WARNING! DO NOT USE! I dont care if your phone company insurance says this is the only place you can go.... DO NOT USE! We dropped our phone off for a simple screen repair at 5 pm yesterday, they told us it would not be ready until tomorrow. We went to pick it up today around the same time and it was just GONE! apparently some lady had waited in their lobby for it after we left and picked it up around 7:30 pm last night. IT WAS NOT US THAT PICKED IT UP! No one knew my name or claim number! We did not tell anyone at all that we were bringing the phone in to get replaced. We have contacted to police, Asurion phone insurance, At&T and the manager of uBreakiFix and of course no one can help! The manager for this store was also extremely rude and the staff could not show us the footage of who took our phone or the voice recording. Im beyond livid. I have extremely personal/inappropriate content on this phone that they forced me to unlock before dropping it off that is now available for everyone to see. I also have two small daughters. My phone is filled with BATH PICTURES, swimming pictures in bikinis, potty training pictures, and other content that is NOT APPROPRIATE to just be floating about everywhere. But of course they could not help me.So moral of the store DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Theyll give you possessions out to anyone that knows your name or even just the make and model of your item and then they will not help you get it back.DISGUSTED! ABSOLUTELY FREAKING DISGUSTED!

My iPhone camera was blurry due to my cracked screen protector. Daniel safely removed my screen protector and cleaned up my phone for me. I purchased a replacement screen protector and they put it on for me all within a reasonable time. Definitely recommend!

So I was not going to leave a review after my previous issue with this place. I would have let that slide, but yet again these people are terrible.The first issue I had with them was last year. I brought in a laptop that needed a hinge repair. One of the guys took it to inspect it and I was called back later to pick it up and discuss repair. They were not able to locate the part that was needed (I was able to find it online on two sites- and I ordered it myself after this) and told me they would do more research.When I got the laptop home and opened it, the hinge was in even worse condition. To make matters worse I get a call a day later because they did not record what part was needed for the repair. The guy did not even know exactly what was broken. That is extremely unprofessional.This time I scheduled an appointment online for the next day to drop off my phone for repair. The store opens at 10, I get a call while in a meeting around that time. I call back an hour later, and they gave the one part they had left for the job I requested to someone else. What is worse, is that I asked that they contact me via SMS instead of calling online (there was literally a section on the form asking that). Had they used that method I would have been able to confirm immediately.These people have the worst customer service ever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I shattered my phone screen yesterday, and considered just buying a new one but thought Id look into using my Google Fi device protection plan for replacement (I have a moto g stylus 2020...theyre pretty awesome budget phones).Called and spoke to Jordan around 10:30 or 11 on the phone this morning who took the time to see if they had a replacement screen, expecting him to tell me theyd need to order one...there was one in stock! Arranged with my provider to get the replacement done, and I got my phone to the store by 12:30. Miles, who processed my drop off, clearly stated what I should expect if they were able to do the repair successfully, or if they should encounter a problem due to the phone being less common, if there was more damage found, etc. Id get a call in advance if they hit problems, or I could pick up around 6:30.Got a call at 5 that the phone was ready for pickup, and George, the store manager, walked me through the repairs (which included replacing the band around the phone as well, because there had been a crack around the charging port) and I was out the doors in under 10 minutes.Super pleased with the ease and time of service, the product repairs, and the staff team! Thanks for making this such a smooth process!

I had an old Google Pixel 3 that I needed to come on for data recovery, and I tried everything I knew to get it working again, but it just kept boot-looping. I saw online that uBreak iFix was Google affiliated, so I figured it was my last shot.Not only were they able to fix my issue, but Alice R. was incredibly kind and informative throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have a Google phone.

