Bought mom new floors for her birthday. Amazing service and installation

Jenny, the sales person was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to what I wanted. She drew a sketch to make sure she understood how my bathroom was atranged. The suggestions she made let me consider options I hadnt thought about. She gave me samples to take home. I wanted to just take pictures. Im glad I brought the samples home. Looking at them in my bathroom made a big difference. I decided all white looked best then realized I might as well get the shower with the prefab white walls!

In the insanity prevalent within the remodeling/construction business after the Thousand Year Flood, which took place last August in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, Best Buy Flooring is indeed exemplary of a model business in my opinion. As many can lend testimony, most repair experiences were met with broken promises, frustrations, inability to get replacement materials, unskilled workmen, and on and on. In spite of all the demands this company must have had given the sheer number of homeowners needing replacement flooring and installers, Best Buy treated us like we were theyre only customers. I have been so very impressed with the pricing, quality of the flooring, knowledge of their sales and installation staff. Thank you to Best Buy and their employees for one of the best experiences weve ever had. You deserve an A+.

The inside folks clearly have no idea of the outside folks that show up to do the floor installation. Extra guys show up who are not employed by the company and they steal your flooring you purchase. They cut the sizes they need and hide it in the trailer they come in. They take your unopened cartons that they hide under the open cartons that is trash. If you not there to pay attention the guys will rob you blind. It was five Mexicans that came to my home and they did a horrible job...pretty sure it was the extra help they brought along that was inexperienced. When you call the company and tell them they try to act like they do not know what you are talking about and they claim it is two to show up. Well how you explain five and one was a young boy and they did not speak English? I had to argue the workman down about the cartons they were hiding and finally I had to go point it out in the trailer where they had hidden them and it was then I saw many many pieces just about whole and half cut in several shapes that was not applied to my floor. Two unused cartons and about enough flooring to fill three more cartoon they had stolen. And a roll of padding unopen. I did get credit for that but not the flooring because the rep says it is calculated in for their labor and I can not return it or get a refund. So all in all those unprofessional jerks come out and measure your house wrong and make you purchase more flooring than you need and tell you there is nothing that can be done about it. Nothing good will come to them for that.

Pricing and service were top notch!! Wish I could give them more stars !! My wife and I did a major renovation in Lafayette, not only were their prices better, the service was prompt and very professionally installed. Had very minor issues that were resolved quickly, would recommend them to anyone !! Great Company and employees

The crew that did my ceramic flooring left messes, razor blades, grout on my new carpet/walls and ruined my sons rug. They made a horrible unprofessional tile cut in a bathroom and said it couldnt be fixed . The crew that did my laminate and carpet was great but if they do a crapy job dont expect them to compensate you for thier screw ups! Youd think when someone spent $15k theyd at least try to fix everything for it. Did anyone even ask me if I was satisfied? NO when I voiced my issues oh Im so sorry that happen to you. Update: A little over two years and my wood flooring is separating. I have gaps between the laminate pieces and they only offer a 1 year warranty so now I have to replace my flooring that I spent almost $14,000....
