My salesperson was Whitney she was very responsive and the financing went smoothly. They shopped around to find me a great deal on my Polaris rzr 1000. Will definitely recommend and if the need ever arises I will definitely shop here first. π
I had a great buying experience at friendly Yamaha. With inventory low due to covid Dylan was still able to find me what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time and for a good price. 2021 grizzly. Brady in the parts department was awesome. The front bumper he got for my grizzly is on back order up to four months everywhere else in the country and he was able to get me one and have it installed before I picked up the unit. In addition to that i purchased a rear bumper, two up rear storage box, and a winch. Prices were great and I was able to put all the accessories on the loan. Service department put everything together and installed all the add-ons perfectly and in a timely manner. I go in for my first 30 hour service in just a bit, I will continue to do business with friendly Yamaha! Thanks guys
Dylan was always a pleasant to work with even under circumstances out of his control. We appreciate his hard work in helping us get our son his first motorcycle. Weβll definitely be back next time weβre in the market even if that means driving over an hour to make it happen.
Bought a 2020 used bike and they proceed to try and sell me wheel and tire insurance saying its unsafe to plug motorcycle tires. I get the bike home first day to find a plug in the tire. Now theyre saying plugs are fine and safe and have not returned my call inquiring about itNow that Im ready for them who do I get in touch with?
Repeat customer but will never go back here. Due to national shortages there was a delay on the shipment of my bike, which i was fine with, i knew that when i ordered it. What i wasnt fine with was the lack of communication.. no one there ever seems to answer the phone or text option they have and when they do answer they have no clue what is going on. Ordered winch, stick stoppers, and front/rear windshields at the same time i ordered the bike, gave and recieved part numbers and prices for each item to assure the right things were ordered, asked three times if all accessories would be in when the bike arrives since the shipment of the bike got delayed 3 diff. Times and was assured that everything was on schedule part wise.. 4 months later when the bike arrives (btw no one was aware the bike was even there at the time) i go to pick it up and im told the rear windshield couldnt be ordered due to them not dealing with that company (they could have told me this 4 months ago, so now i had to pay another shipping fee and order myself) and they also told me the front windshield was running late. 3 weeks later i call then to see if front windshield came in and was told it had just got there,(after being on hold for 35mins while they tried to find it) i drive an hour to pick it up and discover the order date on the packaging was placed after the bike was picked up and it had arrived at the store a week later. (So they lied about ordering it and then never bothered to call when it came in) then on top of that, the windshield they ordered was the wrong one that was discussed, so i made them refund me for that one (which took almost 3 hours due to having to wait on sales rep.) went home and ordered the RIGHT windshield and had it at my house the next day so there was no excuse for why it was even late. This is the second purchase ive made here and i would have never imagined being a repeat customer and being treated this way, do not spend your money here!
Cole was great to work with, had the paperwork and four wheeler ready. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner
Got a steal of a deal on my Honda shadow. Great place to work. Not every place is perfect but we are trying to improve ourselves to make it a better experience for our customers.
As a former employee and as a customer I can say that Friendly Honda and Yamaha was not only a great place to work, but also every time I needed something even when I wasnt an employee, they came through with flying colors. From Michael the service manager to every technician in the service department, you will not find a more dedicated or knowledgeable team in Baton Rouge for servicing atvs or motorcycles. A true pleasure to have worked with the entire staff from one end of the building to the other.
I called 8 times and never got anyone from the parts department to pick up. I then got ahold of the manager who assured me they were open, just busy. He took my name and phone # and promised they would call me back. They never did. I decided just to go into the store (40 min drive) to see if they had the part. There was no line and hardly anyone even in the store. Im glad I came in because Im not sure they ever wouldve answered the phone. This isnt the first issue Ive had with the parts department. It seems they could use some training or additional help or a manager that encourages better customer service.
Professional & Friendly.Straight shooters. No BS.Highly recommended by me!..
Friendly Honda Yamaha repaired my bike in a reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable price. They were able to diagnose the problem and recommend/implement a solution that was timely and cost effective. The service staff was courteous, professional, and communicated well during the course of the repair. I understood in advance of the invoice what work was to be done and how much it would cost. There were no surprises or escalation of the work scope. Friendly did quality work at a reasonable price and fully met my expectations. I will return to this service department for future maintenance needs.