Waking into this place it was really clean and felt really organized. The rating comes from, poor communication. I dropped of my daughters school tablet at about 2:00 on a Saturday to be diagnosed only. The guy explained to be before anything could be done they would call me for pricing. Well I waited around for the tablet for about two hours. Then I decided to call because the email they send you as a timeline but it don’t update. So I couldn’t see the status of the tablet. When I called I was explained to the guy that I was waiting around because I lived about 25-30 minutes away. And he stated oh please go home, because this could be a multi day process. I said oh okay. So about 20 minutes later someone calls be and says, I’m sorry but we can’t fixed the tablet (which is okay) you should just buy a new one. I said oh wow I just talked to someone and he told me to leave!!!!! This guy who calls then says it’s okay you can pick it up tomorrow. I go back the next day and they are closed!!! The door stated that they would be open from 12-5 I was there at 3:04! I did call and the recording says that they are closed, but why not change everything if your hours are gonna change. I feel as if I bamboozed! I definitely would not recommend ubreakifix to anyone! Update on Monday. When I picked the tablet up the store was busy. When they got to me no one asked for any type of verification! They asked my name and handed me the tablet! That same day the regional Manager called asking me was there anything the store could do for me to remove my review!!! BEWARE ⛔️‼️‼️‼️

Not happy with the service provided here at all. Phone screen was fixed, but it was the worst experience ever trying to get a device repaired. First & foremost the guy that takes the Walk-In & Appointments should be more accurate with the estimated repair time. Dont tell customers 1-2 hours and it ends up taking 4-5. Check with the techs in the back to make sure you get the most accurate estimate depending on the device & other factors because thats how you make an already frustrating thing even more frustrating. The tech assigned to fix my phone came to me & told me after 4 hours of waiting for my device that my phone wasnt passing a diagnostic test for water resistance, that he would try again, but if it didnt work that he would have to void the repair then take the new screen off and put my cracked one back on. I have never...this is after waiting 4 hours. I will never return back to this place for anything. And this is a lesson for me to get insurance on my future devices and go straight through my cell phone service provider.

I called around and they are competitively priced for cellphone screen repairs. Screen repairs are expensive. My Samsung was over 300 dollars but such is the way of the world. they are fast, courteous, and knowledgeable and I would def recommend them.

Was told phone repair would take about 4 hours, but actually took about 6-7 hours to be fixed and was told when it was finished they would call me, yet never received a phone call. Fixed phone quality is awesome, but service could use improvement.

Came into UBreakIFix thinking my phone was completely broken. Logan met me at the door and was very professional. He took my phone to the back to see how bad it was and came back within 3 minutes. Turns out it was just lent stuck in the charging port. He could have said it was completely broken and I would have believed him. Now I can plug my phone on and forget about it. If anything happens to my phone again I will definitely come in and ask for Logan.

Fady was simply the best to me. I had a phone screen replaced here. Fady recognized that the new display was faulty and he was exceptionally personable and professional as he explained things and that he would stay after 7 PM closing time to put another on.He understood that I wipe and wash my phone a lot so he quadruple checked the seal to be sure water is safe and not getting in my phone.Like you dont understand, Fady went above and beyond for me and I am immensely grateful. Employees of this caliber are hard to find. I would know.I demand that he get a raise as much as your margins as a business will allow.

I have a Samsung S10+ that Samsung pushed out a security update. The phone was stuck in a start up loop. T-Mobile was useless. Best Buy put me in contact with Samsung Rep who recommend uBreakiFix. The phone warranty expired 3 weeks before this issue. To sum it up, it usually cost $79 to make this repair. I worked with Fady and George and they got the Sansung warranty extended and repaired for free. What I really liked even more than repairing the phone for free is they understood the urgency in getting my phone back quickly. Samsung wanted me to mail the phone to Samsung. George repaired the phone in less than 3 hours. I was impressed with their service. Check them out and wear your face cover when you go.

Took my phone there to replace the screen as it was broken got it replaced only to have to take it back for them to replace the screen again because it was defective and the ear speaker didnt work got it back and now having to take it back for a 3time because now it for some reason wont connect to my network

While my laptop was with them, they were unable to duplicate my concern so unfortunately they werent able to do any repairs to my computer. Therefore, this review is on their customer service since I cant attest to their repair skills.Both times I was in store, I dealt with Lauren. When I went to drop off my computer, it was extremely busy and she was the only tech there for maybe the first 20 minutes that I was there. She was understandably struggling to juggle the checking in of the customers and repairs at the same time, but she still managed to maintain a great attitude and be very courteous to everybody, despite everyones evident impatience. When she checked me in, she gave me a realistic time frame in which theyd be able to take a look at my computer which I really appreciated because it helped in managing my expectations. If she had promised it sooner and i had called to check on it and they still hadnt gotten to it, I probably would not have been too happy.While they had it, they contacted me regularly with updates and once with questions to better understand the issue I was having. When I went to pick it up today, Lauren did not charge me since they were unable to fix it because it didnt act up in the time they had it. They still did some driver and windows updates in hopes of alleviating my problem.In sum, their customer service and communication is top notch and while I didnt get my computer fixed this time, I would definitely go back for any other concerns.

