They got the work done quickly and the windshield dont leak. However they didnt put the rubber seal around it on well as the vinyl top was rolled and not tucked in right so it had a gap. Good luck trying to talk to someone having the automated system to get thru sucks. So I fixed it myself.

Had a windshield replacement scheduled 10/18/2021. Conducted a pre inspection and then started to remove windshield. After having cut the windshield almost all the way out informed me of an issue that would prevent him from finishing the job. Also told we my vehicle was now unsafe to drive. Then taped up my windshield and left. Called to try and resolve and pretty much told to use a different company.

2nd & 3rd Experience - Update: Safelite Master Mechanic Jason and Tech Ryan fixed the windshield and damage. They were great. Hopefully the BC office can learn from their great service and skill. Stars increased from 1 to 4.1st Experience: Poor quality service and customer service. Had no issues with Safelite in 20 years until the Battle Creek shop.

I remember the days when people had their own customer service I sure like that a lot better all I care about is work that your technician does talking to somebody fifteen hundred miles away does not interest me

I was able to schedule a service appointment at the desired date, and when I arrived they installed my new windshield and wiper blades in less than one hour. I have used this business before-- they make everything so easy and they are very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

Second time with this business. First time was a windshield replacement a few months ago. Tech came to my house and did the job quickly and efficiently. He had a well equipped van and did the job by himself.This time was a chip repair on my new windshield. 🤬Made an appointment with my insurance policy information. They contacted insurance for me and payment was taken care of. I arrived at the appointed time, had a short wait and they filled the chip.The staff was very friendly and professional. Another good experience with this business.Why not 5 stars? Unfortunately, repairing a chip is not an exact science. Not their fault but the chip still shows the star even with the hole filled. Results from the repair can vary. All I can hope for is that the windshield wont crack now.I like this place. If I need these services again, Ill be calling them.Thanks Jason!

The guys here were super friendly & honest. Had a large chip & small chip. They filled the large chip but said the smaller one had already been filled, so I was not charged for that. Definitely recommend!!

I am so unhappy with the service received at the Battle Creek, MI Safelite location. I took my vehicle in for a stone chip repair. Not only did they indicate the need to make the hole bigger before they could fill, they didnt even fill it entirely. I took it back within the hour for which they assured me it was right. By that evening, the windshield had cracked all the way across in the opposite direction the original chip appeared it may spread. If they did not feel it would work from the beginning, why not say so. Say its fixed and due to the technicians inability to perform a job correctly, an entire new windshield is needed. See picture attached. Cracked all the way as of today.I called our insurance carrier who conferenced me in with the Safelite customer service. The Safelite service was terrible. I think Safelite representatives could learn something from Menards, Wal-Mart, Amazon about good customer service and keeping clients happy. I am so dissatisfied with their inability to even compromise to reach any type of agreement. I have used individuals in mall parking lots to fix windshield chips which have lasted forever.I recommend to never use this location for chip repair and have recommended that the insurance company look at another provider for this area.

I have used Safelite multiple times and they always do a good job. The staff is always fun to talk with, they explain what they are doing as far as the repair/replacement goes, and work well with my insurance company too.

The technician got an attitude with me because my vehicle is a 94 and they are worried about rust issues. So they wouldnt replace my windshield. And they hit a cement pole with my truck

Today I went in with a previously repaired windshield (remote repair), and was met by Jordan (George is the acting manager? my apologies for forgetting the name). I was informed 6 hours before my appointment I could come in and have a 2015 Equinox windshield replaced well ahead of schedule. They also both helped finding the best way to not use an insurance deductible. They helped me tremendously and I cannot thank them enough!

They replaced my windshield in a very timely and professional manner. It looks very nice and I would recommend this service to anyone. Justin was especially helpful and very polite and professional.

Great customer service!Had my windshield replaced here a few years ago, due to a chip turning into a crack across the windshield. I noticed leaking occurred recently and that the seal had given. They were happy to re-seal and clean wa after spots upnder warranty.

OMG! The best! I love the technology of actually pinpointing an appointment time but most of all had a great tech (Joel out of the Battle Creek, Mi office).Its the employees that make the company so I sure hope that employers out there are aware of these dedicated, smart and very personable employees that are out there representing!!

Very poor customer service and they answer a phone as if they dont like thier job, I would not recommend this poor customer service company to anyone.

I wont even give this store any kind of star. They scheuled me appoint between 12: 00 noon and 5: 00 pm never showed up and never called, so l called the office a little after 5: 00 pm and the man that answered phone was very rude and said they would call when they were on there way. I will never use safelite out of battle creek again.

They were able to get us in the same day as the spot appeared, but that was the only good thing about the service. Shortly after leaving, the entire windshield broke-from corner to corner starting at the repair point. If the repair is made through insurance, they will not guarantee it or honor their work.

Awesome job on the windshield and friendly service

A little while ago, I had Safelite replace the rear glass in my hatchback. After they did the job, I could still hear pieces of broken glass rattling around every time I opened the hatch. Occasionally some of this glass falls out onto my driveway, etc. I took the car back in today to get the windshield replaced, and asked them to remove the glass from the hatch door. I was told this would be no problem, but when I got the car back, nothing at all was done. I will now have to bring the car back for a third time to get the job done correctly, the way it should have been done when I brought it in initially.

The first time we Scheduled they brought out the wrong windshield, the second time said it was cold, the third time they no called to showed, the four time they said the new windshield was broken. Really why wasnt the windshield checked the second time?? Never trust this company.

Worst place to take your Auto or Truck for a Windshield rude and as a past customer did not realized that they did a bad job than until having another windshield repaired on same truck.Took it somewhere else and much hsppier

Scheduled a windshield repair at our home...assumed that the windshield was cracked from a stone chipping it. The technician came and assumed that the crack was not caused by a stone chip, but rather from rust underneath the window from the window frame. SO they wouldnt replace the window because they couldnt guarantee it and said that if they took the window out, we would need to take it to a body shop. We took our vehicle to the Chevy dealer and they checked everything out and stated that there is no rust anywhere under the window. Guess you lose out on current and future business with us Safelite!
