Not only did they have the exact gaming chair in stock that I wanted, the staff were genuinely friendly, very helpful and non-pushy. Easily worth the drive from Kalamazoo. Ill definitely be back!

Love this store. Love the staff. Always find what I need/want + more without having to go on a long jaunt through a big box store. Everyone goes out of their way to be attentive and helpful without being pushy. Have been making the 15 mile trip from my house to the store for over 5 years now. Thought it was about time I said THANK YOU. Note: During the worst of the Pandemic in Michigan, did my ordering online. Great service. But I missed the people contact in Battle Creek.

Seems the last few times i went to the website it doesnt accurately reflect what they carry in store. Misleading notes in the product make it sound as if the product is available in store but only after having it shipped to the store, several days later. Which leads me to drive to the store and them not having what i need when i get there. The 3 star is representative of the fact that the instore product select doesnt match what is portrayed online and its frustrating. The employees are nice but not trained well, a fault of corp and not their own. The printing department is the only thing about staples that seems to work like it should.

They still have a decent stock. They tend to have bigger ticket items on line - or delivered to the store. Prices are decent for brick and mortar.

The sales clerk listen well and was very informative. He went out of his way to save us some money. We were blessed to go into the store.

Clean store. Associates are informed and friendly. Many products to choose from and reasonably priced. Well go back again.

The employees saw us standing at the counter for what seemed like forever, by the time I made it over to ask a manager for assistance, another employee asked us if we were having fun walking around. The manager was very rude and it seemed like we were bothering him while he was on his phone.Their customer service is terrible and the store was a mess. Given the area, there are plenty of better, cheaper, and friendly places to go.

Although they could not achieve a double sided print, I fabricated my own double side print. The laminations came out great!

They have a great selection of office supplies however, their customer service is poor at best and their employees seem disinterested in helping the customers. Sams Club is a much better choice in this area.

Staff very helpful in finding what I needed and while I was there was able to send out two UPS packages!

The printing staff is rude, condescending, and not helpful. A staff member assured me that shed call when the order was complete. No one called the number I gave. When I came to pick it up, she acted like I was an inconvenience--scoffing when I asked for a receipt, telling me my questions about company accounts were ridiculous, and being standoffish when I asked questions to try to understand better. I watched her behave similarly to another gentleman in front of me in line. I couldnt believe it.

Used their copiers, quick in and out. Mailed a PDF. Then printed. Pretty cool

If I could place zero stars That would be most accurate.I Walked outun-servedafter calling ahead to ask if my laptop (that I had purchased from these guys 2 yrs ago) could be backed up and reset, would there be an up front charge? Over phone questions were answered yes we can fix it, and no, no up front charge.I said Id be there in 25 minutes - driving in from Marshall. I arrived 30 minutes later after navigating through a serious road accident involving fire trucks and ambulances... and the guy At front desk was in sloth mode, took about 5 minutes to see if he could do it, then he fially decided to call the tech. The tech, whom I spoke with over phone, took another 10 minutes to respond and neither could come right out and say if it could be fixed or not, well not till tomorrow morning..when what? Another tech would come? Then they reinforced that it would not be able to be kept overnight -unless I pay for fixing it up front..regardless of what they knew needed fixing now, so how to know what to charge????. It was like talking to two liars. Nothing said over the phone even matched up with what was actually what they do..Is there a kinder, smarter, more servicable Staples Store somewhere close by????
