looked at me) and when I asked for napkins she gave me two plus attitude. I felt like how dare I ask anything of her. I will not be back.

The drive through is a revelation when it comes to ordering 🍦 at this location. It’s kinda tucked away in basically a neighborhood which gives it a cool, local vibe.

Tasty as always. Not a frequent customer but we go for a treat every now and then.

Ordered 3 large Blizzards, one of them Heath. Was asked if I wanted extra pieces mixed in (for an additional charge). Said no thank you. After eating it, I found Heath pieces mixed in the top half but the bottom half was just ice cream

Omg I love dq. The one on Roosevelt in lombard make a better blizzards. More care, craftsmanship and candy in them than others.

I come here everso often with friends after school, the treats are prepared there, and is a good place to stop on a bike ride, but the service is quite slow and the employees seem to be a tad uninterested and frankly kind of rude on some occasions
