I really like this store it is very clean the produce is beautiful. There is so much unique items to choose from. A little pricey but great quality. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and love the Starbucks inside.

They watch you like a hawk here. I dont feel comfortable shopping here. I started going to the register so I wouldnt feel the stress of the staff staring me down as I use self checkout. 😕 Uncaused for and Unbelievable.

The store was nice, but the fried and rotisserie chicken were awful. It was $1 off the 8 piece chicken on Mondays.

Its really quiet for a Starbucks but after a gift card to learn its health care marketing...... Baptist owned I didnt know that.... I would recommend going its consistent and what product is...thanks for letting me try stuff

Hey! Its a grocery store! They carry the items youd expect them to carry. They do manage to spread the most important items to the far corners of the floor plan so that you get to see everything and maybe make an impulse purchase. Also, who decides how these products are classified,grouped and displayed? Some of it makes sense, but others not so much.So its my neighborhood regional chain grocery store and its nice to know its there in case I need regular human stuff. Reasonable prices. Be nice to the public- facing employees.

Honestly, one of the best Albertsons I’ve ever been in. Staff seemed happy and the produce was fresh.

The king crab and shrimp were amazing. Had a really good sale and they steamed them for you.

The usual large chain experience in terms of range of goods/foods/etc.The gentleman working the meat counter is a gem!

Nice, clean, and they have everything I need on a normal day. They also have a great selection of specialty items. The employees are very nice and helpful. Overall great place. They have a very nice seafood counter as well. The Starbucks is an amazing added bonus!

Varied selection and friendly enough staff. They have a good amount of options you cant find at other stores when theyre in stock.

Extremely expensive! But I did get half price roasted chicken that I made chicken salad, used in my dressing, made gumbo with! Also they have a tomato bisque that with lime juice, cilantro, a can of sweet corn, 3 roasted diced potatoes, 2 8oz crab meat made a delicious soup!

The prices are getting outrageous for food lately. Everywhere!

I shop here regularly and I usually don’t have problems but there’s one cashier by the name of Gabrielle. She’s very unprofessional. I walk up to the register with my normal load of groceries and I quickly notice her attitude. I simply ask for the heavy things to be double bagged and she smacks her lips and roll her eyes. Very unprofessional! I don’t usually bother with peoples’ careers but y’all need to talk to her. She needs to control herself and stick to unboxing and stocking, casher is definitely not for her.

The fruit is by far the freshest and tasty in Baton Rouge.. I drive all the way in from Prairieville to purchase my fruit from here!!! I dont know if its the vendor they use, or the Manager of the department that takes pride in his department and demands the same if his employees!!Its absolutely amazing when you compare it to not only other Albertsons, but any grocery store in the Metro area.Thanks Albertsons Government St for making this worth the 1 hr plus round trip drive.. You never disappoint 👏👏👏👏

If you want A LOT of something on sale, then it might be worth it. Otherwise, they are often overpriced.Although, it seems like the best sale price is the normal price at other stores.

I love the food at the deli. ive been buying food for my very picky eater of a daughter.

Sometimes this place is ok. Sometimes it isnt. The employees will either be very nice to you or very rude. I dont know why. Lately they have been rude to my family, especially the pharmacy staff.

Since Covid-19 thats one of my places of shopping. The stores are cleaner than other big names . What I love is when I shop I earn and for me thats giving back. One good thing I noticed was the meat pricing wasnt overly like most. For example chicken breast was $97.LB

Place is nice and clean but the seafood department currently has 30 people waiting, no manager to say I’m sorry for the wait. With only 1 person working in the seafood department. If you want to purchase their seafood especially while it’s on sale, be prepared to wait for a couple of hours. No Lie. I wish I could post a picture 🥺🥺

I love Albertsons I was in got what I needed and got in line my wait wasnt long because they were moving the lines pretty quickly and they had almost all of there line open the way it should be

Everyone thats Ive met that was working here was very rude. Also, theyre Starbucks lady doesnt know how to make a latte. Almost positive most the people that work here hate white people. Atleast the ones I encountered.

I checked out with “Fredricka”. She didn’t say a word the whole time and threw my produce into the bags. I used to be a cashier it’s not that hard to ask “how are you” and say have a good day. She’s also bagging 1 item per minute with 10 people in line. Plenty of people are looking for jobs at this time, I’m sure someone else would have a little more capability of this already simple job.

Its a grocery store. My family and I go there to get our prescriptions mostly. The pharmacy staff is awesome!! They are always kind and courteous. They even take customer service to the next level by calling you to let you that the medicine that you have at the pharmacy is about to be reshelved, and it isnt an automated thingie either!! Its the real life pharmacy staff who gives you a call.The grocery staff is also great. They always smile when they see us. Many of them (grocery and pharmacy staff alike) even ask about my parents when they see my sister and/or me.Side note: In order to receive outstanding customer service, one must be an outstanding customer. Treat others as you want to be treated. (The Golden Rule from Matthew 7:12)

The black woman who works in the seafood department at night i think the manger told me they were closed while she was serving other customer i said its cool i went shopping came back she was helping another customer and told me they are closed again every black customer she helped while she was closed but she couldnt give me one pound of shrimp and this happened almost 5 times service sucks there i dont recommend at all

Good store became greater during 2020 issues! Great reliable service using curbside delivery that far outpaces a certain neighborhood market nearby.

Had to wait in line for over 10 minutes with only two lanes open, along with other un happy customers, manager and others were putting together cardboard cutouts

I do not generally stop there, as I live with the other end of the parish. But I will make the trip from now on the store was large clean and they had a full supply of the things that I needed. And the people who work there were very helpful and very kind and friendly, I was greatly pleased

Staffs are lazy.. they start winding up from 7pm & if you order at 7.30 they say it’s closed.. so what’s the point of keeping it open till 8??