Worst customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere.
I was impressed with the wide array of pre-owned bikes. My salesperson was helpful without being pushy.
Horrible customer service just getting someone to answer the phone is a miracle. Cant search their inventory online for parts. Only shop to work on my bike that gave it back with the oil light on and had to say something to someone to get it corrected for it to be given back with oily finger prints on a freshly polished bike.. they obviously dont care about their work they just want your money. Avoid at all costs
After the hunting season I took my bike to Friendly Honda for a full service appointment, like I do every two years. When I dropped my bike off I was told that it would be a month before my bike would be ready. That was perfectly fine, I absolutely understand the delay after hunting season. When the bike was ready, they called and I went to pick it up. Here comes the terrible service with a friendly smile part...I walked into the service department, paid my bill and was told at that time that the service department had moved to the old Polaris shop on Airline. They will contact the service department and they would load my bike up and bring it to me, takes about 15 minutes. I was on lunch from work and asked if I could simply go and pick my bike up and was informed that was not possible, they dont want anyone going there. So I went outside and prepped my trailer and waited, and waited. After 20 mins I asked the gentlemen at the counter what the hold up was and he told me they were on there way. I waited, and waited, and when I went back in the service representative was on the phone and so I went outside thinking it may arrive. A young lady that also works in the service department followed me out and told me to just go pick it up. I am now 45 minutes into this ordeal. I pick my bike up and load it onto the trailer and noticed the carburetor was throttled down, it wouldnt stay running. Whatever, easy fix, I adjusted it back to the regular setting. I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Two days after I brought it home I noticed oil under my bike. Not a drop, a puddle. You can imagine how happy I was. I called the Friendly Honda and spoke with a man who told me they are not taking any new bikes at this time because they are maxed out. I explained that THEY are the ones responsible for this, I just picked it up and I believe they owe me the friendly common courtesy to fix it else I would take my bike elsewhere and send them the bill. The service clown told me he would talk to someone and call me back. Two weeks later, no call and I am having to bring my bike to a competitor to have it fixed. Friendly Honda may have bit off more than they can chew taking on the Polaris franchise. Their communication with their customers is disappointing. I have been doing business with Friendly Honda for years and have steered a a lot of people over to them. I will no longer advise people to Check out their business. I have yet to receive any communication concerning the problem they caused and do not feel obligated to fix. The management team, which begins with the owner, are an absolute JOKE. I have found a new service, Bros Motor Sports, who has done a fantastic job with bikes of acquaintances I know. If you are thinking about purchasing a new bike, take a ride to Brookhaven, MS, great products and real friendly service with a smile. To Friendly Honda, I look forward to your spin on this review. I encourage you to try object to any of the statements I have made from my personal experience with you. To the service manager who never returned my call, thanks for nothing...Update: So the owner mailed me a check for the cost of my original repairs and a well written letter offering to pay for the additional repairs. That was a class act and I appreciate the gesture. The issue with the oil leak turned out to be the rear differential had been overfilled and was leaking out of the fill cap. An easy fix Friendly Honda could have resolved. I only wish I did not have to post this review to get a response from them.In the past I have always had good experiences with Friendly. I am changing to 4 stars. Mark, thanks for your response.
I wish I can say better for this place bc some of the techs there are pretty cool. But as for the advisors and rest of them. Theyβre making them looks really bad everyday. Please at least try and change for the better. They are full of UNJUSTIFIED EXCUSES here. I was just hung up on bc I was calling to get info. All I can say is if your bike is on warranty and itβs got drivability issue theyβre going to push it to the back. I know any other dealership Isnt going to do that. Diag shouldnβt take up to a month. Me personally was told to be there and wait for my work to get done. They got it done while I waited 6 hours. When I got it back I was missing a motor mount but causing the bolt to slide out and prevent me from shifting. They said it was not their fault but that doesnβt just happen on its own especially after they just worked on it.
They can be hard to get the parts dept on the phone because they stay busy. The parts guys are good though and know their stuff.
Im a retired vet who works on quads in my spare time for friends and family who cant afford high dollar mechanic fees. The guys here have been helping me for a long while to get the hard to find parts I need to keep them running. Cant say enough about their dilligence and patience with my often hard to fill request. As busy as they get they always take good care of me in the long run. I appreciate their hard work and their know how. Hard to find customer service like theirs these days but you got a customer in me bud.
