The yogurt is very healthy, most flavors are only 10 calories or so for each ounce. The employee did not skimp on the candy mix-ins which I highly appreciated it (and didnt feel guilty eating considering the calories of the yogurt are so low). The yogurt did have an icy consistency to it but the flavor was very good (cheesecake). I got the medium size which was plenty. This is my favorite place in BR for a frozen treat. The staff here has world-class skills on the frozen yogurt machine and they are always friendly. Peanut butter with peanuts (pictured here) is my favorite flavor. They rotate the flavors, so my only disappointment is when peanut butter isn’t in the rotation. The tuna melt on the jalapeño bun is a great lunch option.

The frozen yogurt here is more of what you think of as more of a traditional tart froyo (some friends that Ive brought didnt expect that and though it would be very sweet). Very good and fresh though- you can tell they use quality stuff! Ive never gotten food, but it always smells delicious. Everyone working has always been very friendly.

When I ordered my food I looked through the window that shows their kitchen. None workers in the back that we’re fixing customers food did not have on any gloves. That is disgusting and is a serious health code violation!

First off, this yogurt here is awesome! Especially the Humphreys, plain and the peanut butter. That being said, the prices are pretty high for what you get. The peanut butter is hardly ever available when I go, so get a large when its offered.The reason for the 3 stars is for the lack of options, the prices and because of the guy who works here with the beard and the glasses. He doesnt wear his mask properly, hes rude and when I asked if I had to touch the pen to sign the receipt he got angry and crumpled up my receipt. So, I offered to use my own pen and he angrily printed out another one and I signed it. How many people have been touching that pen! Sterilize it in front of each person... It only takes 30 seconds or less. He should be wearing his mask properly! It should be covering your nose and mouth. Be nicer to people.Side note, I really wish this company would give an alternative to styrofoam. Id pay extra. Its horrible for the environment.

Have ordered twice from this location and each time the sandwich has been freezing. When paying almost $10 for a sandwich you want it at least warmed up. Won’t be coming back

I am obsessed with this place! Of course the yogurt is delicious but I cannot live without their hot ham melt on the wheat sourdough. Absolute perfection every time! Staff is always kind and I’ve never had any issues with food or service.

The yogurt is always great tasting. Love their plain yogurt. Just found out they do more. Tried the roast beef melt on sourdough wonderful sandwich I’ve had in a while. I will be bring my friends here. Everything is fresh and they slice their own meats. Good jobs guys keep up the good work

The plain frozen yogurt is excellent! I suspect that the other flavors are excellent, also too, but I have never tried them because the plain is just so good that I get it every time I go. I dont care for sprinkles and other stuff in my yogurt... I like mine plain with no additives. But they do have lots of options if you do like that kind of stuff.

For a place with frozen yogurt in its name it sure has a limited selection and barley a spot on their menu for it. they have mostly sandwiches and other food items. no list of toppings outside in drive thru to know what they even have. Only have like 3 flavors of yogurt each day apparently. I got 2 of their pre made items Humphrey yogurt and pecan parfait ..both were almost all topping and whipped cream and tiny bit of yogurt in bottom. Was hard to eat it was so chunky . was like eating a bowl of granola and fruit instead of a bowl of frozen yogurt ..I had been wanting to try this place but now that I did I will stick to other frozen yogurt places I like

We buy yogurt by the bucket here. I love all the different flavors. Peanut butter and cake batter are my favorite so far. Staff always friendly and helpful. We buy gift cards regularly to give away all the time.

I’ve never disliked anything I’ve gotten from here and I see how hard the staff works to keep things rolling during these tough times.After reading some reviews from the complainers out there;I had to chime in.

Friendly staff, good food, and a convenient location if you live in the area. Would definitely go back. Compared to regular ice cream, the yogurt served here is much healthier and honestly tastes better. My friend got a sandwich last time that looked pretty good, but I cant personally attest to the taste and quality...though he seemed to like it!

Always good! They serve healthy (ish) frozen treats that are soft serve. They usually have four flavors, and you can get them twist or they will offer to mix on a cone or in a dish. They also have average food. The best part? Ask for a pup cup, which is a souffle cup of soft serve for your dog.

Warning- if youre attempting to look for a low-cal, summer treat, stay away because this place will make you want to go get another cone of ice cream. I made sure to sample every flavor they had before finally choosing the salted caramel crack. And let me tell you, it might as well be crack. The staff is very friendly and super funny and they font mind if you ask for a 100 samples. Tip: Dont settle for a plastic cup or a plain old sugar cone, upgrade to the pretzel cone. Its awesome & you deserve it

Bright, clean, friendly shop with great service and large portion sizes. There is, however, a limited set of flavours of frozen yogurt. On our visit, they only had plain (rather tart as if it were lemon), strawberry (artificial flavour), and chocolate (so-so). My four-year old preferred the gummy bears topping to the actual yogurt, but observed that gummy bears become hard when cold. Other frozen yogurt places we have been have had both more and better flavours (sometimes as many as a dozen). The shop also sells sandwiches, coffee, and other items, although we did not try any of those.

I love counter culture’s sandwiches and yogurt! Downside is they don’t have a real drive thru and the place can get really busy. They need more workers bc on Sunday nights it will take forever to get any food and you can forget about the drive thru.

Love the frozen yogurt here - we usually get the works (oatmeal, fruit, plain yogurt) - it has a special name but its slipping my mind. Always friendly staff and great flavors. A fun place on a warm day.

I am from Shreveport, LA where this chain began. I grew up eating Humphreys and the occasional sandwiches from there all the time. When I Moved to Baton Rouge a few years ago, I was delighted that to we have a location here. I occasionally have visited this location since Ive been back, but only for my yogurt treat. I decided to splurge on my cheat day and get a tuna melt as well. I am glad I did! The roll was delightfully soft, warm, and a touch sweet, with lettuce tomatoes, avocado and a really great tuna salad. Though a little expensive ($13 for 1 sandwich and a small Humphrey), I will definitely go back for a treat soon.

My boyfriend and I always go to counter culture to get humphreys. They also have some delicious sandwiches, I love the pizzaletta and the tuna melt. Ive also had a banana crack which was really good but not as good as a Humphrey. The employees are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Update: 2/2021 - Quality has returned for past three visits. Raising to four stars.Origin review 2018:Expensive and hasnt been as good the past few years (we stop by every few months). Been around forever. The staff was nice and replaced my freezer burnt yogurt with a different flavor last week, but until the quality goes back up its 3 stars for the price.

Unimpressed. The staff was nice, the place was clean, but the frozen yogurt was unimpressive. There were only two flavor options and the toppings weren’t readily available for the counter attendant. Then, they were more expensive than other area froyo places that display their toppings and have a dozen yogurt flavors. My family didn’t order any food, so we could not review that.

I love going for a sweet treat. I always get the plain yogurt with Reese’s pieces! Sometimes when I’m feeling extra snacky I get a large.. I just can’t help myself! The sandwiches are also wonderfully fresh and delish.
