I came by the shop to ask about a part for a 1965 garage door. They tried but said they wouldnt be able to get genuine replacement parts - But they offered me a roller and the idea how to make it work and on top of all that, they gave me the one roller for free. And it WORKS!!! Should I have any roll-up door needs in the future - this will be my first stop! Thanks guys! I really appreciate it.

They came to replace a broken spring on a 7 x 18 ft wood garage door and also replace the rollers and opener. On their first visit, the crew failed to replace the opener and had not replaced any rollers. The door was working, but not the way I expected.Upon calling them about this, they explained they had not replaced the opener for lack of proper ceiling clearance. After further discussion and sending pics and video, they decided they could make the new opener work properly and also promised to replace the rollers. They came back that same day and installed the new opener and rollers, making the door operate smoother and quieter than it ever has before. I am very pleased with their attention to customer service and willingness to review the situation and make things right. I highly recommend Doortech.

Called around and they had the best price. Through no fault of theirs, one of the panels had some black marks on it and they told me they would come back out and replace it. Well the next day they called me and asked if they could come and replace it and they did. First class service!!!They did an awesome job and the new door is so nice. I highly recommend them.

We damaged the wires to the safety reversing sensor for our garage door. We were ready to call an electrician, but Christine at Doortech assured us we could handle this problem ourselves without a fear of an electrical shock. Garage door jammed and I called Monday morning. They told me they couldnt come out until Tuesday, which was fine since I had appointments Monday. But Monday afternoon, the technician called and said he finished his calls early and could come right out if it was okay. He was there in 15 minutes and got the door working properly quickly and efficiently--a whole day early.He was extremely professional and courteous and took the time to show me how to lubricate the rollers and springs to avoid future problems. No charge, since the door was still under warranty.These are the kind of people you like doing business with. Would recommend them anytime.

Had Doortech come out to replace a roll up door on garage. They dropped something on my brand new Polaris Slingshot putting a gash on the front. Instead of doing the standup thing and admitting to it, the employees lied to their boss saying they did not do it. Pitiful that people with no morals or backbone still exists in this world. Accidents happen. I will get my bike fixed but believe me, Ms.CARMA gonna run right up those guys butts. By the way, the only reason you see 1 star is you can’t post with none. Be careful hiring these liars.

Left boat port door open and car outside in driveway.Called to check on ETA, and it appears that Jim made it by, didnt get my attention by knocking..didnt even wake up dogs.He fixed the broken spring, greased up everything, quiet as can be now.