Never gave me some ideas of parts to get just sent me to a forum. Also got mad at me and told me with a grudge your not allowed to do that. We dont want you searching for cheaper places as I took a picture of a part number on a $50 air filter for a small dirt bike.
I brought my bike in back in June, itβs a 2020 Honda foreman (maybe 7 months old). Told them that there was a whining noise and wanted them to check it out. Took them about 2 weeks to get back to me, to tell me Iβll need to pay a $500 down payment (for them to break my bike down to see the problem) so I paid it. Then after about a week passes I call them to check on it and they told me what was wrong with it (the clutches were messed up) but it had to get sent to the warranty company to so if itβll be covered. Another few days go by, they call me and tell me that it wasnβt covered and Iβll need to pay the total amount. So I was fine with that. Now Iβve been set for another scheduled time for a week later. So I wait and call them on the day I was told itβll be done. It wasnβt done. Get told it will be another week until itβs done. By this time my bike has been in the shop for about a month and a half now. They finally called me back and told me they got all the clutch system fixed, but come to find out there is another noise that I was never aware of and wasnβt told about. Iβve been told many different things about whatβs going on with my bike Iβm confused at this point. Iβve steadily paying for this bike without it being in my possession. Like I said Iβve had it there for a month and a half now and still havenβt gotten it back. I will never bring my bike back here again!
As I own 2 four wheelers and 2 motorcycles Iβve tried numerous times to get parts from them. Never have I got parts on the line. Been buying on line lately and getting great service. Stopped in Friday to look at side by side and could get anyone to sell it to me. Looked around several times to see employees sitting at desks visiting with one another. Heading to Brookhaven, Ms. now to buy Yamaha 4 seat wolverine. Friendly not very friendly.
Just went to the accessories dept for parts on my 2020 crf250f and asked for recommendations on stuff I should get/buy for it and all he could do is tell me to go to a forum and couldnt tell me anything I should get. Horrible if they want to sell anything, now I will just look on amazon.
Nice selection of stuff
I had an outstanding service experience at Friendly Yamaha. My Talon needed some service work and the guys were courteous and professional! I would highly recommend Friendly Powersports to anyone looking for service work and sales as well! Iβve purchased around 7 units from them since 2012. Great guys!
Good friendly people! Good service!
Had some miscommunication with the parts people with my parts. But they made it right in the end. Iβm pleased with how it all turned out will be getting more stuff from them thank you.
Want a motorcycle? Friendly Honda. Want a four-wheeler? Friendly Honda. Want a side-by-side? Friendly Honda. Want a jet-ski? Friendly. Freaking. Honda. This place has the best selection of power sports vehicles that any man could dream of. Amongst their 5 star staff, I recommend Cole. Salesman to the stars, and will not quit to you get the absolute best product to suit your needs, and the best price to hide from your wife. Your next power sports purchase better be from friendly Honda!
I bought a motorcycle off of their website and am having it shipped across country. Robbie and Bryan were wonderful to work with. Made the process very easy. Would definitely work with them again.
I got two motorcycle tires mounted and balanced in one hour, great service
The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable .I will be back .
Really impressed with their showroom and customer service.. made sure to go above and beyond to take care of everything I needed. They did the same for my brother - definitely will be back
The very first time I went to Friendly was for some older Quad parts to rebuild the carb. The attractive girl behind the counter looked like a βdeer in the headlightsβ after telling hurt my list of parts.π We ended up getting our own parts to fix our quad & saved a bunch of $$$.
I just purchased a Honda Ranger ATV and am real happy with it. Friendly Honda Yamaha has a large inventory. The Friendly Honda Yamaha Sales staff was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. I highly recommend Friendly Honda Yamaha for your next purchase.
Top notch service, prices, and a staff who is willing to help you make the best choice on a power sports vehicle in relation to your needs. Couldnβt ask for better!
They were able to get me what I wanted, no hassle and worked with me to get the best price.
I purchased a used motorcycle from Friendly power sports, and didnt see a few dings and scratches in the photo. When made aware of the omission, Mark was very willing to work with me, and we sorted things out. I am very pleased with the diligence, honesty, and professionalism I encountered. I am sorry that I jumped the gun and left negative review yesterday. Just a quick note to follow up. Fender painted, check as promised, could not be happier with this outfit. 100% customer satisfaction!
