I came back to update my review to 5 stars! They came back to reinstall the entire area and we are sooo pleased! The owners heard I was upset and contacted us immediately to make it right for us and they did! It looks wonderful. We will definitely be using them to update our flooring downstairs!If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are disappointed because we loved the family and love the carpet, but we do not like they way it was installed. There is a pattern to the carpet and it runs horizontally on the stairs, then changes to vertical on the top step and then the entire upstairs. It looks terrible. We told them how we wanted the stairs, and assumed that they would continue the pattern in the same direction once they got upstairs, but they didn’t and now it looks awful. We paid over $5,000 for something that we don’t like and now we have to live with their mistake every day. Seems very unfair. It’s unfortunate because we planned on using them when we redo the floors downstairs in about a year but we definitely will be using someone else. If everything would have been installed correctly, or if the issues would have been fixed, we’d give 5 stars. But since they will not fix it to our liking, I’m regretting spending the $5,000 and wishing we would have gone somewhere else with our business. Very very disappointed.

Free measurements, great price and next day installation. Arrived on time, very respectful and worked hard and quickly. The gentleman were also very tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

I went to Carpet World to look at flooring and get some information, and Eduardo spent time with me explaining different types of flooring and the advantages of each. He realized I wasnt ready to place an order right then, and he didnt try to push me into a sale. I will definitely go back to him when Im ready to order my flooring.

We shopped around Baton Rouge for carpet and based on the few google reviews decided to give Carpet World a try. I called in and talked to Danny who was very honest and knowledgeable. We went to the store and they walked us through all of the carpet types. Estuardo came the same day for measurements and we ultimately quickly decided on carpet and called them and had it ordered. The carpet was running behind due to delivery issues on the manufacturer’s end and came in on the day we were supposed to have it installed instead of a day or two before. Danny and his install team met the truck at an earlier delivery site than the carpet world store to get the carpet in their hands so they could get to me and get it installed. He kept in contact that day and made it to the house with a 3 man crew. They got the job done in 4-5 hours and it looks great. They were polite and courteous and very friendly. We couldn’t be happier with the carpet they helped us pick out or the job that they did. 5 stars all the way! Thanks carpet world.
