I hate shopping at this Rite Aid and I often steer my friends and family away from them also. Their pharmacy department is awful!!! No one ever answers the phone, they have your prescription just sitting in their system for hrs before they decide to fill it, and they’re rude on top of it!!! I would give them a negative number if possible.

The pharmacy section often gives me incorrect amount of pills. Tonight I was missing 30 pills from a container that was supposed to be sealed!!! How do you make huge errors like this with someones health? Count your pills when dealing with these people better yet go to a pharmacy that can count.

The cashiers and counter help on Saturday which is today June,19th. I waited on the line for lottery at the least 10 minutes very patiently before I asked the cashier is someone going to help me her reply was let me call someone I guess this guy was the manager but he only came to inform me that another woman would be in around 2:30 and as I glanced at my phone it read 2:09😡the nerve of these incompetent eyes closed fools anyway this store has the worst service so far 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very Careless they lost the prescription and they arguedAlso They pretended that I got 3 medicines while I got only 2 I asked them to see the cameras they said the manager is not here todayI kept calling for the manager to review the cameras and the manager never there as they pretendedToo many times they mess with the refillI don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyoneI’ll go somewhere else

I received amazing service from the pharmacy department. my daughter was prescribed an antibiotic that she needed to start right away, I went to my regular pharmacy and they told me to come back Monday ( this was Friday night), I then went to 2 other pharmacies that also told me sorry we dont have it. I went to rite aid as a last resort and they also didnt have it, however the pharmacist Hanny told me that he could speak to the doctor and get it changed to something else that I could of given my daughter right away. he called my doctor and did everything in a matter of 20 minutes. he also explained to me the side effects and how to give my daughter the medicine. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the pharmacist.

Ive been taking my scripts to this pharmacy for the better part of a year and the scripts are rarely ready always a 30~40 minute wait, but the clincher was when I was given someone elses script and had gone home and just before bed I was going to take my medication and noticed different doctors names on each bottle not even the same doctors name, but each bottle had a different name that I didnt recognize. For me that was it, enough!!!!

The staff is great and they are all over worked!!!i am always help me when i ask questions. but once you see the employees you can tell how much they are being over worked and there is only one Spanish employee. So if i only talk Spanish is that one Spanish speaking employee is not there i am stuck and can communicate with any of the staff members. the store is clean and organized. those staff members need a break!!! if i worked in this location i would had left the company hanging a long time ago.

This review is for their pharmacy: they are constantly forgetting medications, im not sure if they are lazy or careless but quality of care is nonexistent. I was told my insurance didnt work and i had to pay out of pocket, went to Walgreens and they resolved my issue and actually helped me. Here they didnt try or even attempt to care

Dirty and disorganized store with no employees on the floor to help. There is probably only one employee at the register while the like backs up. The only good thing about this store is the price. I’d go to Walgreens across the street but it’s too expensive.

They are very selective on who they tell to put on a mask. Its the law and its my health you are putting at risk

Give the people that work here a break. They go out of their way to help people like you guys complaining and do their absolute best. I can tell you if I was an employee I would tell you to get the hell out if you had a complaint.

This store used to be pleasent to shop in. Nowadays its more of a chore especially at checkout. The daytime manager should have been fired awhile ago. She is rude and not knowledgeable about products in the store. Need to use the restroom? expect to wait and get an attitude while they search to get an employee to open it. Want cigarettes? Make sure you have your ID if your under 60. Your better off going to Walgreens across the street.

I stopped going to this pharmacy after I had just gotten out of the hospital and was very ill with a stack of prescriptions and the pharmacy tech actually rolled her eyes at me bc I guess she was annoyed by the amount of prescriptions I had. The pharmacy team at Walgreens across the street is soooooooooo much nicer.

I have Been Shopping there for Years its Convenient and the workers are all courtious and help out Iam in a wheel chair and they get alot of the things I need I appreciate there Help and the discounts I get with my card which is alot ! If there is something they dont have they will make an effort too stock it ! Its a one stop shop now with the new updated store Iam thankful they are there they saved my hide during many snow storms and even Hurricanes ! with much needed supplies beforehand and after ! Thank you Rite Aid

This place is horrible for prescriptions. I call in my refills, give them days to get my prenatals in stock, then when i go to pick them up they NEVER have them! This has happened for the past 3 months! Twice on the way home from trying to pick them up, i will get a courtesy call informing me my recently called in prescription is out of stock and will take an additional 3 days to come in! Thats a week after i call it in. Thats horrible. Switching pharmacies asap.

The staff at the pharmacy is very nice and helpful. I like the fact that is has a drive through.

The worst when it comes down to the pharmacy dept. Cant wait until they open walgreens across the street!!!!