I have been within the motorcycle business close to 40 years, so I know a thing or two about them.I have been going to Friendly Yamaha about 15 years+, I deal mainly with the parts department, which at times have patience of angels with taking calls and dealing with customers. They have always been very professional in every way, and if the parts I require are not in stock, they instantly see if its available and when it will ship, and with the recent new policy, if I would like the items shipped to me or pick up at the counter.I have read some of the negative feedback, I have never seen this or been treated rude or mistreated in anyway by the service or parts department. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.Their new updated website is a mass improvement.Ill continue to do business with FRIENDLY YAMAHA.
GREAT customer service!
Love this family friendly place. The sales people are wonderful and you can always find what your looking for!
Years ago I bought a bike from the sales team here, and have had that same bike back for service multiple times, with any issue or concern I had addressed immediately and corrected. They were always polite and friendly and did great work. But thats not why Im writing this review. Recently a friend who had just purchased a bike from them had a fatal accident on his other bike. The sales team at Friendly bought the new bike back, and really went above and beyond to make the process painless and effortless for his widow. They demonstrated top notch customer service. I cannot explain in words how much headache and stress and cost they saved us from enduring. 10/10 would recommend this place for any motorsports needs.
I just went pick up my 2016 honda pioneer sxs from getting a recall done. First, I called about getting it done to see when I could bring it in. I was told they would order the parts and call me when it came in. I was not contacted when the parts came in. Approximately a week went by so I called and they told me I could bring the bike in, but to give them a few days to work on it while servicing other bikes, which I understand, because its recall work. So a week went by and I called on a wednesday and I was told probably by Late Friday afternoon we will get to it, 4 bikes ahead of you I was told.... Take this in account also.., I did not buy the pioneer from them, but about 8 months ago I bought 2 honda cbr600rrβs the same day from them, when we first moved here. One for my wife, and one for me. I also bought some parts from them recently. So today when I went to pick up my bike the guy at the counter hands me my keys and receipt so I asked him where was it, then he told me. So I go outside to get it and 2 four wheelers are behind my bike, so I go let the guy know and some dude with a attitude comes out and asked for my keys to my bike so I gave them to him and he drove my bike over the parking bump and came flying around the corner like a bat out of hell because he was mad I guess.( He is very lucky I kept my composure, because I am professional) This was by far the worse customer service experience I received from a dealership. By the way, we have 2 4 wheelers, 2 motorcycles, and the pioneer sxs, but none of them will ever go back there for anything. We will be dyno tunning our bikes soon and I did not even bother to ask them about it when I went inside. If this guy will drive my bike like he did infront of me, just imagine what he does when you are not around. If you are like me and you work hard for what you have and time is a factor, do not bring it there for service, but I will say my salesmen name was Brandy and she was awesome and the sales manager, but service for my sxs was horrible.
Nice employees, one rude customer cut in line, other than that, nice place.
Complete waste of time can never get anyone on the phone in parts been told they would take my number and name and give it to parts and they never call me I will only do business with gn Gonzales or elite powersports and will be telling everyone else to stop doing business with them I have given them numerous chances
Was being helped and our salesman was in the middle of our sale and went off and started making other sales instead of finishing ours and taking our down payment. He didnt inform us of what was going on with our sale either, he just walked away like we werent his customersUPDATE: I walked up to another worker and she told me that they were waiting on lenders. This is funny because our salesman had told us we had an approval, and we only came to the location to give the down payment and pick up the bike. He ran credit three times from March 17 to March 30 twice on the same bike we had already come to agreement on the purchase. We had already planned on us picking up the bike today yet we are going through everything all over again that we had already done over the phone.
Service department kind of rude. Had them put new tubes in front and rear tires due to pinch flats,me riding a little too low on air pressure. So I bought heavy duty tubes and their service dept install them. Go pick up my bike and take it home then realize both tires are flat. Go to put air in them and find out both stems are misaligned and there isnβt enough stem far enough out to get the chuck on and the retaining nuts were both missing!!! Sure wouldnβt trust them for anything serious. And kind of snotty to my wife when asked to correct their mistake.Scott
I was in Friendly Honda to change the rear tire of my bike. I then talked with David who was working in the Part Department, He gave me very good information and so Friendly as I feel really relax over there. He explained every thing in the best way he could and I really appreciate it. Also the guy in service department gave me very useful and new information regarding the tires. I am satisfied with the way they treat their customers. Thank you all.