For sure my new go-to for electronic repairs. I brought my 2011 iMac in when I was unable to properly install macOS after clearing the hard drive. They knew exactly what needed to be done and when they would have it ready for me. I dropped off and picked up 2 days later and it was under $100. My computer runs great and the employees were pretty friendly. Def recommend!

I’m a master at damaging my phone. I once broke my phone three different times in one month. Needless to say, I’ve spent hours getting my phone repaired at other places, and what a mistake that was. I brought it to uBreakiFix in Baton Rouge, and Casey and Ray had my phone fixed in less than an hour. Quick and easy. Hopefully I won’t break my phone again, but with my history, it’s bound to happen. When I do crack my screen in the future, I’ll definitely bring my phone back here to get it repair.

Wow, the back of my brand new Note 10 plus was shattered after I had a nasty fall, even with the case on it. I though it would cost around $400 to get it replaced so I didnt even try to find someone to repair it. Then I googled replacement back cover one day and uBreakiFix claimed that they could do it. So I called them on Monday and they assured me that they could fix it and are also a Samsung authorized service center. The price was $89. What? Thats insanely cheap. I got it repaired the same day and couldnt be happier. The service and caring hospitality was very welcome. I will recommend uBreakiFix to everyone.One Happy Customer

I dropped my computer a few weeks ago and brought it to them and immediately was pleased with their service! No charge for diagnostic was already appealing. A lot of places charge you just to find out what’s wrong which can be very off putting. Upon the diagnostic they let you know immediately what the issue is and the cost to repair. Not only did they repair my computer, they also removed viruses they found free of charge upon discovery without prompting. Mr. Casey & Mr. Keith were both diligent and persistent in fixing it and I am so pleased with their professionalism and customer service. I’ve been to a lot places, none of which are on the level of these guys. 10/10 hands down.

My MacBook Pro stopped working the first day of finals week and they had it fixed the next morning for only a fraction of what it would be to replace the computer. Nice people who know what they’re doing. I would recommend going here for any Apple products because they charge much less than the Apple store

Even though my phone was under warranty and ultimately would not cost me anything, they still managed to save me on something: Time and hassle. When I first called them up to repair my galaxy note 10+, it was when they barely opened up, so they werent certified to fix it yet. My charge port was broken but i could still use wireless charging, so it wasnt pressing. When I finally got around to bring it in, they were certified and ready to repair. I walked in, waited for about 5 minutes, and then I was up. Guy took one look at my phone, noticed something (a piece of lint) stuck in the port, grabbed some tweezers, and one minute later, it worked and he said have a nice day. Not my finest moment, but he was honest and quick about it, good man, sorry I didnt catch your name, but thank you

We made appointments over the phone. We were given a price and a 1-1/2 to 2 hour repair time. After the phone call, appointment confirmation emails were received. The day of the appointment, we received more reminder emails about our appointment. We drove a good distance to get to the store, and when we got there the Associate could not find our appointment details. He then said that the associate we spoke to on the phone put our appointment in wrong and that they did not have the parts for our repair. After 20 minutes, they discovered they did indeed have the repair parts in stock and it would take 3 hours to repair our phones. He then proceeded to try to charge me $40 more than I was quoted on the phone. When I pointed this out, the quote was honored. There were a couple of more hassles we had to deal with while waiting, but Im trying to not write a book here. Bottom line, its a shame how poorly this location is run, and I will never recommend anyone go here. As the only Samsung certified repair company in town, it makes me wary of even purchasing another Samsung device for worries that Ill be left to deal with the incompetence of the uBreakiFix staff. The only thing that I can say about the experience thats positive is that 3 days later and the repairs seem to be well done.

This store is great and works with you well. I would strongly recommend this store to fix anything with a power button as they say, over any other store in the area. It was the best experience I had for fixing my phone screen.

Ubreakifix replaced my wife’s iPhone screen with one that lasted less than six months. Then stuck me on hold and didn’t return when I reached out to fix the screen again.
