Not very happy with the Baton Rouge location. Came in to warranty some parts. Instead, they sold me new board and thermostat without mention of needing claim numbers. Didnt warranty the thermostat and didnt even mention that it could have been a possibility. Not to mention rude and very inhospitable location.

Very nice place to get Lennox supplies. However some parts run generally higher than most.