Was able to recover a stolen dirt bike from 2018 because they did the right thing and reported it to EBRSO when someone brought it in for some work. Thank you Friendly Honda Yamaha!
Mounted and balanced M/C tires for me. Very fast turn around. Ive also purchased misc parts through them. Little pricey (decent for a dealership) but good service. I will be back.
Friendly staff, great location, AAA+++
When I need parts I go to Friendlys in Baton Rouge. The staff is very friendly and always takes care of me. I highly recommend to my family and friends
Guy name Brady seems like he does not care to be there. When I was tryna get help he was ignoring me. Seemed like he was to preoccupied with something he was looking at on his phone. After that was not really wanting to get help from here anymore and left.
I definitely love this place I buy all my street bike gear and apparel and equipment from here I also get my bike serviced and my tires changed and balanced here they have some really good bikes with a really good warranty is very friendly staff and very helpful
Ive been calling multiple times a day every day for 3 days and have yet to have someone answer as I need parts.
My husband practically lives there. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and well meet parts prices from elsewhere. They make you good deals on new products as well its fun even if youre not into four wheelers or outdoor motorized Sports
Great prices on bikes and atvs. Had some really good deals when i stopped in. Parts dept. was kind and helpful. Good selection to choose from.
I used to work in Service. Everyone works their tails off to get the job done in All Other Departments as Well! I had a great time as en employee in a year with this company. Great Family Atmosphere. Great Technicians! Great People!
Terrible!! Terrible customer service!!! When someone comes into your store and has to walk up and down and all around and never gets approached by one person in the whole place and theyre just sitting there!! Absolutely terrible!! Your money is better spent elsewhere! I would never recommend buying from this place
I bought a Yamaha Viking off the show room floor 3 months. When I brought it back for its first service at about 15 hours I told them the tires rubbed the front fender when turned and a tire was squeaking. I received a call that the over size tires was causing the tires to rub the fender and I needed a lift kit. I authorized them to install it. When I picked it up I asked them why I had to pay for lift kit and labor since I bought it that way, their response was Yamaha donβt care because it was after market tires. Really?!?! I bought it like way! They finally knocked a little off my $800 bill.Once we got it home the tire still squeaked. I called and talk to Chris who had the service manager call me. He told me thatβs just what side by sides do. Of course I laughed. He said I could change the brake pads and that may work, but they would not cover the cost.I also purchased an extended warranty on this bike, a lot of good thatβs going to do me if I need it!My next stop is my attorney Office. I have never had so many problems with such terrible customer service.
Iβve come in a few times, I havenβt purchased anything yet, just browsed. Your staff is a little persistent trying to get my info lol, but I understand why. Iβm not ready to purchase yet, but when I do, Iβll be going to Sam or Robbie. Theyβre kind, And knowledgeable.
I went to the location to have two nuts removed from a Honda trx250 final drive that calls for $300 worth of special tools to remove them. When approaching the service desk, the guy said, I would not touch that with a 10 pole, and said this before I said anything. So I asked what they would charge me to just remove the two nuts needing special tools, and he said again, I wont touch it. When asked why, he said he has had nothing but bad experiences with rebuilding them and they break right after. Thats when I told him I am rebuilding it not him. All I was asking is for him to remove the two nuts so I dont have to spend $300+ for tools I will only need for a minute then never need again. He said he would rather sell me a new one for about the same amount it costs to rebuild it. Well, seeing as it only cost $28 for all parts to rebuild it and the fact that the part is obsolete, I asked him if he could get me one for around the same price, and all he said was, Sorry. I wont touch it. On the other hand, the parts department is very helpful and told me of another place to go that would be more helpful.UPDATE:The general manager got in touch with me, and was extremely helpful. He apologized for the way the staff treated me, and said that was not the way they do business. He met me at the Honda shop and helped me with the job I needed done, and did not charge me. I am pleased with the way he handled the situation. While I will probably never go back to the service department again, I would deal with him again in the future if I ever need anymore help.
