Comp Link is conveniently located on Beckley Rd. between Capital Ave. SW and Minges. I jusrecently had my laptop in for repair. This is the second time Ive been. Last time was for my PC. Both times I was very satisfied with the results and the cost. They are very prompt and friendly.

Horrible service. Ive made contact 3 times in 6 months about various issues. Every time, i get the same response. I dont know, Ill have R or A call you. Never do i get a call back. I asked why i should I choose Compulink over the corporate 1-800 number for satellite. Im told why you get down home neighborly service! Their neighbors must be jerks. My install time of 10am came and went. No call, no installer. I had to call at 4pm to find out the parts werent in for 2 more days. And it wasnt till after the holey hacksaw install job that i was told they dont honor the $100 gift card promo that was at the time. (Have to go through corporate for that.) And now after 3 months, the nfl red zone promo is still not turned on. Im still waiting on R or A to call me.
