We are so thankful 🙏❤that its open. I used to only eat Chocolate or chocolate with something. Here I have tried different delicious flavors. Last night in honor of my Brother David I had black cherry 🍒with hot 🔥fudge chopped nuts whipped cream and 🍒. So fantastic 😋!!

I seriously love this place, they are quick and I love the drive thru option. The amount of flavors they have is INSANE, and honestly the owner is so friendly as well as other employees. I rarely go out of my way to write a review but this place deserves it. Just took my kids there the other day and the prices are a steal. Try it out its definitely that time of year and you AND your kiddos wont regret it. So glad they are open.

What a wonderful place. We came from Florida and had the most awesome flavor...cant find it anywhere else.The great guy named Joseph waited on us. So very pleasant. You all should come open one in Jax,Fl.! Thanks so much.

Prices are on par, and ice cream is always good. The location is convenient with mini golf right across the street. There is plenty of outdoor seating that is protected from the elements. Aesthetics are not the greatest with some construction going on behind the shop, but its not the loud type of construction. They are working on making it look nicer though.

I never knew this place existed! So Ive been missing out all this time.. but not anymore!! They have over 40 different Perrys ice cream flavors, people are exceptionally nice and its inexpensive...whats not to LOVE?!! 👍we will def be back! Warm weather is starting and they have several sundaes I want to try 😁

Extremely rude to customers. Dont dare mention their out of order bathroom (thats been broken for 2+ years)Once a employee said that the owner makes them say that so they dont have to smell their customers sh*t they then refused to allows us any hand sanitizer or sink to wash in before eating.Another time a employee wiped their nose with their hand and my husband asked if they would wash their hands and they got REALLY offended.

Server was patient and polite. Great flavor choices. Nice size scoops. Sundaes and floats too. Outside seating under pavilion. Wasnt busy on Sat. at 3:30pm. Great inexpensive family time.

Lickity Splits never disappoints. They have a great selection of ice cream flavors. Quite a few outside tables to enjoy a cone with the family. Already looking forward to the next trip. Try the peanut butter smores ice cream.

The hands down best ice cream, as well as ice cream combinations in Western New York! I highly recommend their Fireball sauce, I think thats the name of it anyway..... It has crunched up granola and the sauce taste good over any ice cream you get! 10 stars from this guy!

Soft serve is the best tasting in batavia. The lines can get long but its worth the wait. Serving sizes are by far the best value Ive ever gotten at an ice cream shop and they serve only Perry iceream which is great.

This place is always open late in the summer making it a great place to stop if you want to grab something in the evening. Its also just across the road from the mini golf at Terry Hills and that combination is always fun.

Wish i could give this place no stars. Although the ice cream was ok, the appalling service killed my appetite. These people have no place working with the public, they are mind blowing rude. I went to the counter to complain and was jumped on by the whole crew. No apology...or remorse. This place is family owned and operated so complaining is pointless. I wouldnt go again if they paid me to take the ice cream. Go some place else!!!

I wish I could give a negative 10 star review!The owners are the most unprofessional disrespectful human beings I have ever encountered in a family owned business.The male owner was verbally abusive to me and my husband in front of our two small 3 year old children and several customers waiting behind us! Then his other female employee decided she would yell at us too and called us stealers and scammers because we share our icecream with our two 3 year old toddler children who only eat couple bites. Then they threatened to call the police on us when THEY were the ones being verbally abusive and threatening to myself and my family. She even came up from behind the counter and pointed her finger in my face. The people behind us walked out in shock at the way they treated their customers.I am absolutely traumatized at the treatment I received within my own community from this icecream shop.The owner looks and acts completely unprofessional as the owner of this business! I would never want anyone as filthy and and belligerant as him to serve me or my family and friends icecream. Look at the other 1 star reviews from other people who have come here and experienced the same negative experience with the owners. They are also on TripAdvisor too.PLEASE GO TO BLONDIES INSTEAD, CUSTOMERSERVICE IS MUCH MORE SUPERIOR, PRICES ARE CHEAPER AND PORTIONS ARE BIGGER!

Employees are extremely mean and I witnessed them raise their voices at a few customers and refused to fix the issue. Very expensive and not worth it. Long wait times too. I would never come back.

Heard public safty is not good here. reguardless how we feel whats going on with covid . People in food industry should be wearing a thin paper mask and gloves. you wouldnt let a stranger stick their fingers in your mouth . Well ungloved food prepers are basicaly sticking their fingers in your mouth Unnasked ones breath on your food . When you go to places like this ask to smell the breath of the employs and to finger your mouth . Think about it

The owner yelled at my grandmother for asking a question about their hot fudge. Avoid this place if dont want to be treated poorly.

You get charged for everything. 50 cents for a dish 25 for a cone decided we didnt need extra napkins for fear of cost. They also requested I spread the word that the restroom is out of order. Done.