Staff was very friendly
Great service, great deals very nice People. Thanks Friendly.
Sales experience was easy but not friendly. I knew what I wanted and went to the most convenient location to purchase it. Did not haggle over price but did ask for free delivery to my house (dirt bike-yz 450- and trailer being blasted at time). Once home, was unable to start the bike so quickly called Friendly. Manager said no way in hell will I pick up bike or send tech out to trouble shoot. He suggested it was rider error despite that I have ridden fro many years. Nice. Waited a few days for my trailer to be blasted and refinished then loaded up and brought to Friendly. THREE DAYS LATER and after repeated calls was told the problem was pilot jet and needle (broken). THIS IS AN EASY FIX AND REMEMBER THAT I NEVER EVEN STARTED THE BIKE. Manager insisted that I had somehow broken the needle and so warranty would not cover. Demanded that I pay for the repair! I picked up bike and had repaired elsewhere UNDER WARRANTY. These guys are not friendly and act as though they are only game in town. Gonzales is a bit farther away and moves very slowly but I think a better choice. Very poor experience.
I read some bad reviews of this place and I was really put off by it, but I realized pretty much every bad review was followed up by the dealership to try to remediate the problem, so I decided to go here and purchase a 2019 Honda Grom. When I entered I was greeted with smiles and greetings, the salesman showed me the bike I wanted and let me sit on it while he told me all kinds of information about it, after that I went through a pretty quick process of buying the bike and 2 and a half hours later I was driving off. When I got home I noticed a chip in the fiberglass on the fender somewhere where a rock couldnt hit it so I reckoned it was when they took it out the crate, I went back a week later when I had a day off and with barely any questions asked they ordered me a new fender to replace that one.I highly recommend this dealership, if you do go up there I recommend talking with Nick, he was very helpful to me. Thanks Friendly!
Ive purchased motorcycles & accessories here, had service work done, enjoyed Saturday morning antics, and received plenty of good advice anytime Ive asked β¦ Ive also bought bikes & accessories at other shops but this store is tops. I appreciate the people that work there & will continue to give them my business & encourage others to as well.
My immediate interaction with the first salesman was great. However, when it came time to take the next step after I chose to ask a relative to get involved that has worked in finance for over 30 years things went south. The tag on the bike of choice had a flat price with no hidden fees as advertised. My relative asked questions as to why I was being charged document fees and recording on the title when the actual leinholder includes this fee with tax, title and license. I was willing to give $2,000 cash down and the leinholder to write a check for the remaining amount but was told that I could not leave with the bike without the check from the leinholder being in hand. No leinholder will give a check to any company without the buyers order, title and paperwork in order for the check to be released. Friendly was not even willing to pick the check up from the other company. The finance manager was very rude and told my relative (which was my mother) that she needed to not stick her nose in my business even after he was made aware that should be going over the financing to ensure that I was being taken care of. He even tried to sell me auto insurance after I claimed I had that already taken care of. I felt like he was only concerned about ripping me off and tried to take whatever he could from me. He wanted me to take a loan out for a portion of the bike and a separate loan for another 1,000 even with me putting 2,000 down on a bike listed around 5,000 I went to Outdoor Powerbouse and that gladly took care of me and gave me a deal on a brand new motorcycle. They waved fees that were not necessary, dropped off the paperwork to the leinholder and even lowered the bike without charging for labor. I received a call a few days later from Friendly asking what my plans were on purchasing and when I informed them I had already purchased a motorcycle, they asked from where, I responded and the saleman hung up in my face. I will never recommend Friendly to anyone, because one thing is for sure...this place is NOT Friendly.
Brought my 08 ZX-14 in for repairs. The service department was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my noob questions. I got the bike back today and she is running like a dream. Im happy to say I found some place I can trust to work on my motorcycle. Wont be taking her anyplace else.
The parts department shipped a battery to my house during quarantine. There was a problem with the battery (my fault), the parts department figured out the problem, and handed me a new battery no questions asked. Thank You
Thanks to a good group of guys. I bought my new Rubicon home. Nick, Brian, and Cade was very knowledgeable on getting me what i was looking for. Nothing beats a good local dealer. Thanks friendly.
This dealer really lives up to its name. Everyone is really helpful. Process is fast and efficient. Drove from Shreveport to this dealer because it is more superior than my local one.
