Been going to this place for 20 years and Sound Advice has always done a great job installing/ helping pick out radios, subwoofers, amps etc. Ive had 4 sound systems here since the 90s everything always looks and sounds great!

Great service from these guys. I have used them for car stereo, Rzr stereo, home stereo and automation. Could not ask for a better place to do business. They now also have west sounds!

Great prices on getting music on your vehicle

I would not recommend this company to provide premier service to any customer who values integrity, quality product and service. The two employees who put in my daughter sound system did a horrible job and double charged me. I was told one price which I was comfortable. They promised they could do the job now mind you I did half of the work for him by providing my own sound system, So they promised they could install it with no problem for $150.00 within an 1 hour timeframe. Not only did they didnt completed it in the 1 hour timeline, they did not call me and say it would take longer. I had to contact them and that when they told me the new revised plan to extort more money out of me. I hate company that practice these unethical work habits. When you tell a consumer that you promise you can complete the task at hand you should use the honorable method and do just as you promise. Your word should mean something and not just words exiting your mouth for fun. I pride myself on providing my clients with exceptional services and product. It I missed priced or didnt deliver as I agreed. I eat the cost and give the customer a deal or discount. Im in business to keep my clients returning, not to suck them dry on the first visit and not care if they return or refer additional clients to my business, but I guess Sound Advice does business in a corrupt manner. It took them all day and night to complete the job they promised would be finished in an hour, They told us to come and pick up the vehicle it was ready. When we arrived that was a bold face lie they was still working on the installation of the sound system and we had to wait another 1 and a half. When I got in the car to check the system It sounded awful it had a lot of static, cracking in the acoustics. Neither less to say I was very displeased with this poor, poor quality of workmanship and service. The son owner Tremblay his name is similar to that was so rude and unprofessional he needs to be fired or sent to additional training on customer service etiquette. He basically blamed me the consumer and did not take any responsibility for his business failure. The other worker just went along with the Sons Tremblay unbelievable, unprofessional demeanor. They will quote you one price and once they get your vehicle under they possession they hold it hostage and threaten you that they will take out all the wires and equipment they malfunctional installed in the first place if you dont pay the loan shark pricing. I would not advice or recommend anyone whos looking for quality work, or requires exceptional service, and product to go anywhere near Sound Advice Company located on Florida Blvd. Do not stop at GO. Press your feet on the accelerator and go as fast as you can in the opposite direction to another company DO NOT USE SOUND ADVICE TO INSTALL YOUR SOUND SYSTEM OR ANYTHING. POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

I went in here looking for a new system and was referred a system by one of their salesman. I got it home only to find its nothing better then what I currently have. I took it back and was told I cant return it. where is your store policy that says I cant return it? the system wasnt cheap and after a bit of back and forth, they said they will issue a credit to me and so I left the system with them and went home. After a few weeks, I notice I never got the credit. this place is not trustworthy. I will never return to this place and do not recommend anyone come here due to their dishonesty

Very knowledgeable and great customer service

I have known the owner, Richard, since 1990 and have been friends with the lead salesman Chuck since the early 90s when we ran crank it up together. These people are consummate professionals, do an amazing job and are always Fair on their prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
