The staff is always courteous and helpful when we enter the store. They are also very knowledgeable. If there’s something they aren’t sure about, they always try to find out the information for me. To me, the prices are competitive. I frequent here as much as possible.

My company is hair wholesaler(BBS International) who does business with this beauty supply store. The owner(Omar) ordered our products and never paid .and Its been over a year. Weve been trying to reach him out so many times, but never answers the phone.Please call our office if youd see this review.

I am always experimenting with hairstyles and never really know what to buy and Omar is very knowlegable and actively assists me in finding and understanding the products.

I went here a couple of days ago for hair && was completely bamboozled!!!! I feel like I was robbed for my money!! His prices are ridiculous to be here in Baton Rouge!! I bet if you go to Hair Galleria you won’t be disappointed!!! The owner is all about a dollar and could careless about the customers who shop there! I will not support this place of business EVER again!!

Horrible store! Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a hair store. Worker accused me of theft when he “couldn’t find his merchandise” but he did not look for it! I didn’t even wanna rate them 1 star. I will not be returning and I suggest everyone else spend their money elsewhere. Very rude worker!
