The customer service at this place is top notch. Sales department are friendly and attentive. The finance manager is able and friendly. Service manager and service tech are very product knowledgeable. I purchased a 2021 Polaris General XP 1000 pursuit edition in the black/green/camo pattern and the machine is a beast. Had 2 can am Commanders before this General. Major differences, favors the General.

I will never spend my money in Polaris on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge, LA. My fiancé and I walked in and no one spoke or asked if we needed help. Mind you they only had one other couple in the building. I’m not sure if it was due to the fact that we were of another ethnicity or because they thought we weren’t about to spend any money. I found that to be very rude and unprofessional. We took our money to Friendly Honda Yamaha and made our purchase the same day. I would never spend 1.00 nor 18,000 dollars with a such a rude company.

I had a mostly excellent experience here. They gave me a great deal on my purchase, and their customer service is great in sales, mgt, and parts. Theyre courteous, attentive, not overly pushy, and make you their priority. I love my new machine.The problem I have is their service department. I sent my new bike in for a small warranty repair and they kept it for almost 2 weeks and never finished it after promising me a finish date at the 10 day mark.Otherwise, these guys are excellent and very friendly.

I bought my Slingshot from Polaris of Baton Rouge in 2016. All service work and recall notice issues has always been taken care of in a timely manner.

Fantastic. In and out with a new mower in less than 20 minutes. Couldnt have been easier.

Actually had a beautiful scout motorcycle that I was interested in, so that was worth the trip. Three customers in the store plus myself, and I never had anyone come talk to me. After twenty minutes of waiting for an employee, I left.

I can buy my stuff off line but I choose to come to you store but your employee has a bad attitude I will never come there again