Quality.
Good friendly people
Not one person recognized our presence.
Bought my CB500F here. Easy buying process friendly and informative staff.
Do they deliver if you dont have a way to get like a motorcycle to your house
Garrit is a real service manager. bring your bikes there for service
I am not a fan of typing on the internet much less about a bad experience. I am at a loss for words about this dealership. I got attitude from the parts department an at the same time looked over at the worker next to him roll his eyes while on the phone with another customer. the service department was some what friendly, but i guess that was because they were about to slam my wallet against the wall. i payed over 300 dollars for and oil change and a tire swap. this is beyond absurd. the icing on the cake was when i was browsing around the store at parts on the wall and over heard one of the salesmen making racial comments while talking with his co working laughing an smirking. i was so bad i thought that i was invisible. surly they were not intentionally do this toward my ethnicity. i am a hard working African American who makes decent money and like to spend some of it on my toys and hobbies. i can without a doubt say i will never step foot in this roach infested place again.
Great service, knew what they were doing, got the correct part first time.
Loved the saleswoman Sam she was so nice and helpful. Got a good deal on my little cousin a great bike. But the finance guy Brian should be working at UNfriendly Honda. He was rude, pushy and inconsiderate of the fact that I was advising him on his first purchase.
Over the past few months I have been doing business with Baton Rouge, Friendly Honda Yamaha. I started with their parts department, then sales and now service. Their prices are competitive, but what sets them apart from other dealerships is their staff. From top to bottom each person was very easy to work with and you always have the feeling they want your business not just your money. If this dealer doesnt have a part or a bike in stock they will work with other dealers to find what you need. If one staff member cannot answer a question they will find somebody who can.If you are looking for a new bike or trying to fix an old one, Friendly is a good place to start. Thanks Friendly,RB
Ive been here a few times just to browse around, Im like a kid in a candy store hopping on all the motorcycles and ATVs. Very nice and courteous staff and the pricing seems fair.
All I needed was a spare key for my bike. Was told on the phone I didnt need to bring my key number tag in then arrived and was asked for the number tag. Paid for the BLANK and was told they wouldnt even cut it there! They did recommend Able lock just up the road who was fantastic and has blanks in stock for far cheaper..
Love my new Honda Stateline
Very knowledgeable, helpful and of course friendly!! Highly recommend!!!
Friendly crew, professional work.
Great, knowledgeable people. Busy place but they make you feel appreciated. Fantastic service department
Professional service and fast service....I highly recommend taking your bike here if you want it done right
I am 19 years old and when i was intrested in buying a bike all of the workers walked right past me because i guess they thought i was just a kid who couldnβt afford one. But, when i put cash on the table they were completely different. Also when i had to bring my bike the the service dept. i would call them and be put on hold for 30 minutes. I walked in the doors at 2:32 (service dept. closes at 2:30 on saturdays) they told me they couldnβt even park my bike outside. i needed to talk to a service person but i canβt get on the phone with one! haha this place is a joke
Great parts department and friendly sales associates
Best in the southeast, canβt beat the sales team, and they stock a lot of parts for Honda Yamaha so you can get the part usually same day
I had an issue. GM reached out and I really feel like he cares about my experience. I appreciate him doing that.
Service and parts gets a A+ but sales is garbage. They dont know how to do anything right. Now the sales managers are great. My advice talk to the sales managers.
I bought my Honda CB300F and service it here, staff is friendly and my bike was fixed in a timely manner.
Knowledgeable staff, affordable prices, great service.
Best place in BR to buy a bike or Atv! Hands down. No Games or BS just a good overall experience.
Great experience, highly recommend FY. Got a quote for a new Foreman that was 25% cheaper than my home town. Drove over, it was ready to go at quoted price, no upsale pressure, great orientation, they loaded it in the hot sun for me. Brandi handles internet sales, Cade is the finance guy, both are awesome.
Always had helpful staff here willing to answer questions about my bike
I live in Alexandria and have purchased four motorcycles from Loewer Powersports and when I went to buy an ATV they really would not deal. I called Friendly Honda and they worked up a great deal so that all I had to do was drive there Saturday and pick it up. Great staff, great deal. Thanks Jeremy and Bryan!
Sales person was helpful and knew the product and the prices. Will definitely consider this place when it comes time to buy.
